Buying a new vehicle can be stressful, intimidating or honestly just confusing at times but thankfully none of that was the case for us with our experience at Jarret-Gordon Ford. The entire staff and team knowledgeable, honesty and straightforward with everything. Victoria Wills was our sales person for the 3 trucks we got for our business and she was incredible through the entire process! As was Joe over in finance when it came time to sign all the paperwork. The entire team was amazing. If you re in the market for a personal vehicle or a fleet I highly recommend you stop by and let help you!

Our experience with the Ford Commercial Truck and RV Service Center was excellent. The office staff was very helpful, working us quickly into the schedule for repairs and providing us with top notch customer support. The technician assigned to our RV was experienced and competent in his work. I highly recommend this Ford service center.

It's been a month since I bought my F150, and I'm thrilled with the exceptional service I received from Kelwing. He went the extra mile, ordering mats and even installing them for me. Archie efficiently scheduled our bed liner appointment, and it was completed within a week of owning the truck. I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided here.

I had a great experience with this dealership. The sales department was knowledgeable and very helpful but not too pushie. It was a no pressure experience. Being an older woman, I was treated respectfully. Which doesn't always happen. This made purchasing my vehicle very easy, and I would purchase another vehicle through them.

I wish there was a way that I could give your dealership 10 stars. I am a former Ford employee. I had a recall preformed on my car last year and the part failed today on my way to work, I was stuck at Wawa with my disabled car so I reached out to Ford customer service and was informed that I would need to return to the dealership who originally provided the service for my recall. I was almost 100 miles away from the dealership and I would not make it back in time before they closed for the weekend as they are not open on the weekends. I stopped by here on my way back to see if maybe I could get my car fixed as I didn t feel comfortable knowing it could become disabled again. I was greeted by so many smiling people here after I parked my car where I knew I should not have but I was in fear that I couldn t get my car to go into reverse again. I was greeted by Dorian in the parts department. He was able to tell me they had the part in stock and would check with the service department if it would be something that could be completed today so I would not be stranded. I was then greeted by the service manager, Kevin and Alicia my advisor. Kevin told Alicia my situation and moved mountains to help get my repair covered and I was able to travel home safe and for that, I cannot thank you enough. Your kindness is so refreshing and appreciated. This world needs more people like Dorian, Kevin and Alicia. Thank you for the amazing service experience, Jarrett Gordon Ford. You are wonderful :-)

Dear GOD OMG I love this car dealership. Mr Mike was extremely nice to me and professional. Most of all Mr Scott the driver was an angel. He took me home to and from. This ford is such a blessing to me that the number ticket from Ford and I played play 4 and won 100 dollars amen 5971 THANK YOU FORD DEALERSHIP AMEN GIVE THE DEALERSHIP STARS AND BEYOND BTW I love the Danish treats

We had the BEST experience here! This Ford is the most family friendly Ford we have ever been to! We had our 4YO with us and they accommodated her every need, making the experience pleasant for us as we finalized the paperwork. Everyone was so friendly and nice, NOT PUSHY like some other dealerships. We are so happy with our new Ford Expedition and very HAPPY we drove 3 hours to this dealership!

The battery for our work 150 Hybrid truck was dead this morning.As this was unexpected, and we were meeting a client/patient later in the day we called their mobile service department. They send a technician within 30 minutes and within 40 minutes the new battery was installed perfectly!Fast and great service from the mobile service department, highly recommend to all Ford and Lincoln owners!

The mobile service was fantastic! I couldn't get the one from Davenport(very busy) so i tried Winter Haven. I was pleasantly surprised. The car wouldn't start and i needed an oil change. All of this was done with an ease. Highly recommend this service!! Thank you. I recently had to use their body shop area for my air! Thank fully everything was covered under the extended warranty. Thank god for small favors!

I cannot say enough good things about the service department at Jarrett-Gordon Ford Winter Haven. From the time they picked up my Aviator to the day they brought it back, I was completely satisfied with the level of service I received. Kim from the service department kept me updated on every detail of the repair. Kevin from the concierge service met me at my house and at work because that was more convenient for me. I m so thankful we purchased our new car here!

I scheduled my Ford Ranger's maintenance services at the Jarrett-Gordon Ford location on 10/3 and had a most rewarding experience. The check-in was seamless and service was quick and it almost felt like it was expedited considering I was told it would take an average of 1.5 hours but it actually took 30 minutes. I am definitely planning to book my next service appointment at the Jarrett-Gordon Ford location. Thanks for a job well done.

You can expect poor condition vehicles and gaslighting. I said I had enough and they began with the name calling. Because they knew we were driving 3.5 hours to get there, they decided that it was okay to leave an $82k vehicle covered in mud, rust, and dog hair. They also felt like it was okay to say, oh, differential leak, you will have warranty for that (deal with it on your own, pay for this now and be okay with leaving a vehicle in the shop for weeks). All while running their mouths. If you are if considering making a drive, don t do it. Managers are terrible as well. I guess preparation of vehicles isn t their forte, but that type of deflection isn t a good sign.

Worst experience at a Ford. We were vacation and had to get a service which was covered under warranty but then they unnecessarily recommended another service that they said I needed in conjunction with the original issue. Found out after that wasn t necessary when I called my local ford. They also didn t even put the clips back on the cover underneath my car so it was rattling and then we had to drive to2 different locations to find clips to secure it in place. Wasted our last day of vacation with this nonsense. Would never recommend this location

I never do these reviews. However, I must say Ford in winter haven does deserve them every time I go. Kevin and Bobby Sue have always beenThere to help, so professional and kind. And they have a new transmission guy That talked to me and made me feel confident in his work And I was safe to travel the country with my vehicle. I've been there often in the last few yrs as my vehicle is getting older and routine maintenence, they taken care of me and maybe feel like I was someone they knew on a personal basis, and they were going to do what they needed to to fix my car as soon as they could. they've Updated me About what was going on and when I could expect my car to be completed...Often earlier then they said. I recommend taking your car there for great all around service and knowledge.

We went to pick up our Ford Marvick truck and Kelwing Matale was our salesman . He made our transition, very easy and pleasant. I had told him I was looking at the Bronco Sport. He gave us a call a couple of days later and told us that Ford was offering 0% to qualify customers. So we traded my Marvick truck in for the Bronco Sport . This makes 4 new vehicles in two years for us from Jarrett-Gordon Ford. Thank you

I went there for an oil change and tire rotation. The lounge was very comfortable with tv, coffee and even donuts. Now, we did wait around 2 hours but since we waited longer than we should have, we were told that there would be no charge for the service. That was without me saying anything.

Kim is the very best. She kept me informed every step of the way. She had my loaner car switched because the one I got was so big. She is great and one of the reasons I go to Jarrett-Gordon ford. Keep her happy.

I have to say the wait for our new Wildtrak Bronco was a testy one; and due to conditions beyond the dealers control. I am glad that the sales team at Jarrett-Gordon was there to give us the support for waiting. Of course there was nothing they could have done to expedite the build process of our new truck.The wait was well worth it. Happy customer when we got the call from Chuck Watson that our Bronco arrived at the dealership for pickup.ASAP. after routine dealer prep. "SMILES"!

Bought tires and had them mounted and had the alignment done on my F350. Great price and quick turn around. Added bonus was the ability to use Ford Pass point to offset some of the cost! Me and my Family always get treated well at Jarrett Gordon Ford.

Service department contacted me to schedule recall service. Katlyn scheduled me promptly when I called back. The mobile service including the recall, oil change and tire rotation was expertly done by Alex on my driveway. Great team. Great outfit. Always a pleasure!
