Auto Master Repair is an amazing business and they treated me with the utmost respect from the moment I called to schedule vehicle maintenance. I brought my vehicle in for several services and they had it back to me the same day and they went above a beyond with their work. They easily could have replaced my rotor and charged me a higher fee, but chose to shave my rotor and continue using it while replacing my brakes. All their prices were reasonable for what they were doing in my opinion. I will be using them for all future maintenance and have already recommended them to several friends in the area.

I had a great experience at Auto Master Repair. I m new in town and it s always hard to find new mechanics but I would highly recommend Jerzy! Got me in and out quickly, was communicative and flexible. As well as the pricing was fair, I didn t feel gouged. Not to mention they were super friendly and seemed to care about how the car was doing post repair. 5 stars

Took my car here for the first time due to the reviews, and not wanting to get price gouged at a dealership. Jerzy took care of my car and fixed the problem! Had to call a couple of times to get updates but they re nice people and have good prices.

Had an amazing experience with this shop. Was looking for a shop for a month to fix my car and got referred to auto master repair from one of their clients, they took care of my vehicle and fixed it the same day. Amazing service and very professional.

Jerzy was not there and repairs were done by his long term mechanic. He had trouble finding a part and kept my car longer than I d expected, but was in constant touch re status of search for parts. Vladimir is a fantastic mechanic that goes step by step explaining everything needed . He works fast and efficiently . I would definitely recommend going to him . Thalia , the front desk was very helpful and had great customer service

Highly recommended! Whether it's luxury cars or regular cars, they work on it. They are fair, respectful and try to get you in as quickly as possible. The receptionist is kind and informative.

Do not use the business I was charged for a battery when the battery was not replaced I also was charged for level 3 diagnostics even though my check engine light is still on the owner asked was my car under extended warranty and from that point on he proceeded to drive my car for 3 days trying to find something that the GM warranty would cover even tried to convince me the transmission slipped once while he was driving when I arrived Friday evening to get my car, I was billed These ridiculous prices not quite sure how I m going to go about being reimbursed but this dishonest owner have not heard that last of this honestly I wouldn t even give this place one star how dare u take advantage of customer that work hard for their money!!! Don t not use this janky business

I ve known this guy for about 15 years and trust him implicitly. My daughter had a brake issue a couple days ago with her Lexus and they sounded pretty bad. I called Jerzy and he said he would handle it. He s one of the very few repair shops where I don t even have to ask him how much, he does excellent work at a reasonable price. Amazingly, he got her car back on the road the same day with all new brakes. He even threw in an oil change the car needed.He even waited around a little bit past his closing time for us to pick up the car.I looked through the reviews and saw some pretty snippy comments from people. I know in business these days sometimes people just don t understand and they are quick to make insulting comments. I asked him about the recent one from some lady and I do understand a little bit about the car repair business. Apparently she couldn t grasp the concept that if parts are on a national back order that he cannot produce a replacement part magically.I have referred high functioning intelligent people to him over the years and without exception everyone has been extremely complementary of his work and his ethics. I always get a callback from them thanking me for the referral, I can t speak more highly of someone than that.Service: Brakes

I honestly wanted to like this repair shop. I took my car in on February 8, 2023 for a coolant leak. My car was taken in immediately, and I got a call the following day informing me that the repair was complete. I noticed within days of the repair the leak continued. I called the shop owner and he advised me to fill the fluid and drop the car off. I did that. After keeping my car the second time he told me that there was a hose leaking and he would fix it. I was without my car over the weekend and he called me the following Monday indicating the repair was complete. So, when I picked the car up at that time I noticed the coolant low warning light was on, I advised the shop immediately. He tried to reset the code and was unsuccessful, I was then advised there may be a faulty sensor. I can t afford to be without my car any longer, it s been about one month since I initially dropped my car off and the coolant issue is still unresolved. I ve had to take Lyfts back and forth while working with the shop to fix my car. I ve lost confidence in the repair quality. This review is submitted to explain my individual experience, it may help others decide how to proceed with doing business with the repair facility. This is the only auto repair shop I'll go to in the Orlando area. Jerzy and his crew always give quality work, fair prices, and have helped me out in an emergency more than once. Really wanted to like this place. Staff was friendly when I came in and gave me a good quote, just said they needed to order a part and that it would be in the Wednesday/Thursday of next week. Well, now it s been over 3 weeks and I ve still haven t heard back. Everytime I ve called to check (they never called me) they ve only said they re still waiting for it. Now my car won t start and I have to get it towed to another shop. I understand delivery times are longer but I wish they would ve been more honest with me so I could ve gotten my car serviced sooner somewhere else before it stopped starting, cause now what should be a simple repair is really turning into a massive headache.

I have just moved to Florida and had to find a trustworthy auto shop. This place was THE BEST find I could have ever dreamed of. I had gone to a different shop because my car had AC problems and all they did was put freon in and didn t mention that my evaporator had a giant leak in it! This place was amazing and let me know the real reason why I had warm air. They replaced the evaporator and everything works fine now but they also went above and beyond. The nicest guy there named Jerzy dropped me off and picked me up because I didn t have anyone to drive me since I just moved here. 10/10 would recommend.Update: This is the ONLY place I trust my car with now and they always find the best price and quality for that price. Truly my greatest find moving down here.Service: Air conditioning
