Best choice!! They took care of me and my family as if were family. Didn t try and over sell us or make up things to get us to spend unnecessary money. They even helped us save a money. Amazing people and great work! Thanks

Great customer service, they did an amazing job on my truck. Only down fall is I had to go somewhere else for my alignment because there machine would do my truck. But I have over sized tires.

Had an emergency tire issue. Both my front tires on my Escalade were done for. And to boot I needed an alignment. Ricardo, the service manager took care of me like no other. Got me 4 new tires and alignment and a full synthetic oil change for a little over a 1k. I was blown away. They went through everything, and now my truck drives like the first day I bought it. The whole team there is great.

Still waiting to hear back about a part that was supposed to be ordered the next day it has been 3 weeks haven t heard anything. They probably forgot due to being high on the job. Highly recommend drug testing entire team

Went in yesterday morning after quickly and easily making an online appt (keep in mind this was Labor Day!) and they quickly got me in and out, got me the correct oil change, and even topped off my coolant. I didn t speak with the technician but through the window I could see he wasn t messing about and took care with not only the oil change but some sort of full vehicle check. Victor in the front was great and personable and made the otherwise frustrating chore a pleasant one, even explaining the differences in oil and which coolant I needed to pick up. From start to finish it was great! I won t be going anywhere else and I ll definitely be recommending them.

Came in as a walk in for an alignment and I was greeted and only had a very short wait time before my car was on the rack!Very professional and friendly staff

HORRIBLE WORK ON VEHICLE .. GAS SPILLED FROM TANK AFTER BEING WORKED ON BY TIRE CHOICE..Had the fuel pump repaired and was told the fuel guage was not working..so I have to keep vehicle full of gas..after paying for my vehicle repair, went to get gas and gas started spilling out all over the place in the gas station..further inspection of the vehicle, I saw that they sent me home with unfinished work .. The manager Brian said that the finished repair and $20 gas and oil change, should be enough(which we did not accept) to cover the spilled gas, the traumatic experience of driving the car back to the shop, gas smell in the vehicle, and the back seat that was pulled out for the service and was not put back.. Definitely not trusting them again with my vehicles.

Upcharge on parts ask them for part numbers! Look it up and see the price difference. Rick or ick should i say is terrible always wants to get a car dropped off, its an oil change!!! How is it three hours when you got only one car in the shop?? Never coming here again!

Called and asked if it would be long for a tire rotation and a tire plug. Guy on the phone was nice and said he could get me right in. I arrived and the mechanic older gentleman came up and said get in line that he needs to do brake job and 3 other cars before us. Hours waiting time and that I should drop the car off. Rude as can be. Will never be back. Horrible.

My wife went there and had a tire fixed on her new Camaro they put a new sensor in it three weeks later the sensor went bad and they said she must have hit a bump or or something and they wanted her to pay 200 some dollars I have it fixed again don't go there I turned it over to the better Business bureau do people or crook it did the same thing to me in lake Wales their store in lake Wales stay away from these crooks

They're awesome! This has been the only place I feel very comfortable going to without worrying them trying to rip me off. I love it here that I drive an hour just to get their service. They're very nice, outgoing and they explain everything to you before doing anything to your vehicle.

Went in to ask about and oil change, but this guy John was not customer friendly at all. I understand they had four cars before me and I was willing to wait the hour plus as indicated but the more he spoke the less I want to deal with him. Too bad because I've gotten tires there before, had a tire plugged and never came across unfriendly employees there before......lost a customer and I spread the word. SMH

Great service. I took my chevy volt here and it was taken care of nicely.They are open later than other tire shops. They are kind people that work swiftly. I was in and out fast. Price is good too.

I had questions about noise coming from my rear tires and it was quickly assessed and confirmed that it was only irregular tire tread causing the noise and not bad wheel bearings which is what I was concerned about. This is my third visit to the 3rd st Sw location in Winter Haven and they have been great to deal with every time. We will continue to come here in the future for our vehicle service.

While I've only been here a few times, I've been impressed every time by both staff and service. Service is quick and well done. The staff are friendly and very informative and willing to answer any questions one may have. I'm also very happy that while they do inform you of upcoming things to watch for they DON'T push and try to talk you into it. Hector whom I've had the pleasure of having helped me the last 2 times is one of the best sales associate I've ever dealt with for this kind of place and have not left unhappy yet.

I have had mostly good experiences here. My car is well taken care of, it's close to my house, and the prices are moderate (I guess--I have only had my current vehicle for a year). There's been one instance where my husband's car had to be taken back twice after being fixed (initially dropped off Monday late afternoon, picked up Tuesday, brought back both Tuesday and Wednesday). While it was a hassle (mostly because i had VERY limited time that week), the team there took care of us. I would definitely recommend!

Phenomenal customer service when purchasing my 4 tires today. Highly recommend and they will continue to have my business. They didn t have the exact tire I wanted (Michelin) but they offered a comparable option in which I am very happy with (Yokohama s). I m sure I could have waited for the tires I wanted but I needed tires the same day.

Worst day to need a new tire? Sunday. But they got us in, and got us back on the road. When they realized the brand we picked had an older date, the didn t sell it (this honesty doesn t happen often as we learned the hard way 2 years ago at a tire shop in Tampa.) When the second tire was mismarked they went above and beyond. We left with a great tire, great service, and would recommend this location to anyone!!!

I have been going to this place for about 3 months now. They do a great job. Customer service is awesome. I remember one time they even let me charge my cell phone while I waited for my car to be done. They work hard to make deadlines. Jay is a the employee that's been taking care of me. We always have a few minutes of conversation at the end of my visit every time. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there is always room for improvement.

I have been to a number of shops over the years, but I must say, dealing with the tire choice has been the most pleasant experience I've encountered. The staff members are extremely nice and have never made me feel as though I was being taken advantage of. They give you all the info and they really work with you and try to help. Jacob is an amazing, stand up, awesome guy.

This place is the worst! I purchased tires last year and went back this past Monday to have them rotated and balanced (included with the purchase). I was in and out in less than twenty minutes. When I got on the road the car pulled to the right and vibrated while driving. They never balanced the tires!! Take you car to professionals and avoid this place.
