I recently had some body work and detailing done on my 1987 Buick Grand National. Being the original owner , I m very picky about what shops work on my car. Choosing Stewart s was an easy choice since I ve been a repeat customer for over 6 years. The front of the store is friendly and Kurt has ALWAYS gone the extra mile. His attention to detail led him to refuse 4 replacement hoods from different vendors since when they arrived , one after the next, they were in worse condition than my hood he was repairing . You get the feeling that your talking with car guys when you re there! I ve referred many of my buddies and all were equally satisfied with the quality, workmanship, and the price!I posted many pictures of my most recent repair on my Facebook and I got over 50 comments and likes and people asking where I had the work done, knowing what a fussy person I am!I confidently recommended and will continue to recommend your facility!

I have a 2021 RAM 1500. 4x4. That the dealer has never serviced, I have taken my truck to Stewart s service center, since its first oil change, Tammy is my service providerShe s listens to what I need or want, then she ll do the work to provide me with the choice so I can make a decision, everyone is polite and respectful. This is the place to goTo have anything you need. Taken care of.My last request was getting new tires for my truck and I made a request and this is what Tammy came up with

It's great to be safely back on the road again thanks to Stewart's taking such good care of me and my car. The repair was completed faster than I anticipated, and they were patient with me while I made the choice to have the work done. It was a large expense, but my poc, Greg, helped me understand everything and make an informed decision. This integrity is strong within this shop. Thanks!

I appreciate the courteous, professional, and quality service from the team ant Stewart Auto in Winter Haven, Florida. My car was put back to pre-accident condition. Great at their job, I have been using them since I started driving. My mother and father also used them. I recommend them to all my friends who need work done, they are dependable and reliable. My last car issue was figured out by Greg in less than a minute and he ordered what was needed immediately. He doesn't try to talk me up to more things either. Very honest!

I m not aware of many places around Winter Haven that does alignments for Tesla. I may be wrong since it s been a year since my husband or myself have needed one, lol but I found out that Stewart s does them (and they use the jack pads!) and decided to give them a shot. I called and Robert, one of the services advisors, answered and got me worked in for the next day. He was very nice over the phone. I dropped my car off in the morning, check in was easy, and I left for the day for work. Tyson was the mechanic that did my alignment and steering wheel adjustment and he did such a great job. Literally a spot on alignment/adjustment! Couldn t be happier with the quick work in and the amazing job Tyson did. He left my car as clean as when I dropped it off and I m thankful for that! Definitely a very valuable person to have on your team for anyone that owns a Tesla lol. I will be a returning customer.

This is a great repair shop. From calling Karen to make my first appointment and working with reps Greg and Robert, it was a quick and easy process. I really like that they send you pictures and a report through text and then call to follow up with a quote and recommendations. They all took excellent care with my vehicle, they worked us in quickly and had the repairs done in a day. We'll definitely use their services in the future and recommend them to everyone.

I m new to the area just moved here from up north. I was recommended from Toyota to Stewart Collision. What a fantastic job they did. My wife was happy. I m happy they done a Nice job and good time and I had no issues. I recommend them 100%. The picture is to finish job. And it was a big dent.

Robert is the B E S T! My husbands truck was to only come in for new tires, alignment and oil change. The technician who worked on the truck found brakes that could be replaced, along with filters needed to be replaced. I ll continue to support small rather than dealership anyday. Especially with the way they treat you like family. Thank you Stewart Auto Repair!!

Greg took great care of my vehicle! I asked for a tire rotation along with an oil change & he said my tires were in great shape & I didn't need to have it done. I appreciate the honesty. I also received a report card of future issues that need to be taken care of, along with photos so I can start planning ahead

I brought my vehicle here through a referral from my warranty company. Upon arrival the facility was welcoming and clean. The staff was helpful and professional. I worked with Greg and he was knowledgeable about what I needed to have done. Although there was a slight discrepancy Greg and Robert took the time to address the issue, they had their team get to work right away and now they have a loyal customer. Greg Southard is the best!!My wife and I took her vehicle to Stewart Auto Repair after the dealer gave a scary diagnostic to try to talk us into buying a new car. Greg and his team were very professional, inspected the vehicle, and gave us an accurate diagnostic. They were also very honest and saved us a lot of money by not trying to sell us unnecessary services. Thank you, Greg!!!

My father inlaw found this place when they first moved to Auburndale from NY in 2006. Having been in the towing business, he knew to find a reliable auto shop to take our vehicles to. Stewart s Auto repair shop came highly recommended,and is a great place to go to. From Ms Karen and Dana in the reception, to their fantastic service managers Robert, Grant and Greg and all their mechanics, these guys are doing an amazing job. They keep us updated on everything. I love the idea of sending out photos of my car inside the garage. I ve recommended a few of my friends to go to this shop and they re all satisfied with the quality and the honesty of their service.

