Ray, Cole, and Blake are the most helpful and respectful three men at expert car care right here on the corner of Ranch Road and Lake Howell Road.. I have to say when I come back through this area, then from Texas this will be a place I will be going to visit whether I get something done or not! They got us in quickly as we re heading to Saint Augustine Beach. The prices were great and definitely affordable, but above most of anything that we lack of today is their customer service is impeccable!! Five star location right here at this corner!! You need anything done to your car this is definitely the spot to come to you and get them to fix it for you. Their sitting room has cookies and coffee and filtered water available for you. You can t go wrong being in this place. Thank you Blake so much for all that you did for us. We are forever grateful.

Blake and his crew at Expert Car Care are the absolute best mechanic shop I have ever been to in all of my travels across the world. We were in a very stressful situation and they not only helped us, calmed is , but treated us like we were special. There waiting area is filled with coffee, cookies, water and airconditioning.Their love for each other and their customers is second to none.I recommend them to anyone.

Great service! Great staff! These guys were really helpful. I went to 4 other tire service centers including Tesla to have the simple nail removed and patched on my sound proof, foam filled Tires and the first 3 companies said "No" Then Tesla wanted me to spend $450 to replace the tire! Thankfully I found Expert Car Care and they were able to take care of th leak for me. They even had my car fully charged on their Telsa charger when I went to pick it up. The car was ready in about an hour and I was back on the road safely. Highly recommended and will be returning there in the future.

This is an awesome place for all your car needs. Their professionalism, knowledge of vehicles is unmatched to many other places I ve been to. There prices are very reasonable, the waiting area is immaculate and welcoming. I am confident that I am getting great service. I ve had the pleasure of meeting Jorge, Bobby and Larry whom are all very friendly.

Went to Expert Car Care with some custom exhaust work for my Cadillac CTS vsport, to weld on quad exhaust tips- manager Blake was very accommodating with the request. The job was done in a timely manner- I dropped my car off at 5 and had it back by noon the next day. Pricing was fair and transparent. Would recommend Expert Car Care and will certainly go back if I need any more specialty work.

Amazing Customer Service!!!I have to say that Joshua The Customer Service Manager at this locations is Exceptional. It is rare in todays worlds that you find Customer Service actually Serving their customers...I called Joshua at 9 in the morning and asked if he could possibly help me get trailer hitches installed on 2 new trucks that had to go out the next day. Not only did he say YES right away but he and his crew stayed late to make sure they were completed.I manage a large service Team in Florida. I have a Service Meeting with the this week with all of my Techs. I am going to use this example of Superior Customer Service in my meeting to demonstrate what Great Service actually looks like.Thanks so much to Joshua and his Team for saving the day for my Team. Great Job!!

I had a great expierence with expert car care. My car would not start because of the battery which was under warranty with AAA. When AAA came they would not honor my warranty because my battery wasn't "bad enough". Joshua tried to talk to AAA explaining I had a bad battery and ended up giving me a new battery for free since AAA would not honor my warranty. 100% recommend and and very happy with Joshua. They want to make sure their customers are happy and taken care of. Great car shop.

Enjoyed my experience although I had made an appointment for my car to be looked at on Saturday; and unfortunately, my car wasn t looked at until Monday (today). Alex was very helpful in working with me on the cost of the repair. Overall, I would definitely go back to them any future repairs.

Found out about this place through a mailer in my mailbox and needing an oil change felt like it was a time to check it out. Environment was great. Waiting area phenomenal. And completely truthful about the work required. I actually forgot to ask them to check my battery and I m thankful someone there did because otherwise I d have been stranded somewhere. Will definitely be coming back.

Blake and his team at Expert Car Care Winter Park are exceptional. Best prices on new tires, great work replacing my brakes, I get all my oil changes and alignment done here as well. They are knowledgeable, communicate clearly and effectively, and provide fast service. This is the best spot in town to take care of your vehicle.

Only place in Central Florida I trust. The GM is down to earth and tells you like it is. They are loyal and honest.I have out of state plates and other places seem to try to up-sell you and don't do the work that they said they did.But this place, very professional staff and do treat you as an equal.I'm glad I found them. You won't be disappointed.

This is one of the nicest and fair mechanic shops I've ever been to. We are from out of town and had an emergency situation with our car. We were lucky to be right around the corner at the time and brought it in. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within a couple of hours. It was such an amazing experience and I truly Appreciate them so much. Thank you!!!

