Our 2019 Honda Civic electronics were totally dead when trying to open the trunk. NONE of the electronics were working. Upon checking the engine compartment, I noticed all battery connections were loose and also the battery was not properly secured in place,. The technician was careless and could had caused damages and worst a horrible accident. I STRONGLY encourage you to revamp your QUALITY CONTROL on all service provided by your techs and supervisors..In 5 years as a customer, I expect the highest quality in your service and products. We, your clients, expect a top notch quality of service for the price we are paying to keep our Honda running in peak performance!

My service representative was David. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. The recall I brought the car in for was resolved quickly and efficiently. The diagnostic was done quickly and my issue was explained clearly. That said, I am disappointed with Honda. Not the dealership itself but American Honda Corporation. There is a known issue which they communicated to all dealerships. The issue is with 2018 to 2022 Accord 1.5 Turbo sport models. My car matches the criteria, down to the year, make, model, trim level and problem/defect. Honda will not assist with this because although my car is the same year, they only go back to May and my car was manufactured in March of the qualifying year.

I like that I can get right in when I call for an oil change, what I don't like is they try to always tell you you need other service that you really don't need, however the free car wash, and a tire plug were first rate

No complaints. David there is a great guy and willing to help. They had to order a part in for my car and had it next day for installation. Honda service will always take care of you if it's within their scope.

Arrived on time for my oil change appointment. I was also scheduled to have a software update that was supposed resolve an issue of the engine stopping when the brake is depressed, which is supposed to put the motor into an idle mode- instead it shuts off. Drove 45 minutes to get to the dealership. When I arrived I was told they were at least 2 hours behind on the oil change and they didn't think they would be able to do the software update that day. They wanted me to reschedule for another day. I suggested it might have been thoughtful if they had call me before I drove the 45 minutes to Winter Haven. I told them I was unable to reschedule. I left and returned 2 hours later. Fortunately, they were able to find someone to do the software update after I mentioned the potential liability issues due to my vehicle shutting off randomly when I depressed the brake, especially after scheduling the software "fix" and being turned away. They did take care of getting the software update done. They weren't rude, but they weren't especially pleasant to deal with. I will think twice before returning to that Honda Dealership

I turned on my fog lights by accident while driving home from Brandon in a heavy rainstorm. I went in to ask what was happening, and Greg helped me quickly and easily. So glad I bought my Honda here. The service has been great every time.

Been bringing my civic here for service for over a year now and they never fail to disappoint. The pricing was always fair and they never charged me for something my car didn't need. I am always treated with care at Winter Haven Honda. No one tries to sell me unneeded items and my car is always very clean when I leave. I think my inside windows were washed along with the rest of my car.

I have all time problems odyssey 2018 back door . Try to repair in 5 or 6 times and all time it's the same problem. This odyssey 2018 have some problems in radio, cruise control, back door, camera systems and other.

Tracy was superb whenever I come here for service. Her smile and demeanor comfort me from beginning to completion. I am confident that my issues will be resolved in a reasonable time frame. She is diligent and thorough with business. Kudos to her and Winter Haven Honda.

Our service rep is Stephanie. She is awesome! She made sure all of our questions were answered and all our concerns were addressed. She made sure we had a full rundown of everything that needed to be done with prices. Definitely look forward to doing business with them in the future!

Although I had a big problem that cost a lot of money which can make you feel sad or stressed, David made me feel at ease, he was very caring and helpful. He even tried to find ways for me to get cheaper parts if I had anything under warranty, and also paid for a rental car for me while my car was being repaired. His professionalism and personality make you feel very well taken care of. I will always go to Honda when I have car issues because of their care.Service: Engine repair

This Honda dealer is by far the best I have ever been to. Their sales guys are not really pushy and are willing to make a great deal. Their service department is way above ANY dealership I have EVER encountered. They don't try to push unnecessary services on you and the work they have done for me has always been exemplary. I highly recommend them for any reason you can think of from buying a new car to servicing your current Honda.

George - a huge Steelers fan from PA - was super. Greets you as you drive up - courteous and supportive with your needs and questions. All records of previous service is up-to-date and accurate. Also goes over everything that was covered on the last appt - exactly what is covered on this appt - and also what's coming up on the next appt. Can't be any more thorough than that! Had coupon for $29.95 oil change, inspection, alignment check, and hand car wash. Charged me $48.37. Said shop supplies and labor + tax made up the extra. 2.5 hours later car wasn't washed ( in fact had fresh bird droppings on roof) and TPMS sensor reset not done properly. Going back to doing my own maintenance at home.

Went for a recall on air bags but wouldn't fix without a 130 dollar machine diagnosis. If something happens they are on notice that because they didn't put recall part on, I am going to sue
