I visited Johnny s today for routine maintenance. It was a great experience throughout. I worked with Mike who was very friendly and professional. At the conclusion of my service, I received a text complete with results of everything completed along with photos. The cost was significantly less than the dealer I previously used. When I got back to my vehicle, there were two roses on the dashboard, a thank you for using Johnny s! On a side note, their facility was spotless and very clean, including the restroom. I would highly recommend Johnny s!

This was my second visit to have work done on one of my vehicles, the first time was in Haines City on Hwy 27 and the second one was in Winter Haven on Dundee Rd and I will highly recommend Johnny's Automotive for any repairs to your vehicles. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and technologically up to date, also there service is done in a timely manner. I am truly impressed with their honesty due to the fact there not trying push or sell you any other service other than what you need. What I do admire and appreciate is the extra mile they go to do a complete inspection of your vehicle then get with you and show if there other opportunities that need to be repaired with a download, pictures and explanations. No pressure! All the business are very clean andthey offer there customers refreshments and snacks , how thoughtful in this day and time.While you are waiting for you repairs. Customer service is there priority. I will recommend Johnny's Automotive Repair to anyone who ask me if I know a good mechanic. Another happy return customer!WarmestRegardsBill Craft

Excellent service. They give you a breakdown of everything that needs to be done on the vehicle. They work with you on informing you what is needing to be repaired now and what can wait for later. Very professional, trust worthy, and reasonably priced. Great people!

I have never been so satisfied with someone taking care of my Infinity QX50, Then johnny automotive! They were professional, very knowledgeable and cost-effective. I will recommend anyone to take their car there. Very satisfied, 5 star all the way.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.The problem with the car that I took it there for was resolved.They have great tools for diagnosing mechanical/electrical issues. Very thorough.I m certain I will return to Johnnys with my future vehicle needs. Thank you.

Remember how Customer Service used to be? Well it's here from the moment you arrive until you leave. My car is now in it's best shape and I feel safer on the highway with new tires. Knowledgeable staff, clean waiting area. HIGHLY recommend!!

These folks are friendly and knowledgeable, professional and efficient! They checked the entire car over and explained the work that needed to get done. Their estimate was spot-on and pretty reasonable for the work performed. A lot of people I trust in my community use Johnny's and highly recommended them. I'll be joining their ranks, for sure!!

Wow I m super impressed with this business. I went to two places and they had no cars and both told me it will be an hour or more even do they only had one car in the bay. Stoped at Johnny s Automotive and immediately they took me in to check my front tire that was leaking air they fixed it in minutes and the office man came it and said your tire is fixed you don t owe anything. Wow I m and out in minutes and no charge! Thank you so much for the amazing service you guys are awesome. I will most definitely keep coming back in the future if I have any repairs needed and I will pass on the referral to everyone I know! I got even a rose on my dash.

Their customer service and technicians are top notch. I came in and was immediately taken care of with courtesy and respect. I was provided with detail explanation of what my car needed by the Finisher. What an amazingly compassionate gentleman. He explained everything from start to finish. such an awesome and compassionate gentleman. While I waited I had an abundant selection of snacks and drinks to choose from. The time flew by as I laughed, watching Christmas bloopers...The mechanics are professionals, they used state of the art technology to see what problems need to be addressed. I was able to see pictures of the internal parts of my car. Some of them were, a leaky valve and a worn out belt, that needed attention. Mind you, these problems were presented as suggestions. I got to choose when and which of these problems, I wanted to address. I was also provided with financial options to fit my budget. At the end of my visit, I was walked to my car by the finisher, to find a rose on my dashboard. He explained that this is done for all customers, male or female. I was so impressed, by such a thoughtful thing to do. My hear was overjoyed by such a touch of class.I'm very grateful to have chosen Johnny's Mechanic to service my car. I'm thankful for the wonderful staff. Im elated to find people that honor others with their craft. May God bless their businesses with prosperity and may they continue to stay humble and compassionate towards others.

I was charged $25 labor charge on top of my oil change fee. Never heard of being charged labor, on an oil changeSince I can t reply to your comment. I will do it here.I signed for one price and only the service that I signed for was performed and got back to a different price. I was told that this was because of needing 2 extra quarts of oil than the standard oil change.1. If this is the case this would ve been a $10 difference not the $30 difference I paid.2. How was this not calculated when you knew my make and model days before showing me this quote. You guys even called to confirm make and model to ensure the correct oil filter was available. I was giving a given a coupon for a free oil change by the store but I m not returning to a place that tried to cheat me once. I will not be calling you on Monday.My vehicle also needs coolant added. After my oil change!

Nice guys, but DO NOT GO HERE! A little background. My car was overheating (coolant light flashing red). I take it to the only mechanic within a reasonable distance from my house. First there s an inspection fee, I m not mad about that! Everybody has to every a Buck and of course time is money; but here s the kicker- the inspection fee doesn t count towards the repairs of the vehicle (WOW)-Strike 1! Strike 2, the astronomical labor cost-I ve heard of celebrity chefs! But, celebrity mechanics in Winter Haven-c mon. Let me explain, I have a regular mechanic in Tampa that I ve been using for 20 years, called them they would have charged me $175- this place $415 for a radiator thermostat. And it still wasn t fixed because they miscalculated the time it would take for repair and a sensor-Strike 3! I would have taken to my guy in Tampa- but I blew an engine in 04 trying to drive a vehicle overheating! The towing alone would have been $350- I simply was delightfully in the rockiest of hard places. Don t listen to the padded reviews from the silver foxes and family friends! These guys are overpriced and you will be taken for a ride. I will say it is by far one of the cleanest repair shops I ve ever seen, almost like a dealership (expect dealership prices)- if that s your thing, good! And they do explain your issue for someone not mechanically incline in a nice way- if that s your thing as well, great! But if your thing is getting your vehicle fixed fast, cheap, and effectively-This is not the shop friends!

Very professional, clean, friendly, and fast. Large window that allows you to watch the mechanic. Free coffee and snacks. TV with nice comfy chairs to wait in. After the mechanic is done they send a text with a detailed report of what was found during the inspection, which includes pictures so you know the mechanic isn't making things up to gouge you. My oil change was only slightly longer than 30 minutes. Very very happy with my service. I will definitely use them again! They even left a flower on the dash.

This place is simply wonderful. The service is quick and honest. Every time my husband and I go we are met with the utmost respect and kindness. They have a clean and warm waiting area. The hours are convient and its an overall pleasure going to see them for all our car needs.

My check engine light was on and I took my vehicle to Auto Zone and asked them to diagnose the problem. They told me one thing and I knew I needed a mechanic to fix this issue. I called Johnny s and they got me in quickly and found the problem was completely different from what I was told by Auto Zone. They also fixed it right away and I was in and out under 2 hours. I have found my new mechanic!

Had a schedule inspection when I arrive the guy came out to my vehicle and told me that he was not licensed to do inspection, and that none of the Johnny automotive are licensed to do vehicle inspections. I thought that was A inconvenience for me because I scheduled this inspection they was aware what I needed and inform me that they can do it for $100 and when I arrived I was told that they couldn t
