This body shop is great! Being from out of state and getting into an accident was very scary & stressful. Williams Collision put me at ease by handling the rental company meeting me at drop off and keeping my insurance company updated throughout the repair process. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was surprised & pleased at how clean and shiney my car looked. It looked like the day I bought it! They do excellent work and take pride in their work. Every employee from the girl at the front desk, the guys in the office, to the technicians outside were all friendly and helpful. What an easy experience they made my stressful situation. Do not hesitate to use this shop. You wont regret it!

Staff at the Williams Collision Center were super detailed, competent and more importantly ON POINT!! From start to finish, I dropped off my SUV and picked it up a day before it was due. Was shocked!! Then the icing on the cake, the workmanship was amazing, and on top of it all, it was cleaned inside and out!! I could not believe the attention to detail, and the customer service was just super!! Thank you and to the owner you have a great group of folks working there!! Thank you again!!

Had to take my car after a small collision. The service was great and the result was top quality. I had the pleasure of having Mark Tucker as point of contact for the whole process, he was super easy to talk to and worked hard to meet the deadlines agreed upon. Overall, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them for all your car needs.

Williams Collision was an awesome experience in a time of need. The moment you walk into the front office you're met with friendly faces full of smiles and all willing to help. They made you feel like you're part of the family. Turn around time was quick, work on my Toyota was impeccable and great communication throughout the process. I would totally recommend to anyone!!

Do not take your car to this bodyshop or any other bodyshop in Polk if you have an European relatively new car. They will mess up with the systems because they don't know how to repair these cars. Ask your insurance company if you can take you car to any bodyshop in Tampa or Orlando with technicians knowledgeable in European cars. GEICO claims assigned my car repair this place and I did not know I could choose any repair shop of my preference. This is my second time having issues with a repair and bodyshop for European cars in Polk County area.

I ll give them one star because the system doesn t let me put cero (0), I let my car with the to fix my back window and the rear top chassis. When I get the car the charge me for a new rear bumper I don t understand why because nothing happened to the bumper and the guy told me that I have to thanks them for a new bumper, ridiculous. They charged for the back light and a left rear headlight, again nothing happened to them, also they charge me for another things that they didn t. On top of that they don t clean the car after the mechanic work inside the car and let my car dirty of grease all over. Never again I m going to use them and I don t recommend

They are in charge of taking care of my baby Jeep renagade . Mark the servicing agent took me back to see all the damage that was done and was very knowlegeable . He made feel very at ease about them taken good care of her and restoring her back to herself agian.

I am giving them 2 stars because I got my car back fixed, but honestly, horrible customer service. The lady at the front is rude and thinks she's better than everyone. No one communicates on the status of the vehicle, it took almost 4 weeks to get my car fixed and I wasn't even made aware what was going on, I had to keep calling. They even marked it complete and had me paying for my rental due to my insurance thinking it was completed when it wasnt even done. Once I finally got called to pick up my vehicle, no walk through was done. Handed me the keys and done. Overall horrible experience.

Bad service!!! Made the damage to my car even worse than it was and broke original parts. Threw away all the bolts and clips needed to put parts back on the car. Which equaled approximately 30 bolts and numerous clips. I was told when I asked for them that they were all broken! Really?? How does that happen? amazing! I think that is a world record. The car only had physical damage when I bought it in. It ran perfectly and all lights worked. When I got it back my lights were ripped out, broken and pieces were in my back seat. They over estimated costs which caused my car to be totaled. I bought the car back and had it fixed for under $1000. Even with all the extra damages caused by this shop. Their estimate was over $7500. And no I did not use junk yard parts.! I used same sources this shop does. Be ware!!!!!This is the 3rd time my insurance sent me to this shop and I had problems every time. Minor the first two times but this one takes the cake

They went above and beyond. Not only did they do a great job fixing my fender (the reason I brought it in), but they also buffed and painted a part of my bumper that needed work. I'd been quoted $200-$1000 for the bumper before, and they just did it for me! All that and still got my car back almost a week sooner than they estimated. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Must say they went above and beyond! From the moment I dropped off the car to the moment I picked up my car they made me feel as part of there family. The job they did was spectacular left my car looking brand new! To top it off they close at at 5pm and waited until I got off my job and there which was not until 640pm. They are about the customers. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and if I ever in need again will use them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you need a repair on your car or truck please give this company a chance! I got into a unfortunate accident 3 weeks ago , never been in one before and it destroyed my car, I took it here and they went to the extreme to make sure my car was treated like it was their own! They kept me updated, and spent countless hours to make our car look brand new , thank you so much Williams collision center and thank you to all the guys that gave it 110 percent to me and my fianc�e, very grateful and I ll always recommend this place to anyone that ever has a event like myself !Services: Transmission, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Will post my email to the shop here in hopes I will receive a response and reimbursement. In addition to what is described below, employee will was extremely aggressive verbally towards myself. Do not recommend.After Progressive informed me the shop would not be doing work on my vehicle , I attempted to pick the vehicle up Thursday then Friday, shop refused Access both times. I am now out $ for the rental utilized during the time the shop was not allowing me access to my vehicle and am asking for reimbursement. When the shop reopened and I was granted access to my vehicle, a hubcap was missing and it was left unlocked all weekend by the side of the road (although they kept the keys in unknown location to me). I wrote to them:My receipt attached, please reimburse me for the minimum of Thursday- Monday since this was your shops time.I visited my 37 year old brothers grave on Saturday so was in need of transport. Still recovering from caregiving and funeral costs so would appreciate you doing the right thing here. In addition, one of my hubcaps went missing while on your property. Please replace or reimburse.

