Really glad I called this company. Stephanie is an absolute gem to talk to and always ensures that you re getting the care and service you deserve. Mathias is your Tech guy here. What an awesome human being! A true Pro. at his trade. This man was fast but more importantly, incredibly accurate and efficient. Will definitely be calling RVforce again for any and all future repairs!

RV Force crew is awesome. They worked to get my propane leak fixed quickly. Stephanie runs the front desk and is super nice, answered my questions and really cares about the customers. Their fees are very reasonable and fair. You can't go wrong having this team work on your camper.

So far, this place has been on top of everything with the difficulty of my RV repairs. The staff is extremely helpful and caring. I love the communication they continuously keep throughout the repairs, so I'm not left in the dark. Will post after the work is done with an update and pictures. As of now, it's a 5 star treatment highly recommended

Can't say enough good about their mobile service tech - Mathias. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He carefully explains everything he is doing and why. He only fixes what is needed - doesn't throw parts at the coach and hope for the best. The industry is already full of people with that mentality. Definitely a good representative for RV Force.

Recently had rv force do a roof repair on my keystone travel trailer they were excellent to work with. They took care of everything from getting warranty approval to completing the job in one day. Would highly recommend them for your rv work. Mark and Stephanie are great to work with as are the whole staff they even worked over to complete the job in one day as promised.

Our new-to-us RV, that we purchased in 2022 has an awning that never worked right, and stopped working altogether. My husband wasted his time for three weeks waiting on another Mobile RV company to get us scheduled. He then made one call to RV Force and got an appointment scheduled for a couple of weeks out. Our service was provided by Mathias. Not only did he show up ahead of time, he was super professional and got our awning functioning again. We highly recommend RV Force!

Poor customer service and a Rude Manager, I was a customer and normally would have given them 5 stars, but I contacted them as one of my jacks would not retract, leaving me disabled they called me to set up an appointment, I called them back to be shouted at and given an attitude buy the new manager about the fact that they apparently new policy that they do not service my area anymore she told me to come to thier shop I explained that i was immoble because the Jack was down, and they had been to my place just a month earlier, she said it was her new policy to save her company and she was will ing to lose my custom over that, I guess the promise of thier own web site we come to you anywher and any time is not a real promise she was rude constantly spoke over me then hung up on me I would never recommend this company they were sure happy last month to take my money, she should be fired

Best of the worst?Had numerous warranty repairs taken care of here recently. Very disorganized, lost track of part orders, warranty requests, and was told after 3 months of sitting in their shop, calling every other week, for 8 hours of labor, they thought I already picked it up when work still wasn't completed. The repairs were decent, but it got to a point on a few items I would just do the repair myself and pay out of pocket for parts rather than wait another month sitting there.Amber was great to work with but shifted roles and a few techs left which was when things went downhill. When I called in Sept was told directly - they don't have room to keep my RV on their yard for months on end (the yard only had a few vehicles in it too - looked great and was glad it wasn't going to just sit around). So happily waited for parts while we used the RV, then took the RV back when parts arrived. This time though we noticed the yard was filled to the brink. My RV then just sat there. Change in policy? Some minor damage to wood work on the inside from over the time it was there but I certainly wasn't going to ask them to repair as who knows how long it would be.If your willing to call constantly and remind them what they are doing, as well as have 3+ months for your RV to sit around for a couple hours of work after the parts arrive - maybe they are for you? Seems to be the norm in the industry however sadly.Hope my experience here was the exception. It seemed great the first few months working with them...

I spoke with two people and they were quick to respond and very fair with pricing. This is a very honest company that will take care of you and not treat you like a sale.

We have visited twice to get propane for the RV. This time we just missed the techs who were given an early afternoon after working very late for an emergency so had to find somewhere else. Very pleasant manager.

We would like to update our previous review.Since we had the opportunity to speak with the owner we are now 100% Satisfied..All of our warranty issues have been fixed & two items being shipped to my home.A day was promised to be set aside for our repairs & it was.Everything was as promised!!We had heard the company had prior staffing issues which caused the delays and lack of service previously. The company is very knowledgeable and most certainly is moving in the right direction. We give them 5 stars based on our recent experience. Thanks you Mark & staffBetty Hulsman

I don t normally post a review however I felt that I needed to to say something g. This was the worst experience I ve ever had at a RV repair shop. The service and experience was totally unprofessional from the people working there to the owners. All I can say is CUSTOMER BEWARE!

