I ve been having our Mercedes (C220 Compressor, SLK 220 Compressor and E400) serviced at EUROTECH for the last 6 years. I just bought a beautiful 2005 Boxter S that had low mileage, bought and serviced at Porsche Orlando, and brought it to EUROTECH to go through it before I bought it. It needed a few odds and ends, nothing major. After purchasing the car I took it to them, they fixed everything, and it s really a joy to drive. THANKS EUROTECH!

I ve been bringing my Audi here for a few years. Service has always been great, but it was exceptional this past time I dropped my car off for an EVAP replacement. Nelson and Larry made everything very easy even though I was working at my LA office for half the time they had my car. They coordinated with me and my dad to help get the car sorted while I was gone. They also worked with my warranty company and I didn t have to do anything at all in that regard. My car runs better than ever now. Thank you so much Eurotech, I wouldn t bring my car anywhere else!

It's rare to find mechanics that you can trust. Eurotech has earned my trust completely. I brought my Mini to them to diagnose a coolant leak. With only 26k miles and 6 months out of warranty, I was looking at a $1500 repair. Eurotech advised me to try contacting Mini to see if they will honor a goodwill repair before moving forward with a repair at Eurotech. This advice saved me $1500. Eurotech truly had my best interest in mind and have certainly earned my future business. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a genuine, honest, and trustworthy place to bring your car.

Eurotech provides the best quality on their services. They are reliable, serious and the costumer service (Larry) is very professional. I was there twice, with my bmw first and my mini cooper later and they are top quality. Prices are competitive and the service is excellent.I definitely recommend them for any needs you might have on your European car.Thank you guys for your honesty and service.

Eurotech and the team did a fabulous job replacing my water pump on my 2018 Porsche 718 Cayman. It was done quickly, affordable and when promised. I would highly recommend them as an alternative to the Porsche dealer, you won't be disappointed!

We have had leased BMWs for years so always took them to the dealer. Once repairs started coming out of our pocket, along with a terrible experience at Fields, we luckily found the guys at Eurotech. I wish we found them sooner. Highly recommend.

Spoke to Nelson asking about a service for my tires on my Mercedes. He was very informative and willing to give me options., great guy., I followed up with setting and appt at which time I spoke to Larry., another great gentleman with lots of information and willing to help me with options. When I took my car there the service was well done and on a timely basis., best of all the cost was more reasonable than the dealership. This is a great shop if you have a German automobile. I will continue to service my cars here and I recommend these gentlemen. Great guys and a great team of mechanics!Services: Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance

On time and the system.they use is great with photos and option to accept or decline services based on your choice. I also get alerts to remind me of my appointment. Great experience and will be a customer returning here for any further repairs

My Passat TDI had a leaking valve cover and the local VW dealer quoted a price for replacement of the cover that seemed very high. I researched and found Eurotek not far from my office so I took the Passat in for an estimate. They confirmed the problem with the leaking valve cover after pressure washing the engine and taking various photos, which were sent to me. Then they replaced the valve cover for much less than the dealership was going to charge. I will now be a Eurotek customer. Competence, service and fairness go a long way. Thank you.

I have been a customer of EuroTech since I bought my first BMW in 2005 and won t trust taking my German cars anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I have never once had an issue with any repair done at EuroTech and neither have my friends.

