Best experience at a Walmart auto center. They took such great care of me, even did a last minute plug on my tire that I found as I was getting ready to leave

4 hours for an oil change.. ridiculous.If you can afford the extra few bucks, go to a take 5 or jiffy lube or something. The price is not worth the service here.

This Walmart was great. However, I am still as I can be at the one at 355 Cypress Gardens Blvd. The pharmacist that tried to hug (hit on) my wife is still there. He is the reason I moved my prescriptions to Public. My wife had to push him away to stop me from doing what needed to be done.

Took their time getting my my tires mounted and balanced. Service took longer but for good reason. Would recommend if you need oversized tires mounted.

My appointment was at 10 am to get 4 new tires. I got there at 9:15. They told me to go ahead and check in. At 10:30 I got a text that they had started. They did not get done till 12:00. When I got my jeep all my stuff that was packed in the back was thrown all over the back seat and floor. They didn't know how to take the spare tire off. And never called or text me to come back and show them or to move my stuff. There were breakable items. It was a mess. I was told it would not take over an hour. I had to pick up my grandkids, I was late. I will never use Walmart tire shop on Cypress Gardens rd in Winter Haven FL AGINE. Ugh

I normally go here for the value price of tires. I blew a tire on my way home the Friday of a holiday weekend. I was trying to get it replaced before everyone closed until Tuesday. The guy told me he couldn't help because they were leaving in 10 minutes. I said "aren't you open until 7"? He said "not today. Today we are leaving at 6." When I asked why, his response was "we're short staffed". I took my business down the road to Discount Tire. I got there 5 minutes to close. The guy there said "I can't let you leave like this. Let me get you taken care of". That is service. Walmart, take note on how you should service your customers. They have now gained my business for all my vehicles. I even went ahead and got a full set of tires and thier credit card too. Thank you Discount Tire!

RUDE/LAZY EMPLOYEES and SLOW SERVICE. Worst experience ever just with the check in. I took my grandfather to get his tires changed today. We got there 30 min early as directed. One employee from the automotive checking us in was telling his coworker about our appointment and the co worker walking by made a comment about us being here so early. So we ve been sitting waiting for 2hrs for tires to be changed. I will make sure to tell everyone that I do NOT recommend this location for tire changes for sure. It took several phone calls and three visits to just to drop off a flat tire that only needed a plug. I have the road hazard warranty on the tire anyways but they won t accept it the first two visits.

The auto care center supposed to close at 7 but at 5 o'clock they stop taking people place was empty not a single car in the bays horrible service will never come back

Everyone was nice but after walking inside to find out how much it costs for a typical oil change and went back outside to get parked in the orange cones like I was told to waited for about 15 minutes before anybody came out and when they did finally come out they tell me there's a three and a half hour wait. I have no idea why the guy at the counter couldn't have told me that instead of wasting my time. So I really can't write this very well because I never got the oil change I guess the only thing I'm giving the stars for is the employees in consideration for my time.

Service was just okay. We came in with an emergency tire drop off and it took 3 hours to change the tire. They kept taking cars in front of us.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. When I got there, I was told I would have to wait 2 1/2 hours because there were 2 or 3 cars ahead of me getting 4 new tires and my wait was 30 minutes less than I expected. I would suggest getting there when they open at 7 AM if you're in a hurry. I got there at 8:30AM and left just before 10:30 to get a tire patched from a nail. Rita was very professional and provided great service.

Hi want to let the mangers know that Ranney gave great customer services. I came in and need air in one of my tires and he found that the air press was linking from the vale were you put the air in at. Ranney just replace it for free and check the rest of my tires. Gave me a quote for new ones also. I thought he delivery great services. I hope the manager know how great he is as a employee. I hope he gets a raise. Thanks again Ranney.Service: Tires

We were told it would be an hour and a half wait. After two hours, we were told there were still five cars ahead of us. We decided to leave. When we got to our car, we discovered someone had been in the car, but we are not sure why... The people behind the counter were very kind and pleasant.

Had 4 new tires put on my car. Service was alright. Felt they could have been more informative about all their products. I was asked if I wanted road hazard warranty which I said yes to, but then once checked out I was also charged lifetime balance and rotation. This was never mentioned in any of the conversations I had with the 5 people they had working at the time. Also price online for the tires was $5 cheaper. Do your homework and check your receipt before you leave!

WAKE up Walmart this location is the worst in the whole state of Florida get rid of the Dead weight employees and get some good ones, the wait time because of the lack of a work ethic is excruciating, I left and went to tuffy tire where David the service manager took good care of me

the staff was wicked friendly but the wait times were insane. we were originally told 2 hours max and now it s been over 3 hours and we re waiting past close along with other guests waiting. every time we ve asked the time never seems to change from just one more hour until they re done. all we got was 4 new tires.

