I don't know everyone's name but I can say this for a FACT. I only know of 1 shop that TRULYunderstands the model of the owner operator.IT'S THIS SHOP!!Saved me money. Not by taking short cuts but by using thought process. Things were explained to me. Very professional and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for your big truck mechanical needs. Herald and his family are very professional and down to earth. When I first got there, Herald even offered for me to use his pickup to go get something to eat. Everyone there was polite and treated me well. Herald would always take the time to explain what the issues were with my equipment and what needed to be done to fix it. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly and were more than reasonable with the repair costs. If you need help with your rig, I would highly recommend S & S Truck and Trailer Repair. If I am in this area again and need assistance with my truck or trailer, I will definitely be coming back to Herald's shop.

They fixed my alternator and my turbo. I would recommend them to anyone they save me a lot of time trouble and money. They had to fix some things that was wrong that was done by another shop thank God I ran across S&S. My truck is running better and stronger.

My exhaust pipe under my cab was busted when it Regens it was horrible in my truck I'm out of utah I called they were busy but got me In first thing in the morning got me fixed and on the road fast. Good people they know what they are doing

Absolutely top-notch and absolutely professional. Arrived at their business, spoke with Harold and Harold give me ETA and price to repair three hinges on trailer door. Job was done within a couple of hours. Amazing! Staff was professional, mechanic was first- rate! Nothing but superlatives!

Experienced and knowledgeable owner along with a staff of mechanics of the same. Most owners stay in an office on phones running their business. Not here, here leadership is turning wrenches getting greasy and passing knowledge to the next generation of mechanics. Not once did I hear complaining from staff, only discussion on how to best fix problem.All this leads to great work done on a Saturday and Sunday, if you need work done right, the right way, because Harald will not cut corners. I strongly recommend you bring you truck to S & S you won't be disappointed.

This was my first time coming to S&S but it DEFINITELY won't be the last. These guys are top notch. They found the engine noise I couldn't track down and diagnosed some other issues that could be a problem down the road. If you want professionalism, knowledge, and customer service well this is the place. My ONLY regret is that I didn't find Mr. Harold and the crew years ago. But hey, I know where they are now. Went in to get 2 airbags replaced the staff was friendly and the mechanics was knowledgeable..We ran into a problem and they made it happen to correct the problem like a true mechanic will..I will definitely go back if I have a problem while in that area. I highly recommend this shop .

I called Harold on the recommendation of a freightliner dealer in the area. At first he was very friendly and said he could help with repairs on our rv. When I called the office to schedule they told me they didn't work on rvs anymore. Since Hard was the owner, they would schedule him to come out. We made the appt. When the date came, we confirmed and were told we were on the list for the day. After not hearing anything all day, we called back and were told they wouldn't be able to make it that day but would be our first thing in the morning. We again waited and no one showed up. When we called again, we were told they were busy and had a mechanic out sick. When talking to Harold he was not friendly this time and suggested we go somewhere else Not very professional!

This company is the highest and most unprofessional people I have tried to do business with. I brought my 53 dry van trailer there to get two doors put on. I asked for the price and harold (The owner) said drop it off and let him look at it, so I dropped my trailer off and called back the next day for the price and the receptionist (harold s daughter) said she ll get with Harold and call me back with the price. That went on for over a month. I constantly called and received no price or call back. They had a bob tail semi truck blocking my trailer when I came by one night, so I called and they told me the trailer would be ready the next day which it wasn t. So they finally give me a call after about 6 weeks and still no price. So I asked what was the hold up and their response was some company was sending the wrong doors and finally they have the right doors. I m a over the road driver, I couldn t physically come there every day or week to check, so finally I came and waited about an hour and still no price. I had a delivery appointment so I to leave. I come back and finally they have a price , almost $2,300 for two doors and labor. I tell them that s extremely to high and to lower the price or take the doors off, and if they would have gave me that price from the start or all the times I called and asked I would have told them don t do it. So after that the owner get angry and starts using vulgar language and the daughter gets agitated and takes his side. I ended up having to call the law enforcement to receive my property. I know it s a lot of reading but I wanted any potential customer to know the truth about them. There is attachments below of their price and what they wrote after I called the police. The next day I found another company that did it for half the price that only took 3 days. WARNING: DO NOT GO THERE!!

Very helpful and friendly people. Needed a roadside assist and they got us back on the road quick and found us a couple of replacement tires for the 2 that got flatspotted as a result of a busted brake chamber airline. Couldn't beat the final bill anywhere! Definitely be back if we need work done on the truck while in the area.

Good place to get your truck fixed My air compressor got a leak got to their shop early at 8:00 find out my air dryer was also bad replaced it with reasonable price thank you guys

Have my truck over a year to replace engine after I got it back no water or oil was in it the fan stop working ac as well. the truck been giving problems ever since they never call u an update u on stuff that is going on would recommend

HANDS DOWN THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN A DIESEL REPAIR SHOP SINCE I'VE BEEN AN OWNER OF A TRUCKING COMPANY...DO NOT HESITATE BRING YOUR EQUIPMENT TO S&S, IF I COULD AFFORD IT I WOULD PAY FOR A TV COMMERCIAL FOR HAROLD SYKES,AND HIS FAMILY DOWN THERE LOL!...I'M DEAD SERIOUS!!!!

Being broke down in Florida in August with a load of ice cream on is the last thing anyone wants, these guys squeezed me in their busy shop (literally it's a small lot I'm in a truck & 53ft trailer) and got me fixed up same day. Thanks again

TARA-JAYNE ALI - I HAVE NO CLUE WHO YOU ARE BUT YOU ARE MISTAKEN YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN A CUSTOMER AT S & S TRUCK AND TRAILER REPAIR .THE MEN HERE WORK VERY HARD TO REACH A COMMON GOAL ,WHICH IS TO GET THESES UNITS RUNNING LIKE THEY SHOULD .LACK OF CARE FROM THE OWNERS & DRIVERS OF THE UNIT IS NOT OUR FAULT .THE UNITS LEAVE OUR SHOP IN A BETTER SHAPE THEN COMING IN I KNOW FOR A FACT SEEINGS HOW IM THE OPERATIONS MANAGER & TYPE EVER BILL THAT COMES THROUGH THE DOOR.
