I took my car here because it was squealing at startup. They did an inspection and said nothing was wrong. I picked it up and started it and the car squealed leaving all the technicians baffled. They said they didn't know and come back in a day or two. I immediately took my car somewhere else and within 10 minutes it was diagnosed as a rocker arm gasket leaking on the belts. HOW DO YOU MISS THAT? I contacted the MGR and he said they have NEW employees and that they make mistakes sometimes. He offered a free oil change. REALLY? YOU THINK I WOULD TRUST THEM AFTER THAT DIAGNOSIS? People please stay away from this place, do not trust them to fix you car. They almost ruined mine. Horrible Horrible service.

Today's visit was the worst. I set an appointment for 2:45 a day before and arrived on time to be told my appointment wasnt found in the computer (scheduled by Mel) After waiting for two hours my car is pulled up only to have to wait anther 15 minutes to cash out. I retrieve my car to only be greeted by plastic and paper protective covers left and the wrong mileage /date Sticker. This will be my last time at this particular location, if I'm not a woman in short shorts i guess my service has to be below standard.

This is my second time purchasing and vehicle and the experience has always been nice. My salesman BADR HELPED ME OUT SO MUCH AND WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME. I WENT BACK A FEW TIMES BECAUSE I WAS UNSURE OF WHAT VEHICLE I WANTED. AND EACH TIME BADR WAS THERE TO HAVE MY BACK IN CHOOSHING WHAT WAS RIGHT FOR ME
