I hate saying this because I look for the best in things but unfortunately I will not return to this Firestone. I am now 8 hours waiting for a tire change and alignment and unfortunately this is nothing new for this shop. I don t know if this is due to poor scheduling or lack of care by the technicians but a tire change with tires already in the shop should not take this long.I had a previous experience with brakes here and it was completely unsatisfactory. They used two different methods to resurface my rotors and jacked them up. I saw with my own eyes the technicians seemingly not caring about time at all.Everyone here talks calmly and makes you feel like everything is ok but you wait for 8 hours for a job to be done. I will not be returning.

When i arrived the auto professionals got me in and out in less time than I expected and they did a GREAT JOB servicing my vehicle. So yes I would recommend the Firestone on University Blvd to family and friends.

Had tires ordered from tire rack and had them delivered to this shop. They installed the tire and balanced the wheel for 20 dollars. The service was flawless and went very smoothly. I dropped the wheel off and they installed the tire when it arrived and call me to inform me it was completed.They are professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

The Firestone on University Dr is an excellent complete care center. They are always able to properly complete repairs in a short time. They are extremely professional and polite. Very precise.

Awesome and reliable company. Great and knowledgeable customer service. Ray Hernandez is the go to! He will give you great recommendations and will not shy around on what needs to get done. I would say 5 stars for sure. Dropped car off with unexpected issues and it was resolved before end of closing day.

You need an appointment as they are down a couple technicians but when it's your time the service is excellent from the Manager Allan, to the technicians. I was just having tires remounted and balanced on this cost and my MINI rides smoother than it previously did.

Came in despite the bad reviews. I only needed an oil change. I walked in, both employees, one Hispanic and the other causcasian, looked at me and didn't even bother saying hello. As a new customer (to that specific store) I would expect better. I walked out when one of the gentlemen preceded to answer a call despite me standing there with zero acknowledgement. How good can the service get if this is them at the front door? No thanks.

After hearing about my husband's recent experience at the establishment on 7727 University Blvd, Winter Park, FL 32792, I am beyond livid and compelled to share our collective dismay. I had thought that businesses like yours would prioritize customer service, especially given the reputation that precedes you. However, what transpired was a reprehensible mockery of what decent service should be.The manager there, distinguished by his Spanish speech, is the embodiment of unprofessionalism. To say he lacked tact and integrity would be an understatement. The sheer audacity with which he conducts himself has not only painted this branch in the worst possible light but also raises grave concerns about the principles guiding your entire enterprise.It's not about the inconvenience. It's about the fundamental breach of trust, the outright disdain for customers, and a staggering level of ineptitude that, frankly, I've never seen before. It's mind-boggling that such a person helms a managerial position. Does competence no longer matter?Businesses ought to earn respect and trust, but your establishment, under the watch of this manager, squanders both. Customers deserve better. They deserve respect, honesty, and service that doesn't insult their intelligence or waste their time.One can only hope that this feedback serves as a wake-up call, for the sake of both future customers and the integrity of your brand.

Just got 4 tires for my GMC. Great tire at a great price. They have specials all the time, just ask, they are willing to help. Kahlil was very helpful and cares about his customers. Even with a short staff they finished my car before the stated time.They look so good I have to wash my car.

Been going here for years. I've had about 7 cars serviced here through out the years. They provide an excellent service. And if an issue occurs after a service even if it is directly not their fault, they do well to correct it for their customers. I will continue to go here. Friendly front desk folks.I blew through two brand new rear tires bought from another Firestone location on Colonial 50 and rouse and ate the cost just because the 50 and rouse location misdiagnosed the issue and never realized that the rear tires were dragging because of two broken rear tie rods. It costed me over $2000 to get my car running correctly. Not all firestone locations are great. On the contrary, this location has always served me right.

Went there for a tire balance. They called me saying that becuase I used tire patch liquid they could not balance the tire and it was dangerous to use so they cannot put it back together and I needed a new tire. Ofcourse I knew this was a lie and did not fall for it and ask them to leave it as is.Just for fun, I asked why they couldn't and the kid said that they tried balancing it 5 different times and the "liquid was moving inside" LOL liquid was dry for months. So I asked more info just to see how much they lie to have some more fun. then the guy wearing long sleves not even a bit of dirt said "I tried balancing it myself 5 times too". While he was lying to me I was just seeing the coworkers reaction.and the other thing that does not really matter, they took 4+ hours to do it.since that day I did 2 trips to tampa, 2 to disney and still no issues. tires balaced perfectly.It sucks that if you don't know much you would fall for it and they will sell you a new tire when you don't need one.

