I started having car issues on Monday. He came out on Tuesday, and again on Wednesday when he got the rest of the parts needed. He did a great job, and my car is fixed! I definitely recommend. He responds quickly and does a great job.

We ve had a lot of problems out of our 22 year old focus and Neil was able to diagnose and fix the problem for next to nothing compared to a big name repair shop. He will be the ONLY person I call anytime I need work done on my car.

He was amazing! I work nights at the hospital and got in my car to go home after my shift, only for my car not to start. I called him because it was the first listing that popped up when I googled. He arrived quickly and within minutes was able to diagnose the problem. I needed a new starter, which he replaced very quickly. Price was fair and he was kind enough to follow me to my bank so that I could withdraw cash because we didn t use the same money transfer apps. Would absolutely recommend this service and will use it again in the future should I need it.

Start off by saying highly recommend Neil and will definitely call him in the future for anyting I ever need!I called him this morning to replace a wheel bearing on my van he gave me a very reasonable price even help me with an extra issue that I had. very punctual, communication was great. Car started to overheat and coolant started to steam out. Pulled over along highway 27. Car would not hold coolant. This was Saturday morning and I called Neil. He came out and diagnosed the problem, told me what I needed, he then went and got the right parts, replaced them, and checked everything out to make sure it checked out. I had an air filter for the car that he replaced for me as well. He was nice, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced! I will be calling him again for any repairs.

I was sick for two weeks and left my camera plugged in and didn t start my truck during that time. Battery completely dead and very hard to get to. I was about to leave to take my dogs to the vet when my car wouldn t start, car is 6 years old and I never replaced the battery for the 3 years I had it and it s my only vehicle, I didn t have a jump box at home so I called Neil s and asked if he could come same day. O Neil showed up exactly an hour later and jump started my car and then went to get a replacement battery for me and installed it very quickly during poor weather, and has great and very reasonable prices!! Great communication and timely service when you need it too. I will definitely use his services again if/when needed!Service: Battery

Neil was great, he came to me and replaced the radiator, thermostat and gasket on my car. I bought the parts on line(which I learned is cheaper to do so) picked the parts up from local store. He did the job in an hour and a half. I went to a shop that wanted to charge me $700 with using Neil's services I paid a total of $280 I was very pleased with his work and I will be using him again.

5 STARS all around! I never met a mechanic so nice and respectful and not over priced! he got to me in less than a hour told me what the problem was I bought the part I needed and within 25 mins he came and fixed my car! thank you Neil! I finally found a reliable mechanic in the polk county area

Guy a joke gave him my address, times go by I texted him and asked for his ETA he says he couldn t find the address, instead of calling saying that. Just a waste of time.

Let me tell everyone this he s the best ! He s pull me out two bad things truck one starter in parking lot he got it started no problem as of today and he came out fixed my alternator that some well not very good people messed up my switch lucky I got home called him came right out found switch next day I m good he s so nice honest ! And dependable I highly recommend him ! He s like our man when we need him I highly recommend him to anyone ! God bless you for your honesty and loyalty :) grace and Eric WhitakerI got Kia sorento . My battery needed a jump and nobody around had cables. I couldn't get AAA to come out so I ended up calling Oneil. He showed up 20 minutes later and helped me get the car started for my drive from Winter Haven to Jacksonville. He was so quick to arrive and the price was reasonable. If you need a mobile mechanic, you need to call Oneil first!Service: Battery

An elderly friend of mine was out in Winter Haven running an errand. She stopped at a local business and her car wouldn t start when she tried to leave. I called Neil and set up an appointment for him to look at the car the next day. He jacked the car up, and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He had the starter removed in less than 10 minutes. I took the starter to a local automotive store and purchased what I needed while Neil waited with our car. Neil had the starter installed and the car running in less than 10 minutes.I have never dealt with any mechanic that was nicer than Neil. His gentle quite spirit put my friend (who was an elderly woman) at ease. We both immediately knew that we made a Great choice by calling him to repair my friend s car. I would highly recommend anyone to use Neil s Mobile Mechanic. I would give him a rating of 10 if I was allowed to.He is excellent!Rick Hohl

Niel is now the only mechanic I will call now. Excellent work ethic and very reasonable cost. Replaced a hard to get to 2006 Honda Accord starter in about an hour. Very nice young man . I Thank the heaven's that we found him.

I found Neil's mobile mechanic on Google for my son. Read the reviews 5'stars all the way. This was the other week, Gas stations, no gas or deliveries, so put gas from a container, car broke down due to bad gas. Neil was early, got to work, straight away. Used a portable diagnostic machine, put new spark plugs in, cleaned injectors, removed back seat, emptied fuel tank, put clean gas in. Fixed t, it started, he then spray cleaned the whole engine , wiped down the car. They drove the car to make sure it was working okay. It drove even better than before. What a brilliant mechanic. Will definitely have him again and refer others to him.He did alot, very reasonable .Very thorough, new exactly what to do. You will not be disappointed.

Neil is the man. Showed up on time l. Told me what i needed done. I went and bout my parts and he repaired my truck on the spot. He does a professional job and shows up ready to get the job done.
