Moved from Houston a couple of months ago and got into a bad wreck. Didn t have any idea of where to go. I asked around and did some research and came across Secret Collision. I am so glad I found them, they are very clear and professional. Bonus is they are friendly and they actually care. They supported me through all the steps with my insurance claim and my car came out looking amazing. The whole process went so easy and smooth. I recommend them a 100%.

just amazing and professional service. all the five-star reviews are well deserved. they fixed my car to perfection in a few days for an excellent price... matched the Nissan Galaxy black paint to perfection. friendly, respectful staff and clean shop and office. you won't find this kind of service anywhere else. my door was hit and bent and it's like new.

Secret Collision was the best. Not only did they fix my car and work with the insurance to make sure all avenues were covered , but they also detailed our car both inside and out. Communication throughout the process was excellent and couldn't of asked for better service.

I have been coming to Joeys shop for 2 years now. He has done everything from painting my car to restoring it after a few accidents and has also done my mods. He and his team are so friendly and they honestly feel like family to me. The work they do is perfect and I wouldnt trust anyone else to do it. The pricing is always great and they get the job done fast and professional. Here are pics of my front and back bumper fixed after i was in a pile up it looks like it never happened and here is my spoiler, tail lights, and skirts installed by them. Very good experience here. My SUV was rear-ended and their repair looks great. Quote was a fair price, responsive and answered my questions, work was completed on-time, paint matches perfectly. They are bilingual and can handle all collision repairs. Hoping not to need their services again, but if I did, this is the place to go.

I drove over 1600 miles from my home in Minnesota to Secret Collision in Winter Haven, Florida. They took on a repair job that no one else would. I went to 4 different auto body repair shops and they flatly out said "No. Too much damage ". The car HAD hail damage all over. They did such an awesome job that family, friends and coworkers are asking if this is the same car. The before and after photos are proof of their expertise. Needless to say that the service and courtesy and professionalism were phenomenal.

Secret collision replaced the frame on my 2013 F150, they did a good job and were very communicative with me through the process. William, the gentleman in charge takes pride in taking care of his customers, he has a high level of integrity and his prices are very reasonable. I drove down to Florida for vacation and we got into a really bad accident. My vehicle was severely damaged. I knew I needed the best repair shop in the area. A shop that I can rely on to complete a thorough and secure repair on our family car. After extensive research we found Secret Collision and it was the best decision made for our family. They are really great people. Very informative and helpful. They make you feel like family and they actually care about your well-being and safety. Of course the quality of the repairs were on point. They dealt with the insurance on my behalf when things got difficult. Always kept me informed during the entire process. My car looked like new! I wish I lived in Florida so I could use them for my vehicles everything. If you live in central Florida this is your shop!

(Insurance claim) Started off good just to get me in the door. After that it was horrible. Day of pickup my right fender wasn't aligned with the body of the car. They switched the OME windshield with a aftermarket My windshield was leaking water in the interior of my car mildew in my carpet. Rear view mirror was never placed on properly it kept falling. Broken Electrical components under the hood wasn't repair it was a nightmare. My paint currently chipping in the areas they paint my car... OMG SMH... My insurance had to step back in.. Ended up sending my car to the dealership to go back & fix some of the so called repairs they did. WHAT A NIGHTMARE NEVER AGAINServices: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

A lot of other business could learn from how this business operates. Secret collision exceeded my expectations. They are friendly and courteous. Very professional environment. They walk you through everything. I am not the easiest customer especially when it come to my car because it s like my baby. Joey, the owner, is really good at developing ideas for whatever you want to do to your car. He actually listens and will give his input based on his expertise and knowledge. He and his team will come up with a plan and will make your car look amazing. I will be coming back and some of my friends too!
