I would drive 50 miles out of my way (assuming I don't have a flat) to go to this tire center. Gregg, Angie and Kiri (not sure how that one is spelled) are very professional, FAST, and compassionate. I have to assume the bad reviews are entitled jerks who think a tire change should take 10 minutes. If you hang out and watch the mechanics, they're busting their butts non-stop. Great people here. Thanks for all your help.

I ordered tires online and made an appointment for installation. I arrived at the tire center on time for the appt and was quoted 1.5 hours for installation. We went shopping and after an hour and 10 mins of waiting they called to say they can t find the wheel lock and had not yet started with our car. The wheel lock is the first thing you see upon opening the glovebox and we told them that at check in. At that point we told them not to start our car as we had cold food and couldn t wait another 1.5 hrs. I asked for the tires to be refunded and he told me I had to call customer service since it is an online order. Upon calling customer service I was told the warehouse should have refunded me as they cant refund until they can confirm the tires were not put on our car. It took multiple days for a refund. Save yourself time and hassle! It isn t worth the $100 saved on a set of tires.

Absolutely miserable experience. Came in early to my tire change appointment only to sit in a line for 30 minutes to check in. After that, 2 hours later no call that my car was done. I walk in to check on it and it hadn't even been started yet. Had to go directly to someone in the garage because the desk people wouldn't do anything and it seemedthey simply forgot about my car. An hour later it was finally done and my entire day wasted.

This place will always tell you 2-4 hrs when they have open bays and only work on 2 cars at the same time. They also rig their number system by not actually checking the car on their system to make their numbers look good so they don t hear anything from corporate. Go else where for actual honest workers.

Horrible service. Purposely puts you on hold for 20+ minutes to not give you an update on your car. Hangs up & doesn t call back. Service & tires already paid for & cannot get ahold of anyone about my vehicle that is there.

I wanted to share my experience this past visit because it was a hassle and a patient testing experience; however, thanks to the Costco Tire Center team, everything worked out.Kiri, Greg, and Carlos were phenomenal. First and foremost, they are understaffed. Poor Kiri had a line of 5 customers and no less than 3 people on hold for the phone lines. She is one person and can only do so much. I of course was getting aggravated, I had somewhere to be and I just needed to drop my car off, but I calmed down when I could sense and visually see how fast she was trying to do a 3 person job by herself. By the time I got up to the counter, she even apologized and acknowledged I was in a hurry, and got me signed in and out of there in 5 minutes.I dropped my car off at 10am for my 5pm appointment because after my DUI, I had to get a breathalyzer installed in my car to start it and drive it. If you don t have one in your car, it s definitely 1 of the many factors that will help prevent you from drinking and driving once you get it uninstalled. The hassle we went through in order to try and get the bypass instructions so they could start and drive my car was ridiculous. 1 hour wait times with dealing with another company s customer service. Needless to say, we were not able to figure it out on the day of my appt. I could only do so much while out of town on business, and they could only do so much with the wait times and being understaffed.When I returned, the next available appointment was 10 days away! Carlos and I talked and he patiently went over options with me for about 30minutes, a checking the schedule going over all possible scenarios. We came up with a game plan. He could have easily just said, your only option is 10 days from now, but he didn t, and that is over the top service to me.Lastly, Greg was my technician. When I brought my car up for my appointment he had it timed perfectly right so I could start my car outside, and it give him enough time to drive it into the bay without the breathalyzer going off for another blow. He worked on it promptly and efficiently. He called me when the appt was done, and I came and started the car again and he pulled it back out of the garage. The teams ability to be flexible and efficient really stood out. They made a most annoying situation for me AND I m sure them work out in the end. THANKs GUYs!!!

I came into the store around 2:30 on a Fri afternoon and as expected the place was very busy. I had been inflating my tire every few days but this day it was losing air at a quicker rate. The young woman at the front desk was very professional and they did their best to assist me a walk in customer. The mechanics were all very helpful and polite as well. The new tires look great. Highly recommended.

Bought tires from Costco. Had a sale and had them installed today. The reason they didn't get 5 Stars is because they left the flux on my hubcaps. What kind of service is this?

I went to costco for a car battery they checked computer for battery was given wrong one Ray who ran it through the computer grabbed it even though he said it I should have double checked now I have a blown fuse I have to take it to the mechanic

I have replaced tires at this location in and they didn t return my tire key. When I came to ask for the replacement key customer service representative was rude to me and talking so loud to make sure everyone in the line could hear his point, portraying me as an unreasonable person. It was very disrespectful and humiliating. I would discourage anyone going there.

