I am beyond thankful for the kind and swift service I received. I was very panicked when I pulled into Pep Boys because there was a large bolt in my tire and losing air dangerously fast. The staff immediately took care of my issue. They restored my faith in humanity. Thank you so much for all your help. You all are the best.

This is the nicest auto shop I have ever been to - not just the location, but the staff as well!First of all, it doesn't smell like an auto shop. Second of all, it is tastefully decorated and extremely clean.Every single employee I encountered was extremely nice.I had my oil changed and purchased 4 new tires. Even with an appointment, I knew it would likely take a while, so I left my car. It took them about 5 hours total - probably because I left it and wasn't waiting. They kept me updated on the progress and called as soon as it was ready.

Great deal on Cooper AS tires for my midsized pick-up truck.So far, ride is smooth and quiet. Good grip during light rain.Hector and the team took care of my new tire needs quickly and efficiently.6 months interest free credit and a gift card rebate.I'm a PepBoys fan. Wish they still did retail.

I was traveling and had woken up to a nail in my tire. Being away from my hometown, I looked up the closest Pop boys and found one only a few miles away in Winter Haven Florida. I had purchased my tires from the PepBoys in Maryland and except for the fac that your systems are not connected and I needed to have the receipt that stated I had coverage, the service was excellent. I believe that the manager's name was hector and he was friendly and very professional. He patched my tire and I was on my way within an hour.

They are amazing!! They get you in quick, send you a link to track your cars progress, and are super personable. Danny is the best! Highly recommend!

Store was clean. Coffee was fresh. Service was on point and quick. Installed 4 tires, balanced, with 4 new valves (tpms equipped). will be going there from now on for tire service.

I visited this location for unexpected issue. I had my oil changed and tires rotated at a location in So. Florida and my skid cover was never attached back to the car correctly. After a 2 hours' drive it was hanging down, pulled into Winter Haven location and the guys got my car on the lift and got me back on the road in under 30 minutes. I appreciate their time! Thank you so much~!

I am at Pep Boys now I made an appt online for 10am and put in for the tire They were super nice and professional and got me in right away two hours earlier The tire I put in for they actually ended up not having but I was told they would put in a better tire for the same cost Thank you Hector and Max

Even though I had an 9 am appointment & my coolant flush system was "completed" plus had no problem with 2014 Ford Escape, titanium overheating I felt the service was taking too long to get the job done!

I've been going to pep boys for years for my battery... i have to say i wont return. Ive been having issues with my battery since i bought it. When i went back to change it since i had a warranty i was told that i had to pay the difference from last year to this year (when this happened to me once before i never had to pay a difference), i was also told i needed to replace a part that they had to get from a dealership. The whole experience when i was there made me feel i was going to be charged for extra things because i was a woman who didn't know anything about cars. When i stated i didn't want to do that and stated i was going to check other places i was told they would discuss a lower price. Needless to say i went somewhere else and i told them everything that was stated to me and they looked. And amazingly i didn't need that so called part from the dealership! All that needed to be done was the part needed to be cleaned! So women please be careful when going to this place.

Located on cypress gardens Blvd in winter haven. Second time using them. In sept they replaced by right headlight bulb. I went in to replace the right headlight bulb. I saw the tech attempting to the replace the wrong bulb and asked don t they turn the headlights on to test which side is bad? The CSR replied should have but the tech was tired and needed time to wake up. Not good but never less I do recommend pep boys, the overall customer experience is positive.

Well..this place by far, has been the best auto place for me to take my vehicle for the past 7 years. I started at the Pep Boys in Mulberry, then transferred to the Pep Boys in Winter Haven as it was closer to where we now live.Excellent customer service. Staff is outstanding!!!One of the things I also love about this pla e is that the reps give you an total break down of what is going on with your vehicle. Very straight forward and very reasonable. I would recommend this lo action to any of my friends and relatives.Keep up the good work!!!

Went to this Pep boys late Friday evening to install 4 tires and 4 rims. These guys were amazing and very helpful when it came down to helping me with my low profiles. Got an amazing price and quick service. Thank you so much! Would definitely go back.

If I could I would give them a Zero starSalmon and the black boys was very unprofessional and rude.. They called the cops on me because I asked for a refund.! And told me to get off their property! My alignment was messed up the steering wheel is completely pointed left.. car still pulling to the left.. Danny the store manager was very helpful..! Don t go here!! Very unsatisfied customer! Y all have been warned

Initially I was apprehensive about staying for my appointment since it was 5 people who booked and online appointment for the same time. However, I was reassured that I wouldn t be waiting no more than 2 hours (because of the service I was getting tired and alignment) and they were correct. They moved pretty quickly and my car drives a lot more smoother. I drove about 30 miles around just to make sureit was done correctly and it was.Edit;Today I got an an oil change, cabin and air filter changed and it went well. However, when I got back in my car my passenger seat was let all the way back and the items from my arm rest were in the passenger seat, for what?! Almost everything in my glove department was on the floor. I say this because the techs stole my personable items. I rushed to leave due to wfh but I did call and spoke to hector. He apologized but I need to be reimbursed for my items. I don t want a credit (if offered)because I will not be returning.

I always receive prompt and accurate service at Pep Boys - and the guys are always cheerful and patient to answer my questions. There are also usually coupons available for the service I need done, online, on their website - so check their website before going!

This place charged me 1,700 for fix my calipers, brakes and rotors. Then they told me my emergency brake wasn t working because the motor was fried. They said it would be another 1,000 for parts and fix. I took my truck. Paid the work they did. Later on found an actual mechanic that works on European vehicles.. He showed me how much my parts should ve cost and service fee. It should ve been 864.00. I told him about the issue. Within 20 mins it was fixed. The motor was NOT burnt they just didn t know what they were doing. DO NOT BRING YOUR EUROPEAN VEHICLES HERE! THIEVES!!! I ll actually be looking into suing.

Getting my vehicle in and the tires changed were no problem. It was watching the service advisor hit my door against the lift, mentioning what I saw the person at the desk (Hector) and him seeming uninterested in my complaint, me just standing there as he messes around on his phone as my keys and paperwork sat on the desk between us. He finally started to work on my checkout when I asked if I was good to go. As we are checking out, my girlfriend noticed that they tightened a lug nut in the parking lot after it got off the lift. After checking my car for a ding from their lift, which there is one, I also noticed that my side skirt got busted off.

Very poor communication between areas. Somewhat unprofessional response to my inquiry about the nature of my repair. Had a nail in my tire. After being charged for the Repair I inquired about the nature of the repair. I was told it was a nail and couldn't be repaired. The receipt stated it was repaired. If I would not have asked about the repair, I would have under the assumption my tire was fixed and paying for a service that in actuality was not performed. The manager did refund my payment after the fact. But this is kind of an unprofessional manner to run a business. There is definitely a communication and process issue at this business.

The worst customer service I ve ever had from a tire place in my life. I made an appointment two hours in advance, and I was told to come in and wait an additional two hours for the tire patch to be done. The most rude front desk employee handed me my keys back at the end of the day and says I m not able to do it for you today and you can complain to whoever you like . So yes, I will be taking this to corporate making my complaint and leaving my reviews so hopefully you guys don t have to waste your time to.
