Fastest and smoothest car buying experience ever. Only took about 2 hours (test drive included) from walking in to driving home.Vernon was an excellent sales consultant - he even sent me a personalized video of the car on the lot.He took care of everything and answered all of my questions.Jamie is an absolute unit. He s a boxing fan just like I am, so we had a good chat about some recent fights. In addition to that, He was no-pressure and worked very fast to get my deal done. Coolest finance manager I ve ever dealt with.He offered me a warranty add on, but I declined it (because I work on my own cars). He was very understanding and wasn t pushy about it.He was even able to save me money on my licensing fee.An upstanding gentleman!No hidden fees with these guys. They re upfront and honest.Very happy with my purchase!I would have no hesitations buying here again. Solid crew.

JOE, JOE, ALAN, MY salesmen, and everyone else who helped me. Y'all were Awesome.Never have I ever gone into a dealership and the Price of my 2015 GL63 and the amount they gave me for my trade 2007 GL450 did not have to be negotiated back and forth. The Price was exactly where it would have ended up. The prices they have perfect for a used car buyer. Check out the 2017 GLS550 They have for 23k and only 89k milesI may not have seemed impressed with the 5-day 300 mile return or Exchange policy, but I was.It is worth the 2 1/2 hour drive each way in Traffic from Mulberry FL. every time I go.Thank You

My experience was great From the moment I walked in I already had a pre approval with my bank they had the car I wanted waiting for me. Test drove the Lady doing my loan was a sweet heart. My sales man was Nice as well. I was told everything up front. They won me over. My car runs great

We were shopping for a car for our daughter. We saw a vehicle she liked at Drivers Mart. Robert was very responsive. He confirmed availability and set up an appt. After a quick phone discussion, he also sent a real time video of the car inside and out. Once we arrived at dealer it was a relatively quick and easy buying experience.

I went to the dealership without knowing what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the car was in fair condition. Vernon, the salesman, was very helpful and walked me through the entire process. Financing the car was straightforward, and the interest rate was agreeable. Smooth and trustworthy experience! Gerald was the best! I asked for pictures of the car I really wanted and he instead sent a real time video of the car s exterior and interior! I greatly appreciated that since I don t live very close to the dealership. When my family arrived to the dealership we were greeted by everyone. Gerald had no problem showing us all the specifics about the car as well as providing straight answers to any of our questions. Overall, I would say they re a friendly and professional environment.

First of all I wanna thank Jean Claude, Jorge and Jaime for the amazing help towards the process of getting my first car. I m 18 and these guys have showed and helped me with everything , learned many new things. Despite some challenges on my end in the buying process their patience have helped me with everything. Purchased Mercedes GLS450. Car was a really great price, which seemed too good to be true.I also purchased the recommended fixer plus pro tek extended warranty.After a few days of driving I noticed when it started it would vibrate until it something seemed to become pressurized.Sure enough it turned out to be the motor mounts that had collapsed causing the air suspension to need to refill after sitting for awhile.This was uncovered by the warranty and is costing me $3000.This is how much the warranty was and in my opinion I feel I would never come back and would rather just buy a used vehicle from a dealership for more money and better quality checks.In addition all engine and cabin filters needed replaced, needs a new battery, new wipers.The tires as well . The front ones are different from the back two so I have 3 brands of tires with the front two have dry rot.Hollerbach is making money from the insurance and when you purchase the car and still did not deliver quality maintenance before selling the vehicle.So I highly do not recommend buying a vehicle from here.

I went in with little knowledge and hope on getting a good car the same day for a decent price and payment. George Castillo walked right up to my friend and I as we were looking at potential cars on the lot. He was very insightful, honest, and straight to the point the entire process. He walked us down step by step on what everything was and what to expect based on my criteria and expectations. At the end of it all I walked out with a car I didn t expect and is perfect with the perfect payments! Jennifer was also amazing and has such a great personality when discussing terms and doing the paperwork. An awesome first time dealership experience.

About a month ago I went to Drivers mart looking for a reliable vehicle within my budget, and upon my arrival I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of George Castillo. Now naturally I was really shy being that this is my first time ready to buy a car and at any other dealership I had been too I was talked over and was treated very poorly. Every other place I went too there was always something wrong with the vehicles or since I am a young woman all the sales associates could tell me is that there is a back up camera on the car and nothing else. When I walked in first thing George did was welcome me and asked me how my morning was going, and as we walked in he even offered me coffee. I know its a small gesture but it truly meant a lot. George asked what I am looking for, my price range and ensured me taking the time get a feel for what i was looking for in a vehicle was his first priority so we can see the choices that were within my limitations. I test drove a vehicle and was given a full description and was told the break down of the pricing in the same hour, I mean everything about the process was so smooth and not stressful. I had to leave because of work but even after I left, I was sent follow up emails from George ensuring my visit was okay and that I am welcomed back at any time. I went back a few days later with a different car in mind and I even told George I just had a gut feeling and that I just needed to have the car I was looking at online. He told me he was glad I said that because you should always follow that gut feeling. The car was already pulled to the front for me and ready to test drive. I really fell in love, and shortly after I was filling in paper work. It only took maybe 2 and a half hours, maybe 3 but even in that little time, I was checked up on by George and I just really felt that what I wanted really was drivers marts priority. I signed the papers to my beautiful 2014 Honda Civic EX and I could not have done it without the kindness and understanding of every one one on the drivers mart team but the real recognition goes to George Castillo. The time and effort put into making sure my needs in a vehicle were met truly means a lot and even after I was sent follow up messages ensuring the vehicle was doing well. I recommend Drivers mart to everyone who's looking for great vehicles and outstanding customer service. Please ask for George Castillo, he will make your visit a memorable one!