After spending half of the morning at Firestone and them first telling me, I didn't have a hole in my tire...to yes I have, but I will need a new tire. I had enough and headed to Costco where I bought my original tires, 5 months earlier. They patched it with no problem for free!! Customer service is always great and they always come through. Thanks for being honest and efficient. Highly reccomend.

Horrible customer service. The staff will treat you like they're doing you a favor. You can set an appointment but they'll always be late servicing your vehicle. Be prepared to be talked to without any respect whatsoever, even by the supervisor of the tire center.They won't document any of your tread depth readings when you try to get a warranty replacement, deny your warranty replacement and wait until your tread depth is so low that your tires can't be rotated from the front anymore because it has become unsafe to do so. Then they'll point out the fact that your tires weren't rotated and that there is now irregular wear which voids the warranty.You might be tempted at this point to ask what the tread depth readings are so that you can file a formal complaint. But rest assured, you will be told that they keep no records whatsoever. Even though their appointments are done through their website, they will not even have a record of you being there.You might save a few dollars buying tires here, but be warned that they will deliberately engage in dishonest practices to avoid honoring the warranty. I for one will never give them another penny. I would rather spend another hundred dollars giving my money to a business that at the very least talks to me with some modicum of dignity.

Very busy Costco. I recommend making an appointment online for tires. Usually only one person working the counter here so you should expect a good 15 minute wait, unless you luck out and catch them at a slow time.

What is going on with costco tire shop? Not in a good way either. I just can even put my finger on 1 thing, but it is a pain to do anything through them. Makes the money saved not worth my time they waste.

I will NEVER order tires from Costco again! I ordered on 9/2/20, and made an appointment at the time to have the tires installed on 9/20/20. When I arrived for the installation, the tires weren't there. It makes sense for them to determine that the tires are in stock before sending me a confirmation email, but they don't do that. In checking online, I see that the tires have not even been shipped after 18 days. An hour long telephone call to Costco has yielded no satisfactory results.A very poor experience, and no appreciable support from Costco.

WORST SERVICEExcellent prices. Love the prorated use rebate...but the customer service simply is horrible. Discount Tire I'm sorry that I ever left you. I always buy 4/Michelin tires. DT low $$$/ excellent service...even if you buy your tires @ Costco.

Great deals on tires, often 4 for the price of 3. The same Michelin all-weather tires can be bought here for 200$ cheaper than some other tire retailers. Only wish they had wheel alignment services.

Previously purchased 4 new Michelin tires. Then much later got a screw in tire. They repaired and rotated my tires. No charge. And fast. Very appreciated.

Costco got the tires rotated in record time on a Saturday, just the check-in was a little slow but great job! And the store was crowded but not uncomfortable even this close to Christmas....12/11.

For the most part, my experience there was excellent! I just had one issue and that was one of the employees there. His name is Joe, he's one of the older employees there. Simply put, he was rude and gave me an attitude for reasons I don't know, because I was just trying to talk to the manager about an issue with my car, when he pretty much implied for me to "shut up" and let him talk. Please reprimand that employee because if he does that to me again, then I will make sure I report him to Costco management. The reason why this got 4 instead of 3 or 2 is because the manager was exceptionally helpful.

Bought a set of Michelin tires for my car. Prices are comparable to other tire stores. They run a sale on them from time to time, $110 off a set of four. Also if you have a Costco branded Visa CC you of course get a little reward back from that.

This specific location it is usually very busy so i recommend call in to make an appointment. Other than that always some good deals on tires. I had some issues with the balancing of the wheels. They never got it right. But they are always willing to help.

If i could give less stars i would. Will not write the whole story, but customer service at the tire center horrible. Guy put my car info in the computer oh no tires for that car. Seriouse??? I even gave him the size needed from the tire and he said we dont have go order online. NEVER WILL I COME TO THE UNIVERSITY COSTCO AGAIN!!!!!!

Although they could not patch my tire in an emergency situation due to the size of the gash, Travis went above his duties to check all of my tires (and spare) for air and fill them to the correct pressure so I could get home. Need more employees like him!

They ordered my tires and put them on within 26 hours. They were friendly and courteous and did a fabulous job. I think this is fantastic service

Denied me a rotation so that I'd wear down the front tires enough to void the warranty. Might as well pay higher costs elsewhere since their service isn't trustworthy.

Great place. Very helpful. Going again on Tuesday. Need bulk products due to large family or just want to save money. Costco is the place to go for groceries. And for car services
