They Always get our family vehicles right!!! We love dealing with Mike and the whole gang. Never have we been taken advantage of or overcharged. Been using them for 2009.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Very knowledgeable, trustworthy and experienced technicians! The tech called and kept me updated everyday my car was in the shop and they got me in pretty quickly too. I will never go anywhere else for car repairs from now on, They are hands down, the best! Stricklands was able to find out what was wrong with my car afterMultiple mechanics/shops couldn't figure out what the problem was. I brought my car to the Chevy dealershipMultiple times prior to bringing it to Stricklands and spent thousands of dollars on unnecessary parts and the dealership still couldn't figure out the problem. I was ready to give up hope and then a family friend recommended Stricklands to me and it was the best decision I made. My car is running better than ever! I really appreciated the fact that the tech called me everyday to update me so I wasn't left in the dark. They also test drove it multiple times before I picked it up to make sure it was running properly before giving it back to me.They are a very honest company and I will be a customer for life now!

They think it's ok to test drive the cars they work on in the residential area around their business like it's a racetrack. We had been having random cars flying down our street and running the stop sign. Finally followed them one day to see the mechanic turn into Strickland and get out and continue working on the car. I have it on video. We have kids walking to bus stops and school in this neighborhood. Quit treating our neighborhood like it's the Daytona 500!!!!!!!

Dropped of an axle that needed studs pressed off. I have been trying myself for days . They had it off in an hour and didn t charge me much at all . Thank you so much

Super nice staff here. They were able to get me the part I needed next day at no extra cost. Any starter/generator work needed, this is the place to visit. They are also a full service auto repair shop. Highly recommend.

Came in today for a fix on a classic vehicle starter. Time was of the essence and he was able to get me fixed right away . I do know that an emergency on my part does not always mean an emergency on someone else s. But I do appreciate when someone makes time for me when I am in a jam . People like that deserved to be tipped and appreciated

I would not recommend this place. I brought my car to be checked out. And half of the problem was not checked out and was still charge for diagnostic. I would never go back there. I felt that I spent my money and still at square one without answers to the problem.

They "ordered" me a part waited 3 days call them back was told he never ordered part would take another 3 days if i still wanted it ordered if i would have not called he would have never even ordered it

Horrible experience...don't go to this shop prices are way too high and the work is not great... take advantage of women and suggest things to be fix that nothing is wrong with