My Mini Countryman was displaying a warning light for my airbag. I called & spoke with Larry & he told me he would be able to fix the problem. When I took it in Larry repaired the problem! He was a super nice guy & took care of me right away. I will definitely be back. My brother in law also uses this garage for all his Porsche repairs & is also happy with their service. I should have read the Yelp reviews before going here as they are more accurate than the Google score. I had completely forgotten about this shop until a friend living in Orlando asked me about VW repairs. I will detail the long-winded story below to give context. Summary: they re charging dealer rates without dealer service.I scheduled an appointment here in early 2021 for my wife s VW that was pulling to the right and was due for an oil change. I asked them to determine the problem as maybe it needed an alignment, but I was not sure.I pick up a day later and the first shock is the over $300 charge for an oil change and front end (2 wheel) alignment. That s at least 50% more than any shop I have heard or experienced for both (Note: this was early 2021 before materials costs went insane). They offered a 10% discount for being a new customer, but even at $275, that s still too much. I suppose I should have asked for an estimate, but these are basic services that are usually competitively priced. I chock this up to a learning experience to never take a car to a shop that services Porsche and move on.I lived in the neighborhood next to this industrial park, so I did not get a chance to get the car up to speed. A couple days later, my wife tells me the car is still pulling to the right, so I contact the shop indicating that and I would like to drop it off again. I left multiple emails (sent through their website portal) and voicemails and never received a response. Once they had my money, they had no interest in correcting the issue.So, I took the car to an alignment shop as I thought maybe the Eurotech folks had not bothered to complete the work. The alignment shop actually test drove the car after the alignment, found it was still pulling to the right, and was smart enough to switch the front wheels. Now it was pulling to the left. Lo and behold, there was a bubble in the tire and it would need to be replaced.I hope they have improved since I went there, but I doubt it. They say their verified reviews only come from their portal, but I did not receive the option to use it. Since the owner likes to say the poor reviews are not from real customers, I dug out my receipt to attach to this review.All in all, two stars because they changed the oil and did (that is, outsourced) the alignment despite not identifying the problem. I still do not have a recommendation for a German car specific shop in Orlando, but I know one to avoid.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

My BMW was having some issues and I had it diagnosed at the dealership and was told a price that seemed to be very high and wasn t sure that I trusted the diagnosis so I decided to have my vehicle towed to Eurotech for a second opinion and have them quote the job. I was given and upfront quote on what the dealership quoted and Eurotechs price was much more reasonable. After my car was dropped off I was given a call and they informed me that the dealership had misdiagnosed the issues and ended up saving me even more money (thousands of dollars). All in all I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with this business and highly recommend them to anyone with a European vehicle. Nice to find a trustworthy garage that will have my business from here on out! Thank you Eurotech!!! Oh and my vehicle came out of the garage completely spotless and looking amazing

The Eurotech owner feels the need to reply to bad reviews as being "fake"... that is a possibility. It's also a possibility that Eurotech has made mistakes too. The engine on the car had to be rebuilt (design flaw). Eurotech didn't do this work at their shop. The other work - sensors, wiring, and getting a basic oil change is what this shop was responsible for and it's also where the problems started. First, it is NOT magic to change the oil in a car- it takes 20 minutes - the amount they charged for an oil change after all the other work (total of $2500+) is ridiculous and shows how little they care for the customer. This is a customer care complaint and a complaint in general about how people are overcharged for basic work. More importantly, however, instead of being thorough when the car was worked on, we had to bring the car back multiple times to have sensors checked and/or fixed. And the issue came back again later. I was recently reminded of another bad mechanic job and felt I should write a review here. 5 star rating is for perfect work. 4 stars is pretty good. 3 is acceptable. 2 stars - there were problems with the work completed and the "value" of the work done by Eurotech simply was not there.

Excellent alternative to dealer mechanics for the expensive European makes like Mercedes, BMW, Audi, etc. I've had great service from them in the past, and that's why I've been a repeat customer. However, the way they handled the repair on my ML350 has made me a permanent customer for sure. The car was not starting and had to be towed to their shop (on a weekend of course). They quickly figured out that it needed to have both fuel pumps replaced. I picked up the car after the repair and noticed that it was leaking fuel. Not to worry...I called them back and they towed the car back to their shop at no charge. They admitted to accidentally cracking a seal during the previous repair and made everything right without any charges. They even refueled the car. Very honest guys and great service!

There are a couple of good German repair shops in and around Orlando but Eurotech is by far the best I've found. Larry is professional and a genuinely nice guy. He knows his German cars and answered all my questions in great detail. My 540i came back with a courtesy detail and running better than I can ever remember.Pricing is very fair and they warranty their work for 2 years. Top notch business in every respect.

I purchased a 2007 Porsche Boxster several years ago from out of state and Eurotech was recommended to me by the mechanic in North Carolina who had maintained it for years. Eurotech has been maintaining my Boxster every since without one issue. Although the shop is located outside the area I now live, I would never choose to take it anywhere else. The owner and mechanics have been nothing but professional, attentive and polite. It's the cleanest and most professional car service center I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I value their opinion and advice. I believe their prices are fair and well within reason based on my particular vehicle. I can't imagine having any other center service my Porsche.
