Can't say enough good things about Performance Tire Center! Mike is very knowledgeable and experienced and makes sure you have the highest quality tires and parts for your vehicle. The staff is first class and the lobby is very comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend Performance Tire Center.

They were amazing! I was in the area visiting my dad and brother when my tire started going flat. They were able to patch me up and get me ready for my trip back to Illinois. Thanks again! Definitely will come back for service when I'm back in the area.

Mark & Dan are the best! I couldn t recommend this place enough. They truly educate you & price you fairly. I like them so much that I make a 45 minute drive just to see them as opposed to any other competitor near me.

Been dealing with Mark and Danny for over 17 years now. Great guys, they always work me in when they can, I get both of my trucks serviced with them. They always give me the best competitive prices too. I send all my friends here.

They all but bend over backward to make you happy. Dan's service is so on-point and accommodating, you'd think this was a five-star hotel. This is quite a find, right in the heart of Winter Haven.

We have used this shop for years, anything from a/c work, oil changes, tires etc. They are honest and reliable. The work is completed on time, and sometimes sooner than expected. We trust them with all our family's vehicles.

I made an appointment 4 days in advance and adjusted schedule to make it happen. Showed up to get tires rotated and balanced only to wait 15-20 minutes for them to then tell me they can t service my truck because it s a long bed. Huge inconvenience and truthfully the guy didn t seem to care. I said wish I would have known you don t service my truck maybe you should ve gotten information on my truck first. He said well now you know

Best tire shop ive been in my life period... Great customer service amazing people and great prices. If you have big wheels like me this is the place to go mud tires, performance tires, low profiles any tires you need for car or pick up truck. The best part is they treat you like family. Go and see Mark or Dan great guys.

Amazing service, knowledgeable staff and great prices. I have been to this place on numerous occasions (in the short amount of time that I've been in the area) and each time I am treated with nothing but the absolute best service and I leave feeling completely taken care of. I will continue to do business with this company for many years to come and I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone that I know! They definitely go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience here. Not to mention, they have a great tire selection and they even get the job done in a very timely manner! I'm not just satisfied, I'm impressed.

I got prices for four tires and a front in alignment from other places like Johnny s performance was $500 less everybody else told me I had to drop my car off and leave it there almost all day Performance told me it ll be two hours they were doing four tires it s been balanced check the brakes checked over the whole car fill the spare tire with air did a front end alignment in an hour and 20 minutesThese guys are good real professional no dirt on the steering wheel no dirt on my seat they put plastic on everything dried them they re good

Excellent customer service! Mark the owner is awesome! He not only only jumped in to help me with what I need, he also make sure that I'll be able to come back to work on time for my lunch break. I was in and out in less than an hour. Great discounts and great people . I am completely 100% happy with the customer service here. Mark you are the best!!!

I have unfortunately had numerous cars in their shop over the last 10-12 years. They always do a great job communicating with me about my tire and general automotive issues. Prices seem fair and competitive. Dan and Mark always both seem to be very helpful . I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing tire and general automotive needs.

Look no further than these guys for any of your tire needs. First went to them a few months ago to get a tire rotation on a lifted Tacoma, and the customer service was beyond expectations. Some of the best I've ever had. Because of this, I decided to go back to get some rims we bought online put on my wife's car (rims were bought somewhere else). Unfortunately, there was a fitment issue I couldn't resolve that day due to no fault of their own, but they again provided me in with superior customer service. They notified me of the problem and what I needed to fix it so I can come by again and finally get them put on. It doesn't get any better than Performance Tire Center people. They've earned my business for life. Stop by and make sure you ask for Sebastian! They go above and beyond to make sure they provide the best service possible.

These guys were great! I had picked up a screw and had stopped at 2 other tire places who were rude or complaining it would have to wait until the next day. Even though this place was closing within minutes, they took my car in, not only fixed my tire but aired up my spare. They did it with a smile. They have earned my future business. The other place I stopped at have permanently lossed mine.

Used them multiple times on one car and received great service, then took another one of our cars there and were told needed work totaling almost $1200. After looking up the parts myself couldn't come up with $1000+, went out for two other quotes just to double check, exact same work (one including the dealer themselves) for $700 and $600. I'd rather use smaller, family owned companies any day but I feel that's extremely excessive and dishonest. Service was great but unfortunately because of this will not be going back.

These guys are great! Very professional and friendly. Also honest and communicative. I've had them take care of several tire related issues on vehicles and trailer tires and very pleased with experience.

Been using them for years and have never had a single problem. They care about you and even though they see so many people on a regular basis, they make an effort to remember you. By far the best option in Winter Haven. Pleasant staff and no one makes you feel stupid or like they have anything to prove.

Very nice guys. Got us a nice deal on tires. You'll really like their waiting area if you're into surfing and Carlos Santana. Not to mention they have a little collection of scale model cars and some other vintage things.

Wonderful service. Dan was polite and helpful. Did not pressure me into anything and did exactly what I needed. Price was the best I found in town (and I called 8 places)

I just went there today and had a great experience! Great customer service! They even changed my break light I had just bought from somewhere else! Vincent was great and the other guys in the office! Will definitely be back!

This is BY FAR the best place to get your tires! The tires I currently have on my car have lasted well over five years. I stop by on my way to work every few weeks and Dan and the other guys are always happy to check my air pressure for free. You can bet my next set of tires will come from Performance Tire Center!

Awesome place with awesome staff.very knowledgeable and highly experienced mechanic with long years of service.The owner is cool and gives you options for your car needs. They have free wifi,waiting room,and a vending machine for your own convenience.What I like is they got the latest equipment for easy detection and report of your car s health.I will highly recommend this tire shop.