Signed up with RV Force for a wash wax at the Tampa RV show. More than extremely pleased with the job the 2 Ladies did today, sorry I did not get your names. They did a fantastic job on my class A both had a great attitude and very hard working. I have had other companies wash and wax, but this is the first time that it looks as good as the day I drove it off the dealers lot. Would highly recommend them, they will now be my go to company from now on.

I recently had the A/C stop working in my RV. I called them and they came out right away. They diagnosed the problem immediately, got the parts ordered and delivered within 2 days and fixed the next day. They were great from start to finish. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. A special thanks to Leslie in the office, she was amazing. I highly recommend them.Service: Air conditioning

Not sure how the actual location works it may be good but as far as using their mobile service I did not have a good experience. I had their mobile tech come to my rv to check my fridge. They charged me $150 for travel and $170 for a diagnostic fee and the tech came out, changed a fuse and told me it could be multiple things and left without diagnosing anything. I was charged $370 for nothing and ended up having to do the work myself. About a week later the shop called me and their customer service was good and apologized but I was not offered a refund or any sort of offering to make it right as they did not fix anything.

Had Peter Fuhr and the team come out to do some custom work on a school bus conversion job. Their service is awful. On the day of getting the work 95% completed we received a call after 9PM from a blocked number requesting payment without sending over any invoice information or receipt of completed work. After refusing to pay on the phone at 9PM at night without any paperwork they said they would send me an invoice right away. A week went by with no response from RV Force. Finally I received a response in a form of a strongly written email threatening legal action and repossession of all parts installed due to a none payment for an invoice I had still yet to receive. When I did get the invoice we paid promptly and even paid for work that was not completed. This was 2 months ago. After calling every week and even driving out to the physical location they have yet to purchase the parts needed to complete my job. When I did get an answer from the owner Mark his response was to send me the links to parts on Amazon and tell me they would no longer be working on any propane lines. The parts needed were able to be delivered in two days. I would not recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY!

I wrote the post below after my frustration level with RV Force had gone over the top! I would like to update my post to say that last week I received a call from Mark, the owner of RV Force, who let me know that he was placing a check in the mail that day. He even provided me with his personal cell phone number and asked that I call him if I hadn't received the check by mid-week this week. I received the check today. I truly appreciate receiving the refund check as requested. Thank you. Mark! After purchasing a rv wash and wax at the Tampa RV Show in January of 2023, the wash and wax was scheduled for March when we would be camping in the area. Unfortunately, due to cancelations first for bad weather and then due to equipment issues for the second appointment, we were unable to reschedule the service again before we were scheduled to return home to Tennessee. I was told I would receive a check for the refund of the purchase price.I have called several times regarding this issue leaving several messages for Mark, the owner, who has never returned my call. I was then able to get connected to Brandon, their parts manager, who seemed to be helpful and showed concern. Brandon told me he had researched the issue, spoken to the owner and promised he would get a check to me. That conversation took place on May 24 and I've still not received a check (as of June 26). Additionally, I have not received a return call from him (I've called twice this week). Hopefully, he'll call this week so that we can get this resolved.I believe that I have been very patient with RV Force and have delayed posting a negative review until now, 3 months after first being promised a refund.I will keep on calling until I receive the refund and if I don't receive the promised refund, I will absolutely show up at their office the next time I am in the area to pick up the check in person! This is a poor way to do business!!

Signed up for wash and detailing of our motorhome at the Tampa RV Show in January 2023. When the day of our appointment came, Amber and Heidi arrive exactly on time. They spent the day carefully washing and detailing our coach. Their attention to detail was a rarity these days. We were very impressed with their abilities, their attitude, and their desire to satisfy their customer. I look forward to working with RV Force and especially Amber and Heidi, in the future

Very pleased with the wash and wax of our Class A. Also had a roof wash and treatment. The 2 women who did the work were professional, efficient and hard working. Really appreciate the detailed, careful work they did. RV Force even allowed us to park on property the night before so they could start the job as soon as they opened.

I had an appointment scheduled for this morning for a mobile wash & wax that I prepaid while at the Tampa RV Show. When they didn't show, I called and left a message at 1:00. Still no word from them.Update: Lesley called to explain why they missed the appointment and rescheduled for today. John came out and did a great job with a wash and wax.

