I went into service this last week. I made an appointment and I was greeted immediately by the service tech. I explained I needed something checked out on my vehicle. I also pointed out where I had knocked the curb. Rommy came out and took a look at it. He said not to worry about a thing. He and the rest of his team made this service appointment fantastic. I would highly recommend going to see them if you need any work done. Thank you again for all your help.

I had an amazing experience with Eyad! He was very thorough in explaining everything to me and let me see as many cars as I wanted until we found something perfect! Overall I appreciated the transparency on everything from Eyad and the entire AutoNation Toyota Winter Park team! I felt very well informed along every step of the way and the finance team really went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this dealership

Elissa was the reason I decided to buy a car at AutoNation. My corolla was totaled after I was rear ended by a college student while stopped at a red light. I passed by autonation one day just to compare some vehicles and she helped answer any and all questions I had, she was super knowledgeable about all the vehicles and different trims they had in stock. I told her from the beginning that I would not be purchasing a car that day and she treated me with the same patience and respect as she would any other customer. It took about a month to get a check from my insurance, during which Elissa would regularly check in with me and see how I was doing, always reminding me that she was here to help. She seemed genuinely willing to help, and very sympathetic about my situation, she never felt like a pushy car salesperson at all, which is the reason I went back there to purchase my new car when I was ready. I am so grateful for all the time and help she offered while I was there, we even ended up staying a little later than we originally planned and she stayed past the end of her shift to help me out, I appreciate it so much! I am in love with my new car and grateful I was able to work out a deal that worked for me with the team at auto nation. At the end of our deal, Tonia helped us with the financing portion and walked us through the contract terms. She was also very thorough and explained every option available to us. I am so impressed with this team staying late to help us that day and not once did I ever feel rushed or pressured by them, we literally closed out the building that day! Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with Francisco Bravo and Manger Jessica. After a long day of work, I went to purchase a car and I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect. My friend and I came to get a new car. Gregorio did a great job taking care of us. He was very patient and really knowledgeable, and helped us out through the whole process with understanding in order to meet our needs, we left driving off two brand new cars. Thanks to the whole team that participated through this process but Gregorio definitely was the star of the night.

I first want to start by saying I hate car shopping. I don t like salespeople in general and I feel cars salespeople are the worst considering I ve had probably every scheme and trick you could think of pulled on me. With that being said I let my salesperson Dawson know my concerns and that I was skeptical. He went out of his way to calm my worries and assure I wasn t going to be screwed over. He literally took videos of himself with the car and the time to prove it was on the lot and was there before I got there. He brought his manager over (Edward) to again assure me they weren t like the other guys. I told them which bank I wanted to work with and they stuck strictly with that bank and didn t try to hit my credit with other lender checks. I did want to wait a week before writing a review to assure I had no issues with the car once driving it home and having it as I have had in the past. I ve had no issues. Back to the buying process, Austin handled the paperwork and I loved how easy going and patient he was as my 9yr old sassy daughter was along for this whole process. He answered every question I had and waited for me to calculate things like the $100 donation I had seen in one review claiming we pay for it. They do not add on or try to hide this $100 donation, they just take it out of the tax that you were already paying. Which again I did the math and the tax amount was right and nothing was added. Both Austin and Dawson even helped me clean out my old car moving them to my new car and when I went to leave Dawson noticed I was sitting there for a bit and came over to make sure I was good and knew where everything was. Mind you this was an hour after they closed and he could have just been like I m out once everything was done with the paperwork. This was honestly one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had and I can hands down say I love my car. It s literally everything I wanted and I feel I got it for a fair/great price and was happy with what they gave me for my trade in. I will definitely be back and hope that if Dawson is there he can sell me my next car when my current baby can t drive anymore.

Had an appointment on April 6 at 8:15 AM. Arrived on time and they were busy. We had our first Toyota Care appointment and the process was pretty simple. We were greeted by Roxy and she did everything she had to do upon check-in. She was professional, communicative, and kind. There s plenty of space to relax, inside/outside, or you can bring your laptop and work/study while you wait. There s also a movie room, great complimentary coffee, and a small area to keep the little ones entertained as you wait. I always try to choose the earliest appointments because our family is always busy on our weekends off. Huge thank you to the entire Toyota team for being, so awesome, attentive, and getting the car done earlier than expected! I was expecting there to be there for at least two hours, so getting out in under an hour was a bonus.

Roger Aguilar was absolutely amazing. I went in with a really tight budget and wasn t expecting to walk out with anything too fancy but that wasn t the case. He made sure to find out exactly what I was looking for and my preferences and found me a vehicle I am absolutely in love with. His attention to detail, determination, and patience is impeccable. This man deserves a raise. 10/10 would recommend.

