I don t know about this company and why it has 4.9 stars. But I am from out of town sitting in a restaurant in my car. And the tow driver tried to hook up my car. And t Rachel in the office is making excuses. There is no way this is an Infinite. Which is the excuse I got. I am so traumatized by this could not eat and waving anxiety issues.

Waited on AAA for over 3 hours, got frustrated and Called JT s and they were there in less than 30 minutes. And got us home in less than another 30 minutes. FAST FRIENDLY AND FUNNY. truck was clean and smelled nice. Highly recommend!

Ben is an absolute pro at towing really low cars. He even refused a tip for making sure my car didn t have a scratch saying this is what we do, so don t worry about it. The prices were extremely fair and they treat you like your family. There s a lot of scummy auto/tow places around Polk, and this one is NOTHING like that. There is no possible way I could recommend this place any more than I already do.

JT s towed our car to their lot after it was in an accident. The driver was very professional and asked if I had any questions. He explained the process of what would happen next. Also, a huge shout out to the office staff who were concerned and caring. I will recommend JT s to friends and family.

My daughter and all 3 grandkids were in a bad accident and I got the run around from insurance company and was stressed about getting car towed but JT's was such a big help and not only towed her car but helped with the whole process !! The driver Bobbie was there in 20 min after we called and also a big help !! They are very professional and friendly!! Highly recommend!!

Ben helped us pull our truck out of a ditch after we got stuck. He responded quickly. He was very polite and efficient. He took pride in his job and representing JT Towing. JT'S towing helped me. In the truest gift of giving spirit. I don't be earning and I don't have any money saved, my car broke, down, single parent, no money saved, Property Taxes due, but loans half paid. Gave me a break. God Love 'em. People with the giving spirit.

Quick response time! They were on scene and had my truck picked up within 30 minutes when I hit a deer this morning. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. Even gave me a ride to work! Nice to see good people still exist in the world!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I called in to have my car towed they didn t take long at all .. and I need to give a special shout out to tow driver Billy Wells thank you so much for all the help .. you used all the professional matters to get my car to where it need to be.. the fact my car had flat tire I was having a bad morning then Billy Wells came with such amazing attitude, kindness made my time a bit better.. Ben the tow truck driver was BEYOND AMAZING in helping us out last Sat and Sunday. We were in a very bad accident and he was awesome and quick to come to our rescue. AAA had once again let us down for a tow but Ben stepped right up to the plate and was there to assist us within 20 minutes from contacting him. Then he knew we were upset and needed to get our things out of the vehicle as soon as possible so he went out of his way to meet with us on Sunday so we could clean out the car. I can not sing his praises loud enough! Then when I called and spoke to Rachel to let her know she was so gracious and kind. If anyone EVER needs a tow this is the company to call right away. I needed a tow for my SUV. My wait time was very short and Bobby arrived really fast. He called to let me know how far away he was and kept me updated. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. My car needed towing on two different occasions. I don t know how I got lucky to get Ben both times ! He is outstanding very quick and professional. He knows his job and does it exceptionally well!! Somebody hit my car plus two other people. JT's towing was AMAZING and towed my car with no problem. I even got a ride home which was a blessing. They worked well with my insurance to get my car released and on the way to being repaired. Absolutely recommend them if you have any problems where you need to have your car towed.