On Dec 19 called regarding our hot water heater. Amber took a $212.93 for service call. Dec 20, Pete took another $159.43 for a diagnostic. Dec 21st, I went on and paid for the hot water heater in the amount of $805.39 because after speaking with my warranty company, I would be reimbursed. On Dec 23rd the technician came out to put in saidhot water heater and requested for another$318.86. Told him that I did not because Lesley said I didn't owe anything else. He calls and I was told that I did and so, I paid. On Dec 30 contact my warranty company to find out where my check was and was told they paid RV Force electronically to Brittany on the 27th. I call FV Force and after leaving several messages finally spoke with Lesley on the 18th of Jan and after a very lengthy phone call she discovered that I was over charged severely, you think!?!? She told me to give 3-5 business days to receive my check. On Jan 27th leaving several messages finally spoke with Brittany and found out that the check hasn't been sent. Jan 30th left 5 messages and Feb 9 leaving 8 messages. Mark returns my call and leaves a voice-mail telling me that I can pay $25.00 to stop the check and have it sent overnight by FedEx. Wait, what!?!?!? I believe you should reimburse me EVERYTHING I have paid. You expect payment upfront for service. Why is it taking me so long to receive what is owed to me. Used this company several times in the past and was really pleased with the service I had received. But now, never again and most definitely won't refer them either. Very disgustedThanks for your reply but, I DID get the approval as you guys as well. Brittany received the transfer of the money from my warranty company on Dec 27th. I was told on the 18th of Jan that it would take 3-5 business days. Jan 27th the check STILL hadn't gone out. Feb 14th still no check.

They took over 24 hours to get back to me. When I advised that I hired someone else they ended the call, but called back 2 minutes later and wanted me to cancel the service with the company that actually answered the phone and was coming out to me the next day. Had RVForce gotten back to me same day, they may have gotten my business. I did not appreciate them pressuring me to dump the company that was responsive to go with them. If they really wanted my business, they should not have waited more than 24 hours to return my call.

Great people to work with. Work done was outstanding and done in one day as promised. The work done was to remove a slide from my 5th wheel and replace the floor underneath the slide box. I couldn't be more pleased. If you need work done, these are the people you want. Great job RVForce and thank you!

The folks at RV Force are incredible, especially Pete and John. They called me on the Christmas holiday and said could they drop by a gift. I was totally puzzled. Well, John came way out here bringing a new electric fireplace to replace my broken one! This shocked, amazed, and pleased me very much. Even more so because this was in the middle of the worst cold snap I ve seen in Florida.

Start reporting these people to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) so they can have accountability. It s amazing how many reviews on here talking about how they scammed people (including myself) and they continue to run a business. These people have some TERRIBLE business practices, I really wonder how they can even sleep at night. This business SCAMS people, run away!! This is your warning.

We were at an RV park and the door lock to the coach broke. I took it apart and found what I thought was the problem. I was waiting on the office to call me back about a repair person when the RVForce van pulled up to the trailer next to us. He was there for their A/C unit. I walked over and asked Thomas if when he was done he could come over and look at my lock. I had gotten it to open but needed his knowledge to assure me it would work until a replacement was received. In a short time he walked over and looked at it and reassured me it would be OK until the replacement was received. He then did the bill. He charged me $49.00 Drive time. He literally did not move the vehicle. $119.00 for an hour labor plus tax on both. I am sure the other customer was charged $49.00 drive time also. Great profit margin but very poor Customer Service.I understand the labor charge but I believe the $49 to be excessive. But they know you are away from home and in need of help, so you pay. When I received the bill and the invoice for the lock that was ordered it was very confusing. They had added another Drive time $49 plus another hour labor, plus the parts and a Mystery charge of $59.50 labor plus tax on it all. I called and left 4 messages at 3 different extensions and explained I wanted to clarify all the charges. Also, I needed a complete, correct invoice to send for the warranty in case it was covered. After waiting 5 days I got an email from them that the lock was in. I replied to the email but it failed to be delivered. I wrote to Josh at RVForce who responded immediately with the invoice and apology. It is a week now and I am still waiting on one of the calls to be returned. I have figured out, in spite of the invoices, I was charged the correct amount. There are a lot of RV repair people and places. I think I'll look elsewhere and see if I can get someone that doesn't charge $49 to walk 20 feet. And maybe someone more responsive to the customers needs.Thomas the repairmen was very nice and gave me good information.
