This dealer is considered my favorite because of the extreme excellence in service it provides. I felt like a privileged client from the first call, when you arrive, everyone is so welcoming and concerned about the client's needs. The place is nice and the service they provide for the cars is of quality. 5 stars are too few to evaluate

Brought my Land Cruiser in for brakes yesterday and I was really impressed with the services department. Tons of space to work and relax (including a cafe and a movie theater). They did a great job getting my brakes done at a reasonable price. Most shockingly they didn t recommend a bunch of unnecessary and questionable services (as other dealerships are prone to do). Everything on their list was something I was aware of and was a legit concern. I took 1 star off because it definitely took longer than they originally said it would (told it would take 2-3 hours. It took closer to 5-6). Overall a good service experience. I ll definitely be back.

I called the service center to make an appointment to replace the tint cover for my front passenger window. A Customer service staff told me that the person who handles the tinted windows (Pedro) was not available. She would take a message and have Pedro call me back. Pedro called me as promised and scheduled me right away. When I went for the appointment I didn t have to wait too long. Pedro was contacted and responded immediately. He even assisted me with resetting my car s clock. I was informed how the process would take and where to wait. While I waited, I was settled in a comfortable lounge and offered complimentary coffee. Pedro came to inform me that the window tint was replaced it was done in the time frame told to me. Pedro instructed me where to find my car. Also he thanked me for my time and coming to AutoNation service center. From the call to schedule an appointment to the process for the window tint to be replaced was so professional, respectful of time and the job was done satisfactory. I felt like a relative being taken cared of by family members. That s great customer service. Thanks so much Pedro and all the service staff .

The AutoNation Toyota Winter Park Service Center is a great place to get my Toyota RAV serviced. They provide great customer service in a timely manner. They keep the customers informed and communication is very efficient. They took my car in the moment I drove in and my car was ready in exactly the timeline they had predicted for the maintenance service to be completed. The employees were very friendly and willing to help with a good disposition.

My experience at this dealership was excellent. Communication was very good. Internet sales manager and Finance manager were very friendly. I did not mind traveling the four hours to purchase my vehicle from them. Will definitely purchase my next vehicle from here.

I took my car into AutoNation Toyota Winter Park Service Center for an oil change. I agreed to have them do a multi point inspection and report back to me any concerns. Very quickly I was notified by text the name of the service advisor I would be working with and he also encouraged to reach out with any questions. He quickly let me know there were things that did not pass the inspection and sent me a detailed list with repair prices. There was no more pressure than that to do the extra repairs. I did choose to do them. My car was still finished in a timely manner that same day and Joel kept me updated on when my car would be ready to be picked up. When I arrived Joel was there to greet me, the bill was exactly what they had said it would be, and my car seems to be great! I'm very happy with the service I received.

I had an 8am appointment. I arrived at dealership at 7:45 am, and there was a double line of cars from the roller doors, through the parking lot and out into the street. Apparently a large number of customers decided to get their car serviced that morning, but only a few of us actually had appointments. Because of the lineup setup, which normally works fine, there was no way to pull the customers with appointments to the front of the line. The staff did the best they could in dealing with the situation. Of course the customers that did NOT have an appointment were the cranky ones.

I come here for my maintenance and have no complaints. I am usually out within the hour. I snag a cup of coffee and read and it couldn't be more seamless. I worked with Emily this time and she was great and very professional.

Went in for software recalls and oil change-Informed the tech and front desk Not to do the gas line recall cause it s only a temporary fix for now.4 hours later they call to tell me I may need to leave my truck for a day cause the gas line recall is going to take a while!After once again saying not to do it I got my truck back but with no paperwork so had to constantly email them for a couple days until I got my paperwork on what was actually done.Oil was also spilled all over the inside of engine.

pretty much always a great experience. Been going here for almost 30 years now and like it very much. Yesterdays visit was ok. Had my 25,000 mile check up , which when we leased we usually get a 3 year service deal. This time around it was a 2 year so yesterdays visit I had to pay for whatever service. Well the bill came out to 40 bucks . I had a 20 dollar coupon from Christmas and I was given a 100 dollar credit back in September. Anyway the 100 dollar credit wasn't in my account. The gentleman honored the coupon and also honored the credit . I am going back to service my second car on Friday and should have 80 dollars left on the credit. Hope I don't have to go through that again. Giovanni was nice to honor it. Thanks for all you guys do

Not gunna lie I've had issues at this dealership fixing issues with my vehicle in the past. I almost gave up on this place, like my vehicle was never actually going to get it's issues resolved. (Which I bought here by the way.) The last couple times my van has been in I had Anthony as my technician. He is super sweet, friendly, and most importantly he gets the jobs done! I had a rattling in my van almost since I first bought it (June 2022) I kept bringing it in for. Anthony quickly figured out the issue, and we got it fixed. He's great to work with, keeps you updated, tries his best to make sure everything is completed for the van. I'd recommend him any day. Thank you Anthony!

