I believe his name was alfredo or Eduardo and he was the most wonderful service professional he was a, dating and changed a battery for me within 5 minutes and had my car ready for travel. Great personality and very knowledgeable. I wasn't happy about paying $206 for a new battery but as far as I checked around that's the going price.

Louis and Ray were both fantastic. Super quick and efficient. Our battery was corroded and they helped us take it out and replaced an additional part for us. It was also cheaper than the other places we ve gone in the past. Overall great experience and would recommend.

Super helpful, especially Ivan who helped us. Car died and coasted into lot. They checked all possibilities and ran a diagnostic test and helped me contact a mobile mechanic to get us back on the road (was after 7 pm when this all happened!)

Stopped in for new windshield wiper blades. Associate helped me with picking them out then tried charging me double the price as shown in the store. Lucky I caught it. Brought it to the associate's attention and he denied trying to charge me more. Made me feel like I was going to be overcharged on purpose and I don't give a company like this my business. Be aware of what you are be charged for before exiting the store.

Went for a new battery late one night and received excellent service from Edward S. He helped me test my old battery, find the correct battery for my car, and finally replace the battery. He was positive and eager to help.

Commercial Representative Omar is ALWAYS amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure our business receives quality parts at an affordable price. His customer service is second to none. Yesterday, I came in and saw a toy school bus on his register. I began telling him that I wanted to grab one for my mother because she has been with Orange County Public Schools transportation for nearly 30 years. Omar said that I could take the school bus and give it to my mom. My mom is very selfless. For her to receive this small token truly made her day! Thank you Omar.

We came in to buy a replacement bulb for our headlight that went out. The bald guy with glasses who rang us up laughed at us when we asked for help to change the bulb while paying for it. He first said Google it and then asked what the make and model of our car was. When we told him, he said ohh no you're gonna have to take that apart and laughed again.After we Googled it and tryed to change the bulb ourselves, my boyfriend went back in to ask for help. A different guy, Edward, came out to help us. Not only did he help us change the bulb, he walked us through step by step and even let my boyfriend change the second bulb so that we had the knowledge for ourselves. When we inquired about how to keep our hood up, he let us know that our suspensions were bad, showed us what was wrong, helped us buy new ones AND REPLACED THEM. He was so professional, helpful and didn't make us feel like we were an inconvenience to him an anyway.If you are reading this Edward this 5 star rating is for you specifically.! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You are truly appreciated.

Went here for a simple battery replacement as the store by where I live was out of the size I needed. Was a very simple/short trip and I would ve installed it myself but I only had pliers and didn t want to strip the washer on my + plug. Edward S. was more than happy to help me and my girlfriend out and engaged in a pleasant conversation with both of us, very knowledgeable guy. will def head back to this location in the future.

Team work makes the dream work! Hector Cruz is my hero I had a bad battery and the connector was stuck. I had no idea what to do.Hector of course did. He worked in the rain and got that darn connector off and my new battery on! Do yourself a favor go where they actually care ! Tell Hector I said Hi!

I have to give the biggest shout out to Edward! My tail lights wouldn t turn off after trying everything possible. I was getting off work super late and beyond stressed because I knew if I didn t get it resolved my battery would die overnight.I had someone take a look at it before I came here and they gave me this long winded answer saying it was super complicated. I ran over to Auto Zone and Edward fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes! It was almost 9pm and I couldn t be more grateful.

Definitely a good experience went in with a broken belt and dead battery and came out all new thanks to the manager and his handyman. Definitely need something fix for a nice piece give them a call!!

After joking around with Hector Cruz, he went way beyond in checking the previous battery warranty and giving me credit. What service! He was so informative that I felt that he had my best interests. AutoZone has a winner here.

I had an issue with my car battery on top of it being a challenging day. Ray, who is a complete ray of sunshine, made me laugh as soon as we started talking. He helped me fix my issue and taught me how to use a new tool. He took his time with me, was courteous, and caring. I appreciate his help more than he will ever know. Ivis helped me out with exchanging my motorcycle battery! My previous battery couldn t hold a charge so they switched it out for me. Good as new! Feel so much better!Also if I have an issue down the line, she said I could call her and she ll track down an autozone nearby so they can exchange it as well. Warranties are the best!Thank you Ivis!

Edward was awesome! My first time changing the Wiper blades and I bought the wrong ones. Edward took care of fixing me up with the correct ones and installing them for me. Keep up the great customer service!!

asked to get my battery tested and charged, as you advertise pretty heavily that you do this for free. Your employee, whom I never caught the name but is working 9/11 at 8:30 AM; told me he would not do it, tried to sell me a new battery (i cant afford $250 at the drop of a hat, i dont even know if its my battery thats bad. thats why I wanted it tested.) refused to test or charge it, and asked me "what do you want me to do about it?" I said i just wanted my battery tested and charged so I could see if thats the issue before I replacd it, and he very angrily stormed off inside and told me hed be inside when I changed my mind. Absolutely no sense of customer service or human compassion. I understand if you work off commision and wanting to get a sale but some people do not have an extra couple hundred dollars just lying around to throw away, especially without knowing if this is the actual issue with my car. Please hire people who care about their job. If my battery WAS the issue, I wouldnt be spending my money at this location just for the way this employee treated me.

Came in to get my battery tester and was greeted and helped with enthusiasm. Ray was super nice and helpful! He was able to get me a new battery and installed it all within about 20 minutes.

This place needs a lot of help, standing on line for more than 20 minutes waiting for check out while 3 people behind the counter looking at computer and installing a light bulb outside, customer starts to leave without anyone trying to help.

Kind of funny seeing a review here of an employee willingly helping out a customer in the rain. Just came to have my car scanned, employee refused to do it because it was raining. Mind you, it was barely a sprinkle. We would have gladly took the scanner and did it ourselves if given the option.

I normally go to one of Autozone s competitor, just personal preference. However I visited this location in need of having my battery tested and getting a few items. The associate, Anthony, provided me great, quick service, answered any questions I had and even helped me pick out correct battery terminals.Great customer service at this location!

Incredible service, incredible decency, both Ray and Hector. Ray is one of the employees at the store in Winter Park on Aloma Avenue who could not have been more helpful, transparent and kind. I had a need for a battery replacement that in theory was warrantied at Lexus, and as Lexus was closed last Sunday, I had to have my battery replaced at AutoZone I asked Ray if he could hold on if to my Lexus battery so that I could deal with the warranty replacement at Lexus which I did and AutoZone kept the battery for a week and honored my replacement and refunded me for the battery that they gave to me for a weeks use Again, thank you for being great people and going beyond the concept the customer service and just being decent and understanding. Thank you very very much.

I only come to the Auto Zone on Aloma because the customer service is top tier from all the others I been too. I had an issue with my 02 Nissan Altima and needed another car battery. I bought one 2 years prior from the Aloma store with a 2 yr warranty. I realized I just missed the cut off for the warranty to get a replacement, so I called the customer service number, which they got me connected with the DM, Mr. Dennis. I was able to come back to the Aloma store and buy another battery and The store Manager, Mr. Hector was very kind in giving me a discount off the new battery due to the situation. I really appreciate the professionalism and being able to work with me in this time of need for my car. Definitely recommend people to come to this Store on Aloma. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Huge thank you to the store manager, Hector. I stopped by the Autozone on Aloma needing assistance with my tail lights and Hector was friendly, very knowledgeable and was able to repair my tailgate. I will absolutely return to this particular location. Thanks again Hector for your service!
