I called to ask about bringing a carb in and he said until I see the vehicle. Lost me there pal. Clearly you weren't listening and maybe you should listen to the customers needs first before you keep cutting them off and giving them an attitude. Learn how to run a business. Have a great day

Lance always takes good care of us. He is always there to save us on our delivery vehicles. We are grateful he is just a block away! He is always professional and polite. He always explains the problem and the best way to fix it. Thank you again Lance!!!

All around the best Mechanic shop in town! 100% honesty is all you will receive here not just there for the money. I ve been going to Lances for almost 5 years now and every time I get fantastic service and a great price! For you ladies, not like your other mechanic shops that makes up issues with your vehicles for more money these are good honest people!Services: Transmission, Tires, Brakes, Oil change

My ac went out and I was looking for a honest, good mechanic. Lance looked at my car and within 5 minutes knew exactly what it was! He was very polite and helpful. Didnt think it was worth it, so hubby decided to trade that car in But I will definately recommend Lance as he's a good guy and deserves business as he quite honest on his pricing and knows what he's doing!

Went there to have a new valve cover gasket installed on my Honda Accord and there service was exceptional. The job was done professionally and done right. Both Lance and his Son are great mechanics and would definitely recommend there service.

I m new to the area & needed a mechanic. I posted in a few Winter Haven FB groups & Lance was mentioned by a multiple people so I decided to stop by & talk to him.He seemed very genuine, honest and knew exactly what was wrong just based on hearing my engine.I m grateful to the people who recommended Lance because the mechanic Autozone recommended tried telling me it was something else that would have cost $1200. My bill with Lance was only $280.Thank you for being honest, you have earned my business for as long as I live in the area!

Lance is very honest and hard working; his prices are very reasonable and believe me his work is top notch! He did awesome work on my 2006 Nissan Sentra and it works like new now. Thank you very much!

I never write reviews but I m shock from the poor customer service i received and i had never spoken to Lance before. Can t believe how rude & grumpy he was. The customer service was horrible. I wouldn t trust his opinion to work on my car

Lance fixed my starter same day. Half a week later and it's still starting up right away. Out of all the places I called he gave me the best price and quickest scheduling.

Lance's Automotive does more than a normal garage. They will do the basic maintenance you expect, but they also do boat repair, and are located two blocks from a boat ramp to do testing. They can even do a full drivetrain installation in your street rod or off-road vehicle.