Overall I have been satisfied with Auto Nation. Services are always completed in the time frame they told me and it is always easy to drop my car off. I have been frustrated by their complimentary car wash. The last two times they washed my car they did not dry it. It leaves water and soap marks all over my car and I have had to get my car professionally washed as soon as I have left. The first time this happened I ignored it and decided I would tell them to not do it when they asked. With this last appointment they did not ask and unfortunately it was even worse than the last time. This is my only complaint and I would recommend avoiding their car wash unless you are available to dry your car off immediately or don t mine all the marks.

My experience with Auto Nation Toyota was awesome. They have a decent selection of vehicles and best of all, the salesmen are not pushy or aggressive...I felt like I was being shown & introduced to a vehicle, rather than SOLD a vehicle. The purchasing process was simple, they work with different lenders so they were able to customize something for my UNIQUE credit score!! Two thumbs up, definitely recommend.

Bought my car here year ago. Took it for free oil change that came with my purchase on 3/22/24. My appt was for 2:15, got there at 2:05 and not very many cars ahead of me. I didn t leave until 5pm. Almost 3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Only reason I was able to leave then was since I waited at the service desk. Numerous people got there after me and left before me. I d rather pay for an oil change then wait there for 3 hours again.

I made a 8:10 appt to have a tire plugged(I purchased a little over a year ago). I arrived at 7:50 and left at 10:30. At 9:45 the Tec. comes out and tells me the mechanic recommends I need about $800(nice upsell) plus worth of maintenance. I literally had been there 2 weeks prior for an oil change and asked if I needed any other work done and they said No . That oil change took 4 1/2 hours .now that my car is out of warranty I will be taking my forerunner to our local mechanic!

First time buyer. Great experience, but I thought the dealer would throw in some small gift (cargo tote, first aid, emergency kit,). I was there a long time and was hungry. Their customer service needs free snacks... Like popcorn or something. Still learning the car features, but so far I do NOT like that I have to keep my phone plugged in for the maps to work.

Had my first complimentary service done. Drove right in and immediately attended to. The time I had to wait was exactly what they told me it would be. Plenty of places to sit for the wait time. Really loved the free coffee machine. Great place to have your vehicle serviced.

Great costumer service from all of them. We can really just leave our cars in their hands knowing that it will be well treated. They also promise that they were going to be done in a hour and it was like 45 minutes, amazing. Thank you all and God bless!!

They made sure I understood the entire buying process and answered all my questions patiently and kindly.The 2024 Toyota Corolla hybrid I bought is of exceptional quality. The vehicle is in perfect condition and works flawlessly. The dealership is a pleasant and comfortable place. The facilities are modern and clean.

I had a 7am appointment. They didn t even turn on the lights in the shop until 730 and nobody came out to me until 8 AM. I was first in line.I would ve given one star, but my service rep was at least kind and because my mileage was 400 miles over the maximum, she went ahead and took care of this oil change.This is my second issue with this dealership and their service department. The last time I had an oil change, I waited for my car for almost 3 hours, and that s after I had an appointment and was there before my appointment time.I am extremely pleased that this was the last of my Toyota care free oil changes, now I don t have to worry about being on their schedule anymore, and I can do this at my convenience.Why offer a 7 AM appointment when nobody is there until 8 AM?

On 3/12/2024 sent my wife to the dealer for oil change and tire rotation. Even with an appointment the waiting time was 1 1/2 hours. Next day in the morning I checked the car I noticed that they never did the tire rotation. I went to see the invoice (373887) and they charged for the service that was never done in the car. Because of my busy schedule, I sent my wife again and they quickly agree to returned the money because it was obviously that the service was never done and i had mark the tires before. This situation leave us with a sour taste. I'm wondering if the oil was ever changed and charged. Honestly its not for the money, but the time and experience leave you with a bad taste. "I'm sorry, see you next time" was very unprofessional when you in fact mess it up. In total four hour of our time for a oil change to be almost ripoff. Can't trust. Dishonest. Be aware.

The experience at Auto Nation in Winter Park was all around fairly pleasant. The guest waiting area was comfortable and the wait time was shorter than expected. (Two Hours when informed it would be three). Overall not a bad experience.

I had a great experience in buying my 2024 Prius recently at AutoNation Toyota in Winter Park. The Internet Sales Manager Jessica was responsive upon my first inquiry and worked with me on incoming inventory before handing off to her salesman Ricardo Torres. Ricardo kept me posted on the arrival status of the car. When the car arrived and I came in to take delivery, Ricardo thoughtfully prepared all the paperwork before I came to safe time. He arranged to have the car cleaned up and applied the window tinting while I worked with the finance guy. The finance guys did try to get me to buy extra service packages which I declined and they understood and didn t waste too much of my time. When the car was ready, Ricardo took time helping me set up the Bluetooth link, the Toyota app, and the wireless CarPlay. I drove off feeling great with that beautiful car! A few days later, I had some issue getting my Spotify to work. Without hesitation, Ricardo asked me to stop by and he helped me resolve the issue! If you need a new Toyota, go see Ricardo! You can be sure that he will take good care of you!

It was my 1st service. I really liked my advisor Shasha! She was awesome. I was disappointed because I asked them to wash my truck and when I came back to pick it up it hadn't been done. They had my vehicle for 4 hours for a tire rotation and it was a slow day for them. Other then that it was a great experience.
