I have nothing but appreciation, respect, and gratefulness for the team here. Especially for Fred and Anthony, they are real life savers. We spent overnight at the theme park across the street, and came out to a flat tire in the morning. Frantic, we called this Tire Plus, and immediately they put me at ease with their professionalism, assisted me with all my questions. We were able to get there with a donut tire, and they were able to quickly assess our situation and provide us just the services we needed. Having a little one with us, they were incredibly considerate, gave us accurate time estimates, held to their word in every way. They were quick, efficient, and honest. I would HIGHLY recommend them without any reservations!! They had us on our way in no time.

Had an awesome experience this morning at Tires Plus. I was experiencing a slow leak, and they got me repaired and in and out in a jiffy. Huge thanks to Anthony the store manager and Nelly! Very kind and professional! They even cleaned my rims. Fantastic!

I always recommend them. Great service at a fair price. I don't ever worry about what they charge me. Of all the places I have gone to, Tires Plus has been quick, fair and always tells me what has to get first, what can wait, etc.

Nelly Pacheco is always amazing and helpfulAlso I think that he's definitely up for a promotion very knowledgeable I've been going to Tires Plus for almost 10 years now from Tampa to Winter Haven never had a problem with Winter Haven so far and I appreciate all the work that Nelly's done for me he's fixed the tire for me a few times when I can see that he needed extra help there and they didn't provide it he's by himself very fast and efficient great worker will go back to him at any time and I just want to say thank you Nelly for helping me on Sunday brand new tires all the way around

I normally don t leave reviews so if I do it s either because the service was REALLY good or, in this case, REALLY bad! I came here for an oil change a little less than 4 months ago to subpar service. I ve only driven about 800 miles since and a few days ago my car refused to start up. Took it to a different mechanic and was told the tiny amount of oil still left in the car looked like straight mud. I refuse to believe the oil in my car was changed yet they STILL charged me for one. And on top of that, they had the AUDACITY to try and upcharge me over $800 for stuff that would probably be around $500 had I taken it to the seller. I am NEVER returning here. They are lucky I didn t find out until 4 months later. I am not the only person I know that has had a problem with this store

Excellent experience, had a 4pm appt for all new tires, got there right at 4 and had no wait at all. Installed tires, wiped down each wheel and torqued each lug nut. We were in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

We're on a road trip and at 630pm after a long day, we ran over a screw... Called Tires Plus and they said they could help us even though they were closing soon. We drove over, they fixed our tire in under 10min and we were on our way. Friendly service, they totally saved us on a REALLY tight timeline. Thank you!

Great service and good prices are a winner combination. The manager on duty was a nice guy and helped me with my new tires. He offered me a better price and took good care of my vehicle. I will be back with my order vehicles to have them inspect.

Very friendly demeanor, and takes the time of their busy schedule to explain what needs to he done to the vehicle. Scheduling may be needed, but worth it in my opinion. Thank you fir the service!

I've been going here for years since I had my first vehicle. Now with my second and they have always fairly good to me and my vehicles. This time though is different. This time feels like they are all about the money with no service performed. I have paid for multiple things done to my car and it just seems like I paid for the parts and labor and nothing got done when they said they did it. For example: I recently got my breaks, rotors, and rear calipers done just a few months ago and now I'm having break issues. My fiance just took my breaks apart to see what the issue is and found out I have to pads its only been a few months and there is absolutely no way I've burned through my breaks that fast. Also with my bearings, I've had them replaced several times on this vehicle and just this last time I heard a clicking and they told me it was my bearings again so once again I had that done and I'm still hearing the same clicking noice that they said would be gone when I got the bearings replaced. To me it seems like they just want the money and not want to do the job so they say they did the job looks like I'm finding a new mechanic

I made an appointment for an oil change. I was there 5 minutes early. After sitting there 45 minutes, I asked for my keys back and left. My car was still in the same place I parked it 45 minutes before. I got my oil changed the next day somewhere else, and was out the door in less than 30 minutes.

I showed up for an appointmentr at 1pm for new tires. My car was not even taken in until after 3pm. It was not finished until 4:45. It took 3 hours and 45 minutes for new tires with a prescheduled appointment.

Great customer service! They really went above and beyond helping me get my truck straightened out. I had issues with my ride quality and they were able to work with me and keep the cost low and sort it all out! I'm doing my wife's suv next week and hopefully it goes just as smooth!

My son had a flat with a tire size that most have to order. They had one. Also front struts needed replacing on my car. I went down on a Saturday and they said they had to order them, and they would be in about 6 hours time so I could come back next day. I had only been home half hour and they called that they got them for me so I returned and the work was completed. What I like about this place is that they drive your car around after the work to make sure it is correct.

Got new tires a couple months ago on a 350. Bought the tire rotation plan. Went in and they said my trucks too big and couldn t do it. Told me to take it to ford

Did not appreciate the sales person during my last visit. Took my 5 series in for 4 new tires and alignment on 4/22/2023, called ahead and was informed by a sales person that they can have me back on the road in an hour after dropping off. Arrived and another sales person took me in and told me whenever they get to it is whenever they get to it, and refused to give me any sort of timeframe. Refused to provide me a copy of my alignment report at the end, only lets me take a picture of it, claiming that the system only lets them print 1 copy. But that person didn t slack off trying to get me to buy the lifetime alignment or get the credit card tho. The sales person seemed irritated the whole time, i don t know if asking an estimate for how long it takes is that hard of a question to answer. Tech also forgot to put my valve caps back on, but tech was nice and respectful. Had to get my tires done here that day as they were the only place with my size tires in stock. I will go to other locations next time.

This place has my car for 2 weeks after indropped it off when my car was screeching. I only went to this place because it was Saturday and my normal mechanic was unavailable. I had to call constantly for updates, everyday they told me my car would be ready turned into a new problem with as new cost. I ended up paying almost $1400 even after them removing labor costs for my inconvenience.... and my car still was screeching. Took it to my normal mechanic and they were able to diagnose it that morning and fix it that evening. Definitely Definitely will never even drive by this place ever again.

This shop has two great guys working at the desk. Nelly went above and beyond to help me with my tires. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on with my tires. I will definitely take my vehicle back to them. Highly recommended.Service: TiresService: Tires

I was able to actually go online put in what I want done and get a "out of the door" quote! I love it! I know before I make an appointment how much I'll have to spend!
