Wow. So impressed and glad I went here as a last place to get a diagnostic. My car AC was only blowing cold air on one side and other garages were saying I needed a new compressor or blender, but Tuffy s was able to fix it with Freon. Free diagnostic and they were able to save me hundreds of dollars! Nice and friendly team. Thanks guys!

I heard a noise with my brakes and brought my car in for a free inspection. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. I thought I would need to replace at least one pair of brake pads. They told me there is only light wear and that the brake pads were still good. They cleaned them off and explained why the brakes might make noise first thing in the morning. An honest mechanic is priceless, and I'll definitely be back whenever I need repair/maintenance. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Took my car in for a simple radiator replacement. My car worked fine, had a little leak in the radiator. They told me they could fix it same day..4days later no one wanted to tell me what was going on. I had to go up there and see for myself, Only then for them to tell me they replaced the radiator but it has a blown head gasket NOW. I came back the next day to pick up the car the car wouldn't start, The coolant tank is boiling, All which it was not doing before I took it there. White smoke pouring out the exhaust. My car is now ruined and not drivable. Biggest mistake I ever made was taking it to the shop? I pay $900 for them to ruin my car. They are understaffed and do not have the proper tools to complete a lot of repairs Needed.. I was even told this from the mechanics. The mechanics themselves were actually very nice. But they are overworked understaffed and not prepared due to this awful company. It came out with many more problems than it went in with. I would have been better off to take it anywhere else. This is now going to become a court case and I have videos that I recorded while I was there.

These guys know there stuff, I stopped by to get my truck checked out because I was sick of guessing. I've had my car for a year and many shops told me this and that. Never fixed the problem. I spent hundreds on other shops just getting over on me. I took it to tuffys and the guy Paul in the shop figured out the main issue in minutes and showed me personally. It made so much sense. Paul, David, TJ I'll for sure be back. They really took a weight off my back. 5 stars is not enough

I came in to get my A/C checked. They had a busy day, despite that. They were able to get my car in and out with a working A/C. Very efficient. Affordable prices and great costumer service.

Oil change = $120. Outrageous. I asked while checking in How much and was told $85 or $86 plus tax. I asked if there was any coupons as I always used them there. Was told there was new owners and he would give me the discount.. I got the discount and was still charged $120. Never ever will I go there and will let people I know not to get theiroil changed there. 2 stars are for the Tech that changed my oil. He was very proffessional.

This place is great. Went in because my car s tie rod s needed to be replaced and they fixed it no problem. They didn t try to upsell or lie about anything. These guys are solid and I will definitely be bringing my car back.

Great customer service. The team there was able to identify and correct an issue with my truck that another shop couldn't do in four visits. They made sure through the entire process to keep me updated and could not be happier with the services provided!

I had to come in to get my car fixed, I had an issue where my vehicle would overheat at idle. Not only were they able to diagnose and fix it same day, I was actually shocked when I saw the price! Highly recommended! Will be back.

I called the night before to check prices on my tires. Was the best prices in town. I did not make an appointment you can if you like. I didn't mind the wait cause I wasn't sure if I was going to get off on time they did a good job. Very polite and really try to help you. I'll definitely go back there. I do go here ever 3000 miles for my oil change they rotate my tires and check my brakes and shocks which I appreciate more then you know I'm a care giver my phone rings all yours if the day and night I know my car is taken care of.

the gentleman in front was very polite well mannered and sweet they did a really good job with my car they rotated my tires and did my oil change for me and I haven t had any problems with them will definitely keep going

TJ, a manager of this store, deserves a complete and immediate raise/promotion/bonus ASAP. The entire time I was there (about 2.5 hours), he was quick and concise, attentive, respectful, and most importantly KIND. He shared that it was his 6th day in a row working, and yet he was insanely focused and in control with all the vehicles coming in and out of the lot regardless of whether or not they were pulling in for the mechanic. His manners and his kindness are hard to find today and he deserves to be rewarded for how he treats guests, he goes above and beyond for everyone coming in and has permanently bought my business. No other mechanic in the area has TJ.

