The best auto shop around with the best mechanics. Amazing service, no price gouging and they are kind and punctual. As a female I am always weary if I will be taken advantage of in the auto world but that is not the case with this shop. Todd is very knowledgeable and takes great care of his customers. I will never take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Outstanding! Truck was running rough and needed an oil change. They got me right in and back on the road. They gave me a list of future items that needed attention and an order of importance. Good price and good service. I will return.

For over 15 years I have had my cars serviced by Todd. My son s cars had also been taken there. Todd is very fair in price and had never been wrong with his diagnoses. I am a bit disappointed by Infinity, since I cannot say the same about them. It is always a pleasure to deal with Todd and his mechanics, since they are a happy most knowledgeable group. It is to bad, Todd s business is so popular.Everyone going there has to be MOST satisfied

My 2011 Mustang has a nice aftermarket exhaust but I wanted a little more. Todd and his team did an excellent job of fabricating the installation of exhaust cut-outs. Extremely pleased with the results. More than a growl. Paid 1200 for brakes and have the same problem 3 months later. If you aren t a car person this isn t the place unless you want to spend thousands. Also who ever answers the phone is always on the defensive and can t answer simple questions without an attitude which is just childish and idc I just want my car fixed and not to get ripped off. And for the problem to be SOLVED. Don t be like me, go somewhere else.Service: Brakes

Todd and his crew were amazing. First time customer, I called in about my issue and was able to drop my car off that day, despite not having an appointment. They had my car fixed and running great by the end of the next day and were very forthcoming in the explanation, even gave me a good idea of how my car was running overall and how long it might last. I felt the service I received was top notch and the prices were very reasonable considering the work they did. Thank you Complete Auto Repair!

Todd is the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever met! When he confirmed my daughter's car was sadly not fixable, I traded in for another car, and he inspected that one for me also and never charged a dime. When I asked how much, he said just bring me your repairs in the future... and I have. Every car repair since has been with him, and it will stay that way! His shop is busy, so patience may be needed, but that's because he is amazing.

Anytime I move cities I like to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. When my ac went out in my car I just needed it done wherever I could and took it to CAR and Tod. He worked with my aftermarket warranty and ordered parts and did the job. Also, though I provided oil and filter, they ended up doing the oil change no charge. No shady vibes here and I'd certainly trust to bring it to CAR in the future

It was a Godsend that I found Todd 7 years ago, when He fixed my car for much less than what others said I needed done. He is our family mechanic for all of our cars. He's an honest man and gives it to you straight. If he doesn't think it's worth fixing, he won't just try to make money from you. He guarantees his work. A very trustworthy guy!

I just stopped by to get a quick muffler quote. The owner took the time to troubleshoot the issue and made cost-effective recommendations. I really appreciated his honesty. Todd and his shop mate are excellent mechanics! And just as importantly, Todd's honest about what you need AND don't need, unlike many mechanic shops. He'll tell you when your vehicle's part still has some life left, and to wait. That's integrity. He won't nickle and dime you. His prices are very fair for the quality work his shop delivers. That's customer service.He's a nice guy but he's very busy so don't misinterpret that as being rude. He doesn't dilly dally and I don't think that's a bad thing. I tell anyone who's looking for a mechanic about this place.

I have been going to complete for over 3yrs now and we have brought them 4 cars to fix and I have been satisfied with all of the fixtures and pricing. The gentleman there really knows what they are doing and they remember you! They have great costumer services. I go in with a problem they check it and fix and what I love best is they don t call you to tell you how you need to fix the 1million problems they claim you car has. They focus only on what you come in there for. If you say I need an oil change they get the oil changed. If you say I have a weird sound they check and find out what s wrong and give you options to fix the problem. I always leave there happy and I have not needed to go back for any bad fixtures.

Todd and Jesus are top notch period. Wonderful energy at that shop every time I go there. Super talented guys that know how to step outside the circle, solve problems, and always with an upbeat, positive, let s figure this out attitude. They take pride in their work, work clean and work fast, all for a more than fair price. Todd always communicates and makes sure we are always on the same page. If you care about your vehicle as much as I do and want to be around great, honest people that know what they are doing, this is the shop for you.

We've been going to this place since 2005 and were always happy with their service. We moved out of that area 6 years ago and when we recently needed repairs on our car for ball joints and have 3 window mechanisms repaired (and after searching elsewhere for competent and reasonable repair shops), we decided to go back to see Todd and sure enough, he got the job done again timely with the quality and service we were used to from them. Estimate and final cost always match correctly, warranty included. So good to know where to go again the next time we need something done on our cars. Thanks Todd, great job!

I can't recommend this shop enough. Todd and his crew are absolutely amazing. Todd and his employees are very honest, dependable, thorough, and fast. Take your vehicle to Complete Auto Repair for any vehicle service needs you might have and you won't regret it. I can guarantee you that if you give Todd your business one time, you'll never have to find another mechanic.......EVER! I know I'll never go anywhere else!!!! Best mechanic shop in all of Orlando and well worth the drive if you aren't in the neighborhood.

This is the best and most honest car repair shop that I have ever come across and I can definitely see why they have such a great reputation. Todd seems an all around great guy and the employees all seemed nice and hard working as well. I really appreciate them for getting my car back on the road and at such a great price! Had a new muffler and minor mods to my exhaust system on my new truck at this shop. I have never been treated so well and been so included in selecting the "right" sound for me and my truck. I highly recommend this shop for any and all exhaust service. The shop was very well organized and clean. My appointment time was kept and I was on my way much sooner than expected. Give this place a chance, you will not be disappointed!