If you have time to waste, feel free to use this dealer for service. If not, find a reputable mechanic to work on your vehicle.I came in for service at 10 am, and after checking in with my service advisor, I asked him how long of a wait, and he said one hour and a half. At 11:49 am, I received a text message with a list of things that needed to be done on the vehicle, including a wheel alignment. I asked him the reason for the wheel alignment since they had done one last year. He replied that it was recommended yearly. I asked him how come, in the past four years of service, they had never recommended it, and he never responded. Finally, I received another text asking if I wanted to do the recommended service, and I declined.I texted a few times to find out the status of my vehicle, and there was no response. Finally, I called the service department, and they tried connecting me to his line, but it transferred to voicemail. Finally, after waiting for 4 hours and multiple calls, I received a text informing me that the service was completed.I waited 4 hrs for a simple oil change and tire rotation and only saw my service advisor when I came in and walked out. Then, to top it all off, I waited another 15 minutes for my car, and I had to ask someone for help; I was informed that the valet station had moved inside.Poor customer service, lack of communication, and no interaction are what led me to write this review.

They were very organized and fixed my car within 48 hours which was must faster than I was expecting. As a young female that doesn't know much about cars, I found it very helpful when they explained everything to me. Everyone was very nice and patient. They even washed my car before giving it back to me! Great customer service.

Jose Rodriguez Carroz was my salesman. He was phenomenal. He took his time and he explained the difference in the models of the RAV4s. We did not find the model and specifications I wanted in the car dealership lot so we sat and went through the inventory that was on its way. We found the right car. I believe I got a better car than what I was expecting to buy, thanks to him. Also, he did not rush me into a purchase or try to sell me something that I did not want.I picked up my car yesterday and Jose went out of his way to help me get through the buying process. He even got me something to eat since it was a long process . Afterwards , he took his time to show me everything in the car and get me setup with CarPlay and the Toyota app, even though there were new customers waiting for him. Thank you, Jose for everything you did from start to finish. I am a very happy customer. I already love my new car!

I had such a great experience here. I was looking for a new car but wasn t sure if I wanted the Corolla Cross or the Rav4. Jose Mateo was super patient and informative, he made sure to answer all of my questions. We ended up going with the Rav4 and the process was great, Moe also helped us out and answered all the financing questions we had. I am very happy with my new car!

I highly recommend working with Angel Mejia. He was amazing from the beginning to the end of the whole process. He is extreme knowledgeable about the vehicles. Angel was sure to make sure I was fully comfortable during the whole test drive and showed all the cool features on the vehicle he spoke about when showing the vehicle. He instructed me on the proper use of them during the test drive such as the lane assistance and dynamic cruise control feature. He provided the best experience at a car dealership that I have ever had, as I have been through this process many times before. Angel was also very attentive to, as he used his knowledge to help me find the best vehicle applied to my personal needs. Ricardo & Juan Carlos were the best! We called ahead & were quoted a price much cheaper than the half a dozen dealerships closer to my house. We drove an hour and a half to Winter Park & it was well worth it! They gave us a fair price on our trade in & we're able to switch the registration over to our new Grand Highlander- on a Sunday! I thought the process would take at least a few days. We never get the extended warranty. They're usually ridiculously priced but withJuan Carlos & his director Rachid, we were able to negotiate a great deal. Our new car is covered bumper to bumper (including tires & rims) for the next 10 years or 120k miles. We added the 6 year maintenance coverage as well which covers the cost of oil changes, tires rotations, cabin air filters, etc. All of this gives us additional piece of mind on our purchase. These guys were great from start to finish! No markups, no nonsense. I can't recommend them enough if you're in the Central Florida area.

I wrote this to General Manager Nick Oliver of AutoNation Toyota Winter Park on Jan. 6, 2024 when he inquired as to my experience with their dealers. I never got a response. Hello Nick,A very bad experience.I told your sales manager Fred Anez and salesman Michael Claus I agreed to Fred s price on a RAV4 Prime and made an immediate appointment to purchase it last evening, a 30 minute drive each way. I arrived early and ended up waiting several minutes for Michael when another salesperson, Bryan, arrives to tell me Michael left and I was to deal with him. I again told Bryan I wished to purchase the vehicle and after several more minutes he came back to tell me the vehicle just sold.Then he lied to me and tried to steer me to a non-plug in hybrid saying, you know, the only difference between the RAV4 Prime and Rav4 Hybred is that you can plug it in . That s when I realized I was being fed false and misleading information and was being steered to a different product. Basic DBPR law and ethics 101.How would you like being treated this way?Doug I gave up on Orlando Toyota dealerships and contacted other dealers from around the state. I ended up buying a 2024 Prius Prime from salesman Patrick Johnson of AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers. He dealt with me honestly, assisted in purchasing the car on line and I drove down to pick it up with no issues. A good experience.Bottom line, don t feel you are stuck with a local dealer who treats you poorly.