I buy all my tires at Walmart, cause when you have an issue there are alot of walmarts around to get the road hazard warenty work done..I make a 3pm app. To get my new tires put on. I show up early 2:30 cause they ask you to. I have all my paperwork ready on my old tires cause I only have 24k miles on 3 45k warranty tires.Admittedly my tires are slightly worn more on one side than the other clearly a slight alignment problem but nothing bald you can still see tread all the way across the tire. but they're looking for any excuse not to honor the warranty. And in the end refuse to issue any kind of warranty whatsoever. Further on a trip out of state I got a flat and had one of the tires replaced at a Walmart in Georgia. The George store did not have the same tire as I already had on the car. So they replaced it with one that they did have. Again a mismatch tire they do not want to warranty because it does not match the other side. Also not my fault that the Georgia store did not carry a matching tire to the ones I already had. After explaining to the manager my situation after I had already explained it to five of the people doing the work he agrees to give me $20 off each of my new tires. At this point I figure it's the best they're going to do and reluctantly agree to the discount. Manager disappears to a meeting never to be heard from again. The shift changes. And nobody now knows what's going on. They finish my car two hours and 45 minutes after my appointment. And charge me full price. I call for the manager that I spoke with, he's in a meeting cannot be disturbed. It takes another 30 minutes to get a different manager finally comes back and gives me my discount. 3 hours and 15 minutes later I finally get four tires installed and I'm on my way. Getting tires there was harder than getting teeth pulled. Getting any warranty work done is even harder. They look for any excuse whatsoever whether it's your fault or not not to honor any kind of a warranty. Spite the fact that you have all the paperwork that goes with your tires. They absolutely do not care they're going to come up with any crazy idea they can come up with not to honor that warranty.

I'm afraid to give this place the five stars it deserves and let the cat out of the bag. I would like to keep this "hidden gem" my little secret but they were so good that I must give credit where credit is due. This place is hands down the best Walmart auto care center I've been to ( I've serviced my vehicles in 5 centers in 2 states). Courteous, knowledgeable, professional, prompt and friendly are just a few adjectives that describe the technicians and professionals who work at this particular store. Great job keep up the good work. I live closer to another Walmart but the service here is much better. This is my family's new "go to" service center.

Excellent service..I went in for an oil change..I asked about how long it would take (wasn't in a hurry but just curious) and the Tech said an hour..well it was done in 25 minutes!! Unexpected plus...the gentleman who took my initial information was very nice..he even asked me about my car..highly recommend

This establishment is absolutely terrible. So bad in fact that I feel obligated to tell others, if you need tires and need them done in under 4 hours, DO NOT COME HERE. 3 hours in and I asked that they just charge me for the two that were finished and they said that they are legally obligated to finish. I was told "sorry, people have to eat lunch," and brushed off. Seriously such a headache and I will NEVER make this mistake again.

Very friendly & helpful! Not giving 5 stars because 2 of the workers, that I saw, weren't wearing their face masks correctly. And that was indoors, not outside while working on cars. One guy had a neck gator on, but didn't cover his nose with it the other guy had on a SMALL face shield that was only covering his nose & barely over his mouth. There's no way that it was protecting anyone from anything coming out of his mouth

After waiting to get checked in, I dropped my car off for an oil change and a bulb replace. They guy that checked us in said everything was good, about 20 minutes later I get a call from the supervisor saying they won't do the bulbs because there is stuff in the way! My trunk is a hatchback and there is no way anything was in the way of access to the panel to replace the bulbs.Place is a joke, take your automotive business to anywhere else that might actually appreciate itEdit- After an hour and a half my oil change was completed. The receptionist came out and said the people working couldn't figure out how to take out the bulbs to install new ones. His exact words were "they aren't mechanics..." Pretty sure they are supposed to be to work there?

Had 4 brand new tires put on and new wiper blades. First time ever using a Walmart Car Center. I was in and out in a little over an hour. Decided to go there because the local Jeep dealership wanted to charge me out the door 256.00 for one tire. No more dealerships for me.

Horrible order 4 tiers online. Which was not a issues on @ walmart.com.Staff at the store couldn't find them even after they where delivered to the store.Took them 5 hours just to install the tires..Very bad and poor service.Some Staff are more worried about their breaks & Lunch time with out completing their task and duties.

From beginning to end they are always very professional. I definitely recommend them.