My son brought car in for an oil change. After I got out of hospital I had a question about car, guy goes on to lie about brake pads and rotors needed on 30k mile car. You do not hear any noises from brakes. Also, most of my miles are highway.

I went to tuffy s first time today with some car problem.( my car is burning oil) I am no happy with my dealer, that s why I came to know and find out what s going on.Jay was kind and courteous with me,anyway he didn t find anything, but he was very honest and gave me some tips,he didn t charge me anything.I will be back to them take care of my car after my garantess expires..Thank you JAY!!!!

Been going to Tuffys for over 5yrs and do not have anything but praises for their mechanics and TJ. I'm going to keep it a buck... A bit pricey but worth every penny for peace of mind...

I come to tuffy's for all my auto repair needs!! The latest issue I had my ac compressor replaced a year ago, I brought it in to have it looked at and Tj and Jay were amazing. Replaced free of charge even though the warranty was out. I won't go any where else.. they are the best most honest shop around. TUFFY on cypress gardens by walmart.

Highly recommend this place for all of your vehicle needs, they went above and beyond to accomodate me, even gave me a ride home while my vehicle was being worked on. My go to auto repair shop from now on !!

Overall I'm not happy with the work they performed. I had an oil change, alignment and tire rotation performed. While they were doing the tire rotation they noticed a cracked rotor so I had them replace that as well. Driving home it pulled to the right, the brake pedal went all the way to the floor and the ABS and Emergency brake light came on so I called them and asked him if I could bring it back in. They were good about taking another look at it but they said they couldn't find anything wrong. I've owned that truck for years and never did any of those things prior to taking it to Tuffy. I forgot to mention they lost one of my center caps as well... It could have been an off day or an off mechanic.... But I have no plans to return .... The Tampa Tuffy on Fletcher is really good. Winter Haven not so much.....

Took my car to Tuffy s to get an oil change about a month ago and they installed the wrong oil pan plug, the plug they installed was much larger than the original. Instead of notifying me they decided to install it anyways and since it was a much bigger size it actually shaved off chunks of metal from my oil pan so now I m at Firestone in South Lakeland (highly recommend them instead of this place) getting it fixed. If you need any type of service stay away from this place as even a simple oil change could leave you paying for damages they cause themselves.

New to Florida went to Tuffy s first time with coupon for synthetic oil change. Wait time was around 45 min. I was aware I needed new tires after my long trip moving.Ordered 4 tires, balanced for my 2017 RAV4. Little over $500 new tires.Pleased with customer service, will be back but next time I want any issues shown to me before work done.Services: Tires, Oil change

Found a coupon for 39 bucks for a full synthetic oil change so I thought I would try it out.First of all I was there for almost 3 hours for an oil change...yup...3 hours. You can't make this stuff up.Next...my car needs 0w29 oil. All Toyota hybrids use this weight oil. They told me that if I wanted the correct oil that it would cost 89 bucks! Otherwise they were going to put in 5w20, which is not correct and is the same price as the correct oil.I took the car back to Lakeland Toyota and paid 49 bucks...therefore...never again here.************UPDATE*************Manager called me after posting review. We talked out about the wordage of the coupon and he was going to make sure that coupon was corrected. Added 2 stars for the productive call. Will edit after the next visit to see if all is better the next time around. I feel that's a fair way to actually critique a business...give them a second chance.

Never coming back slow slow slow I understand the waiting time before they get to your car but after getting the car they had the car for and hour without the wheels off and I only needed a tire rotation which it can take 20 mins to do and not even

Had appointment for oil change and check back tire due to tire alert on pressure. Jay showed me wear on the back tires and need for new tires. I have been using this particular location for about eight years. They service all my personal vehicles and work van, Excellent service! Highly recommended!!!