I trust Stewart Auto Repair completely. I took my car in for service when my husband, a mechanic, was unavailable to work on my vehicle. My husband was impressed with the quality of work & reasonable price. He brought my Mom s car, driving 200 miles round trip, for a repair that he didn t have adequate tools. Once again, he was very impressed & said he was getting older & has great confidence in ours cars receiving the same quality of work as he did. This is the first time he has ever trusted an auto repair business to keep our car mechanically sound & safe.The staff is great & the prices are reasonable. When I make an appointment, they are always prompt & complete the work in a timely way. Even when I dropped in, the service was quick.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had my 2008 Honda pilot in for an oil leak.I spoke to Greg Southard when I came in. He was awsome.He listened to my problem and we discussed a plan to figure out what needed to be done in a logical way.He spoke to me with respect and as an equal,Understanding what I needed.And we came up with plan together.Then, when I brought it in, I dropped it off the day before.That same afternoon I got a call saying that the job was done.A day early! I was amazed at the speed of the work done..This is the second time that I have had work done on my Pilot with Stewarts, and I am very pleased.Good service, Friendly and courteous staff.I will definitely be back if I need any more work done.Thanks!

This was my first time using Stewart Auto, I usually go to dealership. I got my oil changed, and they did a bumper to bumper inspection. The whole way through they kept me informed (by text) what they were doing. I needed an air filter they messaged me, and I okayed it so they changed it. Choosing Stewart Auto was a good decision, everyone was very friendly, and I will be back. Thank you

I called Stewart's auto and talked to Greg about a brake issue. Greg took my car right in and they identified the problem and fixed it in short order. Other places would probably have added on other uncalled for charges. I appreciate their honesty and timely response. I will definitely refer my friends and family to them.

Excellent communication -- assistance with pictures and communication with insurance company. Car was returned in perfect condition, and clean as a whistle. No negatives at all to report. Hopefully I'll never have another accident, but if I do, Stewart's will certainly be used again!

Richard L Greg at the auto repair and Freddie customer specialist were outstanding on my initial visit. 1999 ford expedition needed some TLC where she received much needed care on the suspension, brake lines and fuel injection cleaning. excellent customer service, quality repair, friendly service. excellent experience. finished job hours ahead of schedule Thank You!!

I had tried to get my Jeep fixed at a local dealership but couldn't get any accurate explanations or updates. They kept it over a week so I brought it back home, called Stewart's shop in Winter Haven where they took it in right away. They figured out the problems that day and fixed them all on the next business day. Greg kept me informed of what they found and what to expect. He never made me feel like I was being rushed. I will be getting my auto repairs and service done at Stewart's shop in the future. Greg and everyone I dealt with there were professionals and very helpful.

Brought my Blue 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat in for paint and body. My vehicle was vandalized (paint solvent/paint remover gel was thrown on it) so it required some extensive paint work. This was not an easy task being that the 2018 F-150 is an aluminum body, so it required special prep work/painting. Also, the paint was only peeling on the front end/half of the truck, so matching the vehicle paint to the other half of the truck was tricky as well. Being retired military, I am a huge attention to detail person, I am not an easy customer to deal with. I can promise you if the truth was told, Stewart Auto Body would say the same thing, but I have to give credit where credit is due. They were patient and understanding of my anxiety on whether the job would come out correct. Stewart DELIVERED on their promise to make the vehicle right, the way I wanted it and expected the job to look. The vehicle is matched perfect. Stewart always kept me informed and ensured the vehicle came out as promised. The paint turned out flawless! The quality of work is one any military person or attention to detail individual would expect. To give some background, my wife's 2021 Hyundai was also damaged in the vandalism and had to be re-painted as well. I let another shop in the area take care of her vehicle. They didn't get it right. Her shop felt rushed, no attention to detail, very disappointing. I WISHED I would have brought my wife's vehicle to Stewart Auto Body. I highly recommend Stewart. In closing, I want to send a SPECIAL THANKS to Dave (Owner) Jenna (Owner/Manager), Sheri (Blonde-Coordinator of my vehicle repair), and Colby (Shop Foreman). These individuals ensured I left with a great customer experience. *** I have posted pictures, you can see the paint solvent/ gel eating my paint and then you can see the flawless work and paint job Stewart Auto Body performed to ensure I am riding high again. (Picture 1-18 damages,19 to 38 is repairs) Extremely happy with their work. They will make it right. Just give them the opportunity.

I like to be told about changes in estimate and/or final charge-- I was. I'm good with that. The repair manager was also accessible-- good with that too. What I'm not good with is the receptionist turning off the the television while I was sitting there without a word or explanation. If it's the end of the business day then show me the courtesy of saying so-- an' not just turn it off while I'm watching it. Now, I'm not making a big deal out of this but it needs to be brought to the attention of all involved. My interactions was on the eve of a new year-- sometimes people get a little unfocused-- I get that. But that was a little less than 5* star. My overall experience was however 5* star.