Please, do not take your cars here unless you actually enjoy having your time wasted consistently. Took my car there today at 8am (an appointment which I scheduled yesterday at the time of writing this) for a tie rod replacement as I needed this done asap. The guy told me I would have it back by 2 only to never give me a call for an update on the service or even a quote. I called at 12, he said they hadn t worked on it but would be done in an hour. I came at 4pm and they hadn t even looked at the car.This isn t my first we haven t even looked at your car with this Firestone. As the last time I dropped my car off on an appointment, it was there for over 48 hours and they never worked on it because they were putting an engine in a car. Why hold my car for days on end just to never even touch it? No compensation, no offer to make it right, nothing.The only good thing about this Firestone is Khalil. Good guy that actually cares about the job getting done with good customer service. There s another old guy that I always see up front & whenever he s there my problem never gets solved or the car gets fixed & i m not told how much it would be until I show up (no call or anything just yeah the cars been sitting here .What a joke.

I took my car in today for a repair of a simple nail in the middle of the tire. I was called later and told that there was side wall damage and that I needed a new tire for $220. I called my fianc�, because admittedly I do not know much about cars. He called them back and asked how the side wall was damaged when the nail was in the middle of the tire and the tire pressure never dropped below 20. The employee immediately changed the story and said that my car was actually ready and already repaired without needing a replacement. Incredibly sketchy and unprofessional. Will never go here again.

Wish I could give NO STARS!! Avoid this Firestone at all costs if you do not want to be ripped off. And if you're a girl? Ha! Even worse. All I can say is I went in for a simple BRAKE JOB and now all of a sudden I'm leaving in a tow truck. First, the employee Richard test drove the car once the brakes were done, then comes back to say it was my battery that was the problem (I've had this battery for two years, never had a problem). Well then, he replaces the battery and nope, car still won't start. Next, he states that I had no oil in my car. Um NEWSFLASH I just had a synthetic oil change. My 2011 Hyundai only requires synthetic oil and I got my oil changed on 04/2018 with Firestone!! Long story short, I took it in for the brake job on 07/01/2018. Three MONTHS AND YOU MEAN TO TELL ME I HAVE NO OIL??? WELL DID YOU NOT PUT ENOUGH?? These people will rip you the hell off if you aren't a man lol. I had no oil indication light or oil leak so what the hell was it? It was quite amusing to them, but we will be suing. I drive this car to work and home. It's ridiculous how they wrecked it and left me to pay for all of these damages. I am a very unhappy customer. I have spent thousands of dollars with firestone but NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Generally, I prefer Firestone to other shops, but I don't recommend this location. The service is good if you can get in, but appointments are basically required and often days out. Good for them that they have the business, but I often find their inflexibility unable to meet my expectations. For example, I recently purchased a car and had four new tires installed here, which went well, and a couple of months later my tire pressure light is on, and they couldn't see the car for three days, and then I'd have to leave the car with them all day. I'd rather just go somewhere else with more flexibility.

Frankly, if you expect your time to be respected here, you've got the wrong place. Sat in the lobby waiting for 3 WHOLE HOURS while the guy who helped me ring up initially stood by. Decided to ask for an update, only to hear from him that they may not get to my car in the day despite coming into the shop at 10 am, followed by some half-baked explanation as to why they possibly wouldn't be able to get to it.Once they told me the services would be done in an hour and a half, I spent 20 minutes walking home so I could wait there, only to be messaged 4 hours later saying my car was ready for pickup. Picked it up and discovered they hadn't done the inspection I requested (standard complete inspection), deduced that my flat couldn't be repaired there since it's rim related, and didn't replace the air filter like it was written on the ticket. I basically paid them 10 dollars to hold my car for the day and refer me to a rim repair shop at the end.Not an ideal way to spend a Saturday.I have no interest in doing anymore business here whatsoever, I'd rather find an attentive local shop and I'd advise others to be cautious coming here for anything other than a tire replacement service.

