Great prices and caring people. The receptionist made coffee for me and offered me food. She helped an elderly person who had a cut on his leg. She cleaned him up and put a bandage on it. You can't find a better place than this. My used tires are in great shape, I am so pleased.Please go here if you love good customer service and experienced workers. Wish I could give them more stars.

To be honest I just moved back here and I'm a veteran who always looks to get a good discount.I don't even bother looking for discounts here. I get great service and better pricing here than any big name autocare shop. For reference I get 25% off oil change at take 5. Here they charged me half that price and its not even on a discount. I found me my new honest mechanic shop to go to.

I was given great advice that I took action on and pre-ordered my parts. I made an appointment for my car and owner quoted me one hour install and stood by his word. Great people work here and I'm very Happy with " Holly", "William" and "Scott" who all took care of me and my VW Passat!!! Thank you!

I just moved here from Miami and found the best damn repair shop in the county their customer service is fantastic and Ms Holly, Mr Scott and mr Robert are as professional as you can get don't believe me give them a call and see for yourself l love them.

First time there. Don and Scott are 2 great guys! Went out of their way to get the right oil for my car...phenomenal!They have all of my automotive business from here on out!Better pricing than the dealers and even better service!Give them a try and you will not be disappointed!

Not only was the service A1 the customer service was even better. Those men are awesome. I would refer them to anyone quick and very professional, they spotted a problem that I didn't know that was there and it was a simple fix for them so that tells me they are experienced and knows what they are doing, great service , I will be back. These guys are great. I just bought a used motorhome and I wanted a tune up and oil change. The model year is known for spark plugs breaking while trying to remove them. They were super extra careful to make sure the plugs were cold and new plugs were installed and all was well. They were able to repair all of the other little mechanical problem using a little ingenuity in one case. I was impressed by the fact that they answered my messages each time almost immediately.

I have came here a few times because it s close by my house and normally a good place to get oil changed/tires rotated for a fair price. This past time I went was a bad experience because the oil change and tire rotation cost over 100 bucks and I noticed a few days later I was missing a lug nut. I ended up buying another lug nut off Amazon and when I went to put it on my wheel I noticed other lug nuts weren t very tight which really upset me because it seems like that would be the most important step of rotating tires. The guy doing the work on my truck was a younger guy I had never seen before that still might be learning so I will still give them another chance in the future.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Thank you Jesus for bringing me back to this place, after years of absence on my part, due to my work schedule & being ill. Thank you Gene for being open for automotive business. I came on Friday of last week about a tire issue I was having. Scott said Debbie come look at this, He had it on the balance machine and It definitely not turning like it should. He explained that the company that sold me the tire was a fault and never should of sent me on the road with a bad tire. He ordered me 2 new tires I was waiting on them on Friday but they never came, it would be on Monday. I called yesterday to let them know I had to take off of work to take care of it. They called me and I returned. Scott definitely took care of my tire situation and test drive it and He said I was good. He advised me to take back the tire that was bad to the place I got it from and He put in my car.I want to Thank for everyone that helped me during my time of bad tire problems and the knowledge of Scott. I appreciate it and I will be returning for all my car needs.

Took my 2012 Honda pilot over for a double head repair on Dec 8th. $3123.47 Had Bent valves. Had both heads reworked. Was called to p/u told computer was bad, no call tomorrow battery was low. Picked up SUV. Heard rattle when starting up and on bumpy road. Took it back to them. Air box was not bolted down. left car. Picked up after the weekend. Drove down the road test drive same noise . brought it back. Left it. Part way home went to pick it up and fix it myself. I spent some time on it. 12 bolts missing for electrical harness, air box, and battery box. Ac lines not in clamps. Air box tube 1/2 in falling off and there is marks to line up for install. Clamps loose. Dripping coolant under the throttle body. Replaced 2 small hoses there. No way I should have to pick thru this mess after paying this $$$. I hope the inside of the motor is good because the outside was a mess. Apparently no one checks this guys work. What happened to the 10 bolts missing from this car ??? Never take a car here again.You will se my complaint on BBB. 30 days 4000 mi warranty. We had driven the car 80 miles. Some people care about their customers. We did not get much the time of day from these people. Sloppy work !!! This is the broken hose.Service: Engine repair

I kept hearing a noice when I turn right but didn't know who I could trust to tell me what's going on. They were so nice, test drove it. They determined there was nothing seriously wrong with my 10 yr old car and didn't charge me. Wow.

Best mechanic in Winter Haven. The nicest country boys owned mechanic shop I ve ever been to. All Jeep owners should definitely go here!! They fixed my thermostat and radiator perfectly. Best prices in town. Would highly recommend them over any other mechanic. Happy new year to all.

They charged my daughter $250 to get her sons RV running. It was never test driven and didn't make it past the RR tracks a stones throw from their business. Basically said ' oh well too bad'. Offered no refund no compensation. It was literally no better off than before they touched it.God doesn't like theifery. Stay away from this dishonest repair shop.'.Service: Engine repair

Most honest auto service I have ever dealt with.. Brake warranty is lifetime and since I had an issue with a squeal, the replaced the pads at no charge to me and resolved the issue. Repaired my A/C and stopped a rattle I had under the hood. I will go back for all my service needs.