My car was referred here by Progressive Insurance due to an accident to the rear of my vehicle. I myself am an insurance adjuster (not for Progressive) and the they did was AMAZING! I looked over every inch of my vehicle for any imperfections and I couldn t find one. I was so stressed out knowing all the horrors I have heard and seen from preferred shops and when I got there I was so happy with the work they did. Thank you so much . Yeah these people are in my opinion should not be in business. The customer is not right with Williams collision center and if you are upset about the incompetence demonstrated by them they tell you to get off their property. IF you have other options than these people save yourself a headache and do something else. I will be filing complaints with my insurance company and maybe they will hear my concerns when they don't get over paid by my insurance company. This company sucks. Sincerely.

Great people even better work. My car had a bad fender bender & it looked as if it never happened when the repairs were finished. The entire staff there was great & also they cleaned the hell out my car. These mechanics must be still in training. Terrible workmanship. GEICO recommended this place. I took my car there almost a year ago for small damage repair. I had to go back 3 times for them to supposedly correct the same problem that wasn t fixed. Now a 4th time ? This is insane!! GEICO meds to take them off the recommendation list, this is the most lousy place and work I have ever had done.. a complete waste of my time!!! I need a refund!! I would not recommend them to even fix a tire !! They also used the cheapest part on my vehicle that is black but looks ashy white. Doesn t match the old part!!

This place is beyond amazing first off my rental car was waiting for me so I never went a day without transportation secondly the car was fixed in 3 days which was very quick they did amazing body work they even changed my headlight that was not even part of the plan and they washed my car they were very polite and I can't say enough about them ! I would rate(A-)This shop was recommended by GEICO, to make long history short, the original job was small , I guess was managed to be created into a big job, I assumed something to do with the insurance appraisal, took weeks, never a follow up call, when my wife called, they where short and full of body shop language, a week later I went to see the vehicle at the shop, was complete filthy, been that the work was done I tried nicely to get a delivery day, I was told would take two days to clean, two days passed by no calls, I tried to get a time frame been that I m running a business and must schedule my timing, keep calling the delivery day, hours later got the call, went to the shop, they re only concern was to collect the deductible, I asked for inspection after I got the keys, the car only have a quick wash, filthy on the inside from the polish dust, I pointed to them and they offer a cleaning, the vehicle had sat for days with them, I just want to get out of there, after I left some warning lights come one the panel and the fuel tank was almost empty, would never go back, now I have to take the vehicle to the dealer and file a complaint with GEICO and his appraiser.Service: Body & Trim

New to the Central Florida area, I asked my insurance company where is their best suggestion to go to repair my new vehicle from shopping cart damage. They suggested Williams Collision Center. They made the appointment for me and secured a rental (of which Enterprise is within the shop at Williams) if I needed it. Once I was there, the young woman at the desk introduced me to the 2 guys who would be looking at my car and the the Enterprise agent all who were waiting for me when I walked in. They were right there when my appointment was scheduled and took care of me right away. Damage was minimal and though I had a deductible, I wasn't charged for repair and didn't need to use my deductible or the rental. I was in and out of the shop in under 45 minutes and my car was back to new. Mark Tucker runs a great shop. I looked around while I was waiting and everyone was working on something Very nice people and did a fabulous job on my car. I absolutely recommend this shop for ANY issues you have with your vehicle paint or body damage. I hope I won't need them but if I do, they will be my first call. It is my first accident in what I have been driving, my auto insurance makes the appointment and sends me to Williams Collision. I was worried about not knowing how they work. To my surprise, I arrived and they were ready according to the time of the appointment, the car that sent me my insurance is waiting for me. It did not take more than 25 minutes for what arrives, I left the place, they were very kind. the week after they call me that my car was ready. Arriving to pick it up, I was surprised. My car was like new, not only that, they cleaned it inside and out. I recommend them 100%. Thank you so much!