Ryan was awesome and made it as good of an experience as car shopping could be - he even sent me personalized videos of the cars I had expressed interest in before I arrived on the lot. He took care of answering all of my questions and honestly was the biggest reason I decided to buy from here.It was still an all day experience that took forever to complete. We looked at a total of 3 cars before deciding on one, and we actually noticed some red flags on one of those vehicles it seemed to be burning oil based on color of smoke coming from exhaust pipe and there was oil all over the engine when we opened the hood. They sent it over to maintenance who claimed to have just over filled the oil a bit, which didn t fully explain the issues we d pointed out. So I was a bit more hesitant about trusting their inspections of vehicles before they hit the lot, especially now having read some other reviews from folks. I definitely had mine checked out by a mechanic prior to the 5-day return window expiring, and while they didn t find any major issues there were definitely some small things you d think the dealership would have addressed before selling the car.As far as price, they do tell you up front they won t negotiate. And they definitely won t the price of the car is the price of the car and they refuse to budge on the extra fees they add on at the end so factor an extra $2-3k when looking at the base prices.

I walked in with good credit and my down payment and left with a good car in good condition.Sammy was incredibly helpful and involved with the process from start to finish.The only hangup I had was waiting for more than one hour as i contacted various insurance companies trying to get a fair quote and secure an insurance policy for the car - which of course was a side issue and not on the hands of the staff at Driver's Mart.Overall I am content with my purchase.

I got the Auto I Really wanted! Vehicle quality was above standard!! Lots of cars to choose from, but I went with this Beauty in mind. I had great service. Thanks Vernon and Sami!! Financing my dream car wasn't as difficult as I'd expected. Jamie went to bat for me with a few institutions until I got a rate I could afford. Car was WAY BELOW average miles and the fully comprehensive carfax I got offered an easy to see reason why. This Genesis came with 26K miles, one previous owner and driven 4097 mp/year. What?! This dealer finds quality cars! Great Prices! A 2017 Cadenza caught my eye that was unbelievable! Take a trip down there if you need an Amazing ride!

It was such a pleasure working with this dealership. Our first contact was with our salesperson James. He was pleasant, responsive, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Joe put our paperwork together and he also was the same, and didn t give us the hard sell on buying a warranty protection plan which is making us consider it. Overall the they were very upfront with the fees they charge, no hidden costs. I would highly recommend this dealership.

This is the third time we have visited this Dealer, but this time we went to take our daughter to buy her first financed car. I have to say that the service was excellent. All the staff were super friendly, they explained everything to us in detail. They made our daughter to have a wonderful experience, helped her with everything so that with their great effort she could buy her car. Marez was helpful and informative, always polite and taking what I was looking for in a newer car into account. During the test drive he gave me more info about the vehicle and made sure the test drive gave me a good idea of what the car was like. I m very happy with my purchase, and at least 2 of the people I ve told say they will definitely be including the Winter Park Driver s Mart in their future searches and plan to ask for Marez specifically.

After searching the parking lots for an hour at the Winter Park location, we found a car that we loved at a price we could afford. One sales associate took us over to look at it and we decided to buy. Another sales associate took us on a test drive and we were pleased. Since we were preapproved, things went rather quickly UNTIL sales associate #2 tells us the car we loved, test drove and chose was actually $5000 more than the price on the sticker. They had made a mistake, he said. After the initial disappointment, we understood that they could not take such a huge hit. However, as we had spent 4 hours with them and they had gotten access to so much personal information and my loan was approved, I asked if they could at least match the price on the sticker to another car we liked that was two years older, with less safety features and would increase our interest rate. There was less than $1000 difference. I was flatly told there was nothing they could or would do. Willing to lose a solid deal over a small sum for a mistake on their part is pretty pathetic business. Imagine just trying to make a customer happy.Overall appalling customer service. They took no personal responsibility for the mistake missed by three associates and the abysmal waste of our time. Extremely disappointing experience!

I had a great experience in Driver's Mart.I appreciate the sales team of George, Marez, and Richard for a smooth process to purchase my new vehicle. When things got busy they were able to take care of me while still helping out other customers.George was the person i talked to on the phone to provide me the necessary information for my visit and that if he can't help me in person due to assisting other customers, he can recommend other colleagues that can assist me. I appreciate that. Very nice guy when we got a chance to talk in person. Marez took the lead through the majority of our process with the test drive, paperworks, and after car purchase maintenance before we left the dealership.� Great person to chat with.Jamie, financial manager, did a great job in guiding us with our loan while having a nice conversation.Thanks, you guys!

This Is an Honest Customer Service Review.This dealership has been in contact with me for weeks in regards to my automotive search. They sent me videos of different vehicles, left me videos in my emails of greetings and information, and answered my questions any time I called them. Their staff has been pleasant and walked me through the whole sales process and outlined everything on each document to make sure I was happy and secure with my purchase. I also got to leave with copies of everything so I never felt scammed or lied to as I had everything for my records.The real help came when I needed to return my car. I had an issue with another vehicle from another dealer and technically owned two vehicles so I made the decision to return the one I bought here which was a budget buy, and they were kind enough to help me with that. I did not get coerced, pushed, or lied to about a vehicle and their reps and managers were honest with each step of the process. They even refunded my down payment and told me if I need a car again in the future to feel free to stop by. I was happy with this process and the time it took overall to look and get a car compared to other dealers. I think its a nice, small, and intimate dealership where you can feel trust with the people who work here. I recommend this place to anyone searching for a good budget buy
