I recently had the pleasure of working with Jose Cheng as my car sales associate and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. Jose was extremely knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, and helped me find the perfect one that fit all of my needs and preferences. He was patient, kind, and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. I highly recommend working with Jose for anyone in the market for a new car.

I met and worked with Patrick Buckley to buy a nice 2024 Toyota Camry @autonation in Winter Park. And Sir Patrick Buckley was great. This was the third time my family had brought a car from @autonation in Winter Park. The service was spectacular and my wife was singing her Spanish songs while Miguel was doing all of the paperwork. Miguel was so impressed with the singing of my wife so I told Miguel while ppl are waiting for you while you're doing the paperwork have them sing so that they can relieve themselves of everyday stress because buying a car can be stressful. Fortunately, my wife brought the house down with her marvelous songs. So, if you're looking to buy a car, I highly recommend you go see Sir Patrick Buckley a great individual that likes his job....

Great service. Ernesto really helped us out with our new car. Everyone else is also very friendly and attentive. Definitely the best Toyota dealership I've been to.

Stopped in to purchase a replacement radiator cap. The dealership's website lists it for about $14. The cap's MSRP from Toyota is approx. $24. Yet in the dealership, at the counter, they're asking nearly $37 for it. To me that is just shiesty business practices. I found the cap at another local Toyota dealer for the MSRP price. If you need parts for your Toyota, go anywhere but here.

They certainly hustle for that $. However, they are a little bit overpriced, and not really personal. They certainly have a script. If i didnt have to use dealership then I wouldnt. They are respectful, and have a system that moves people.

Had a nail in my tire, no appointment. They got me in and advisor said he would get me when it was done. I there close to 3pm and gone before 4. Great job

After buying a vehicle here you would think you would get a deal on accessories. Totally opposite, they overcharge to the max.