Very disappointed in the service at this Firestone for the first and last time. Set an appointment at 11am and the car was not even taken in to the work bay by 1:30pm for an installation job that should not have taken more than one hour to be generous about time. If they needed more time, the team certainly did not communicate that to me.Watching other cars that ended up being serviced before mine even as I waited in the lobby, simply told me this was wasting my time.I understand being understaffed or busy but the location was neither considering at least 3 people were in the work bay minimum and the bay wasn't filled with cars to maximum capacity.This location was very convenient for me but I see now that I'll have to go elsewhere to get quality and timely service. Beware of your time and how they choose to respect it, get an estimated time of completion.Maybe I was just unlucky with this experience. But honestly there are lots of options and instead of wasting time, I'll just find some other location.

Good service but they are extremely backed up and will ask you to reschedule for a different day multiple times upon dropping you vehicle off. Happened to me and multiple customers in front of me as well as my roommate at a different time. I also wasn't able to use a coupon because it expired from rescheduling

Keep away of the Firestone at University Blvd and Goldenrod. I can't give zero because one is the lowest rate I can give. These guys charged me $1640 to replace the Compressor because they said that was the part that was broken. After making the change they called me again just to ask for $1100 more because the AC does not work due to the evaporator. If I decide not to add the cost of the evaporator, the AC will not work properly. If I decide not to change any of those parts I have to pay 600 USD for the labor to put on/take off the Compressor. In the end, I have to pay 650 USD just to leave with the AC in the same state, broken!Service: Air conditioning

First of all, don t bother making an appointment they will start whenever they want regardless. I took my car here after it broke down on me due to some issue s with my alternator. They kept it overnight and returned it to me late the next day. I was told the battery was replaced as well as my alternator. They did not replace the battery at all and (over) charged me as if they had. I had to return to the store to have the work I paid for completed and they did not discount anything. I will honestly never use any Firestone again after this experience.At this point I have spoken to the store manager who made some attempts to try and rectify the situation. I will see how things go from here because I have been going to Firestone for years and didn t necessarily want to switch.Update: I returned and myself and my car were well taken care of.

Had an appointment for tires and oil change. Got there early and said I would be back after breakfast. 2hrs after my appointment, nothing had been done on my car. They told me, "oh, it's a drop off, we won't get to it for a couple more hours." Why did I even waste my time. Also they didn't have the tires I wanted.

This place has always done my family and I well. I go here for the tires and oil changes on all my family's vehicles. They do a good job. Sometimes they are booked pretty solid. Always a best practice to call ahead. Either way, they tend to be able to fit you in if you are in a pinch.

I had an appt to flush ny brakes and do an alignment. They told me it would take about 3 hours!! A flush takes 30 minutes max. What is the point of having an appt?! I left and will be going elsewhere.I understand you are short staffed. The guy behind the counter looked super stressed. Dont take appts if you cant keep up with the work.

Been a customer of this location for 15+ years. The last 5 service has dropped off. I had to make an appt 2 days ago to change trans fluid. Got there, dropped of the truck. They called 15 minutes later saying they didn't have someone to do it today. Then WHY have an appt? Ridiculous.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

ATENTION! ATENTION! DO NOT TRUST FIRESTONE! I went to the shop to get my tires replaced, after I had left I felt the car shaking as if something was wrong with the tire. I came back to the shop same day to let the manager know that something was wrong with the tires, to check it and see whats wrong. After me being there for a long time he told me they didn't have time to check the tire to come back another day. He seemed like he did not care about the situation. He said he hired someone new and that he was the one to replace my tires. He told me to come back the next day.I went back the next day they checked the tired and told me everything was fine. I left and the tires was still doing the shaking thing. I went back the 3rd time and they checked again and said everything is fine. After I had left I was on my way home and my tire broke off. The bolts on the tire broke off completely and also dented my car. I took it to them and told them that it was their responsibility and they told me its not their responsibility. I had to Pay everything out of pocket to fix my car. I even called corporate and they didn't care to respond back either. I've been to this shop several time over and over because if I needed something done it would not be done right. I have been a loyal customer for year! And this is how they treat me! Everyone at that shop should be fired! I'm glad I was safe or i could of been in a bad accident.

Will not be back. Outrageous prices and they don t tell you what they re charging until it s time to pay. Have an oil leak that I brought in for them to fix 5 months ago. Paid over $200 and they said it was fixed but I noticed that it never stopped leaking. Brought it back in today and they looked at their computer screen for 5 seconds and said that the part that they themselves had put in would definitely not have fixed any oil leak. And then proceeded to quote me $800 to actually have it fixed. They are a shady business and I don t trust them one bit.
