Very efficient, experienced mechanics, followed a thorough protocol. Accomplished the oil change as promised, less than 15 minutes while I waited in the car.Why there are only 3 stars:1. Price is way too high. I pay less for an oil change at the Toyota dealer. Prices are posted such that one does not see them until they are staged inside and work has already begun on the vehicle.2. They left oil smudges all over the hood, grill, driver door and front quarter panel. Since I didn t get out of the car, I didn t notice the oily hand prints until I got home.Otherwise, great service.

I would give less stars if I could. My fluids got changed by your company, the radiator cap is missing and tool are still in my car. My son opened my hood because two days ago when I got my radiator fluid replaced they never replaced my windshield wiper fluid and this is how we found it. Horrible service. My check engine light came on the other day. No wonder. The best part. No one is available to take my call. So I m going to have to drive back up to your establishment to find my radiator cap?? Extremely disappointed. Especially for what I paid.

I ve been to this business since I got my vehicle in 2019. The staff is always very courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. This last time I went 4/10/2024, was above and beyond what I ve come to expect at Take 5. My visit was handled by the manager, I believe his name is Brian. He made my visit go by faster than normal and was very engaged with all the customers even though they were somewhat busy. I highly recommend Take 5 for your vehicle maintenance needs.

10/10 goes to Mike because he did my oil change - he was approachable, efficient and knowledgeable. He helped me choose options that were best for my Infiniti g37 sport. He also taught me some new things about my car. I appreciated his honesty and the thorough job he did while working on my car. All staff were professional, helpful and friendly. I will definitely return for additional services in the future because I trusted them, was treated fairly and felt comfortable to ask questions to all staff members. Thank you Take 5!!!

Outstanding service as always. Quick, efficient, professional, and thanks to Veterans is proudly displayed and shouted out once they realize you ve served.25% veterans discount all the time and a 5 minute, stay in your car oil change.Can t beat this place, and they even work on Sundays.Thanks Winter Haven crew, you re simply the best.

I have always gotten my oil changed here for the past 5 years or so. They are quick and always courteous. Also love that they have a really good Veterans discount. I pass many places I could go to get to here but I have always had good and fast service here. AND you don't have to even get out of your car which is a huge plus!

I was going out of town and I noticed some oil on my garage floor. I took my car in as I just had an oil change a month ago and wanted to feel safe. They were happy to check my car (which was perfect!) They gave me piece of mind, didn't charge me anything and as usual treated me with their typical kindness.

Horrible service... Waited over 30 mins just to have the car behind me brought in and serviced before me. Then when I said something and I asked for their names and a manager they all shrugged their shoulders saying have a good day. Telling me to move on. Then when I asked for their names they all refused. Their were like 6 people there moving super slow. I took my car somewhere else who had less people but moved efficiently and was super professional. Take 5 promotes fast service but has the WORST!!!!

We have used take 5 oil change for several years now. They are great! On Thursday 2/29/2024. We had both our vehicles oil changed andGio, Mike, Kaykay, Cam, Collins & Tomdid a fantastic job! I was offered a water bottle. Everybody was very friendly.

When I first got there the first thing they asked me is if I wanted a water bottle. The second thing they told me was welcome to take five and thank you for choosing us. I don't remember the names but the two guys that were there the day I went they were really good at what they do they were very polite. And I would recommend anybody to go to that location.

This is one of the best experiences I have getting my oil changed.It was quick, easy and the techs kept me informed the whole time. I was impressed with how well they worked together for a smooth time in and out. Total time was 10 minutes. My oil change was quick but the price I paid was outrageous only to find out that I have a oil leak and wasn't told where exactly the oil was leaking from... This really has me boggled

Danny greeted us in the driveway with 4 bottled waters for me and my passengers and treats for our little doggies! I was already impressed and I hadn't even driven into the bay to get my oil changed yet! He informed me that there were 4 cars ahead of me, but since we were headed out for a long road trip, I definitely needed to wait. Surprisingly, the wait was minimal. I don't think it took longer than 15 minutes before it was my turn! James did the majority of the communication with me. He was helpful, kind, clear with his speech and explanations. He didn't try to upsell me too much and was overall super respectful! He even cleaned my side mirrors, as I'm disabled and they were really very dirty (kid fingerprints all over them, lol!) I had a fantastic coupon for the oil change and was happy to save so much. Regardless if I get a coupon or not, I WILL be coming back to this Winter Haven location for all my oil change needs... Thanks Danny and James! Bravo!

Just need to say how nice and honest they are at Take 5 Oil Change (1st St in Winter Haven) we took our new (used) Cadillac Escalade there today to do an oil change and service before we go on a trip. They looked at the vehicle and told us Oil the was just Changed less than 1000 miles ago according to the car fax, air filters and wipers were good. There was nothing that needed to be done. They very easily could have sold us $200-$300 worth of services but they were honest!! Great customer service from every one we encountered today. We will definitely be loyal customers

Take 5 treats their clients like family! Getting an oil change is never a hassle when you use Take 5. It literally takes a few minutes and you are treated with the utmost respect by all of the employees. Thanks for a great experience!!

I love getting my oil changed here. The techs are so nice and concerned. Of course, it doesn't hurt by using the 25% discount for honoring us veterans.

They told me one price over the phone and when I got there it was double that price. I waited a long time to get the oil change, they were very slow. I ve never had a problem with the one in north Lakeland.

Got there and after my hood was up and the filter was out they told me that they didnt have the $49 oil! So my only other options were $89 and $129. Since I was already there and they had taken off parts I went with the $89. Oil changed and asked if I had a coupon. I did but machine wouldn't scan it! The man said sorry but you have to pay the full amount. I asked him to ask his boss for some kind of coupon/discount and he said NO!! Sadly Take 5 has now lost a long time customer.Always ask questions before they start!

So convenient! Discussed all my options while sitting in my car! They all work together to get each car in and out! I'm definitely a fan and will be a returning customer! I just discovered this place. They were pretty quick. I stayed in my own car for the full service. No uncomfortable waiting room chairs. They were super respectful, polite and transparent. They don't charge extra for inspecting parts they could service. They top off all fluids with your oil change. Normally check tires too. I think they are even cheaper than Jiffy Lube. Everything is better in Winter Haven. Ask for Daryl and thank him for his service.

ALL employees seemed engaged in getting the job done and making me and my truck was important. I give a 4.5 because there is always room for improvement. The veteran s discount and recog ceremony is very cool.