Woke up this morning to a dead battery in my specialized work vehicle. I called AAA to come out for battery service and due to the nature of the installation they referred me to Expert Car Care. From the moment I walked in the shop I was impressed. The owners were knowledgeable and friendly. Their rates are clearly posted on the wall along with the rates of their competitors. I greatly appreciated that my car service was completed in a timely manner, and I would not hesitate to make them my first choice of repair shop.

Great service! Love coming here Blake and Larry always do a great job. I have tried other mechanics who have struggled to fix issues with my cars, they always get it sorted out correctly the first time! Would definitely recommend

I cannot express how blessed I feel to have found this shop! As a newly single mom now paying 100% of the bills on top of new attorney fees, I can barely afford to maintain my vehicle at this point. When Midas gave me a list of repairs and a $1,400 quote after a routine oil change my soul was crushed. Thankfully, I found Experts after researching tons of mechanics on Google, looking for a second opinion. I loved their reviews and gave them a call to see if they would take a look at my car. I was able to bring it in right away and upon inspection the ONLY things it needed were two new tires and an alignment. Nothing else! The price was also very fair and I am so excited to be able to drive my vehicle worry free again!!!

By far the best! Customer service is phenomenal. They were courteous and quick and did not charge me for the tire repair. They have fresh cookies, a Nespresso machine AND the most adorable frenchie puppy ever. What more could one ask for!? I definitely recommend them, hands down, eyes closed. They have 2 locations - one in winter park and one in lake nona. I came to the one in winter park and they blew me away!

So glad I found this shop! I stumbled upon it after doing some research of reputable mechanic shops in the Winter Park area, following a $1400 quote from Chevrolet for a thermostat replacement, of which nearly $1000 were labor costs. It's hard to find auto shops that you can trust but this location forever has my business moving forward for my Tahoe. They were honest and professional, and I had my Tahoe back and running smoothly again for a fraction of the original quote from the Chevy dealership. Plus the waiting area is super clean with cool design aeshetic and charging docks. Highly recommend for any auto needs!

My family s been coming to this place for a few years now. I ve gotten many oil changes through them and the staff has always been incredibly friendly and welcoming. Most of the time they re pretty quick on service and pretty affordable as well. Thanks!

Can t say enough how great the service and pricing is. The staff is super friendly and that s not always the case for a car shop! I highly recommend this store and staff. Won t take my car anywhere else!AND since I was waiting at the store the guys picked me up a few snacks, drinks from Starbucks! That s service!

I came in after the other location I was using closed earlier before I could get there today. I called and spoke to Blake and he saw me right away it was great service. He was Superman for me right before Christmas! I am Uber driver s my car every day is even more important now especially for holiday rush season. My 27 year old daughter Ashley recently went there to have a noise/vibration diagnosed & they told her it was the front wheel bearings causing the problem. They said it would be around $1,000 but actual price ended up at $1,254 which is about double what it should have been. Price of parts was about double what high quality Moog wheel bearings would be & a lump sum labor charge of $528. + a $60 diagnosis charge which seems like it should be waived if the work is done? Mitchell Repair shows this should have been a 3.0 hour job so that comes up to $176/hour which is much higher than what dealerships charge? They also told her she needed to spend another $1,803 to replace the lower control arms even though that wasn't the reason for the vibration. We declined that due to the high price of the wheel bearings & turns out the wheel bearings did not fix the problem. So she takes car back in & they say "sorry but the vibration is due to the control arms & not the wheel bearings" & we are now changing the quote for those to $2,000. We declined again & took it to an honest repair shop just a few miles away & had the same work done for $859. So it sux that we were scammed for $500 + on the wheel bearings but at least they did not stick us for the $1,200 excess on the suspension control arms. Too bad there is no option for 0 stars on the review!

I had a flat in a new Bentley that had 160 miles on it. Naturally I was hesitant to take it anywhere but the dealer. THESE GUYS WERE AMAZING!! So competent and mindful of everything about the car. Concern about getting it in and getting it dirty!!All it needed was a plug that they did an expert job on. Apparently policy is no charge for plug even after 30 minutes of work! Tipped em anyway!!Would go back there in a heartbeat but hope I don t have to. A great crew!!

I've taken both of my cars here, and so far every experience has been great. Everyone I've worked with is knowledgeable, I've always been treated fairly, and they always accommodate whatever I need. When people ask me if I know of a trustworthy mechanic in Orlando, I always recommend they check these guys out. It's so much better than dealing with a corporate shop or a dealer.
