I have reviewed this dealer before and gave it 5 stars...That was the sales department. Service is a different story. While the service writers are great...the department is lacking...As I write this I am waiting on my car...I had an appointment for warranty work. I was here for 3 hours before my car went in I was told the work would take around an hour and a half.I expected to be done and gone by noonish. It is now 2:30 and I am still here.So 4 hours and counting.Update: I received my vehicle back at 2:45. The work took the time that was indicated to me but when you have an appointment you expect work to begin within 30 to 40 minutes of your arrival not 3 hours later. I have another Nissan dealer that is within 15 minutes of my home perhaps I will take my vehicle there next time for service. Maybe they will treat appointments differently this dealership appears to treat them as first come first serve and appointments are only there to make you feel better in the moment but once you're there reality sets in. Again don't get me wrong The people at Hill Nissan are great but they have issues with time management and scheduling in my opinion.

I found myself having my car breaking down then being towed to Hill Nissan on the way home from Orlando. I had great service the minute I arrived. Thanks Chris for keeping me informed of the progress and getting it fixed. I had great service but I feel the service department need additional help answering phone calls and coordinating with the service writers! That is my only complaint!

Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. My wife and I were traveling and had some concerns with our car. Fast forward the service manager was more concerned with our concerns than I was. We even got to meet the owner of the dealership and he assured us they would do everything possible to get us back on the road. Mission was accomplished and we continued on our vacation with a peace of mind. Best experience ever!!

The service at Hill Nissan is second to none. The Service Advisor is very helpful and professional. Their communication system via email and text keeps you up-to-date on every phase of the process, and they provide detailed information on what they are doing to your vehicle. They finished the service on my truck earlier than projected and they gave me well advised answers to questions I had during the process. This was my first visit after purchasing a truck and they will be my go-to service provider going forward.

Every time I go they attend to me quickly . The greeter is super professional . My advisor Mitch is always kind and hears what I need to say . The waiting area is always clean . The advisor is Always keeping me updated and the work gets done the first time around . I love that there s texting updates . When I had to trade in my Altima for my new pathfinder the service manager Joe heard my frustrations regarding my car and quick made me feel better understanding my issues and letting me explain to him all the cars issues . When I requested a sales person he introduced me to Jeff who was amazing and was quick to the point . Now I love my new pathfinder . I go every time for my maintenance and the service is always great !

Came in for a second opinion on my 2022 Nissan Rogue, which I purchased through Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland. After just 1 appointment with Hill Nissan, the problem that I stressed to Jenkins about multiple times, 3 different appointments to be exact, was fixed. From start to finish, Joshua was awesome. Great communication. I will drive the 40 minutes to get my oil changes and everything else from now on to Hill Nissan. Wonderful experience!

First off I'm only submitting a review because I keep getting emails about them wanting a review, so here you go. Brought the car in for service and a recall. I didn't like the fact that they immediately valued the car and gave me a trade it quote. It felt a little pushy. Anyways, rejected the services (mainly due to price) and as for the recall, the part was not in and would have to be ordered. They said the part would be in the following week, but never got a call back. I'm going to try the Nissan in Lakeland. They are closer to my house and less of a headache to get too. Oh yeah one more thing...Don't make an appointment on their website. It apparently doesn't communicate that well with the location. They did not have any of the info I filled out online.

I was recently there for a routine oil change. I was promptly greeted by 3 very pleasant employees and all of my concerns were addressed. I didn't wait on the vehicle, I left it and came back. I even had a piece of (?) That had come loose under the front end and they graciously tightened it back up at no charge. I've done business with Hill Nissan for several years and will definitely continue!! Thank you for another job well done!!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Oil change

Absolutely incredible service provided by Angel! He went out of his way to ensure that my wife s car was well taken care of and repaired, and that she was satisfied with the work performed. This was my first time using Hill Nissan service and I was very pleased with the experience. Joey Barone was my service advisor and he was friendly, honest about only what needed to be done, and I was in and out within a few hours They also use an app that gives you real time updates regarding progress on the work being done, so you don't have to wonder about where they're at in the process. I used to use Jenkins Nissan service but they disappointed me and I will never go back there again for service. I highly recommend Hill Nissan and Joey Barone for servicing your vehicle.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Battery

My experience with Nissan always and I mean always takes care of me and my Nissan sports as they advertise like family. I have had my Nissan sport for two years now and I get right in and right out when they re doing my regular check ups , . oil changes and maintenance . I feel secured long term and so happy I bought a Nissan from Hill Nissan. Trust worthy is what comes to my mind who they are.

I went to an oil change did an appt at 10am and they never told me when was my car ready and the website keep saying in process .after waiting almost 4 hour ..went outside an see my car . And ask the guy ..and he didnt know . I went inside a ask the lady at the counter and there was my paperwork and key. Wow ...please the guys that work there they have to be more responsable and let us know when our car are ready.

I was very disappointed with my most recent experience at Hill Nissan. I had Joshua Barnett as my service advisor.I brought my daughter s Rogue in for maintenance service. I waited in the lobby. I was told that everything checked out and the vehicle passed the multipoint inspection.A little while later I received a text noting several issues that needed attention and described as critical!What disturbed me greatly was the note indicated that I had declined fixing these issues!I was sitting in the lobby the whole time! Why couldn t Joshua come and talk to me in person?I rely on Hill Nissan to help me keep my daughters car safe to drive! I believe Joshua was negligent and if something untoward happens to my daughter as a result of this, I will hold Hill Nissan liable!

everything was great and fast, a little too fast. They din't screw on the stem valve caps tight. My mom found one in the driveway and checked my car. 2 were missing and 1 was loose. The 1 was tight.

This service is the WORST I have had with my car, I went for an oil change, a general check and tire rotation, they also had them check why the car shakes when braking on the highway, and lastly I went because the track sign control light On Check and advise came on. I waited for 4 hours in the Nissan hill and I never received a report on how the maintenance on my car was going on. I watched it and didn't see anyone working on it. After 4 hours I got tired and decided to go home. Before leaving I told him to a worker there, 30 minutes after I got home I relived the call that I couldn't answer and the email about the required maintenance that I needed and that I had to accept, I only accepted the oil change because I didn't want to do the other thing there. I waited for Monday and they never called me to say if the car was ready, I went on Tuesday because I didn't receive a call and when the cashier arrived she didn't know anything about the car and I went to a job there, she said she didn't know anything and the car arrived The same guy who helped me that Saturday, only then saw the idiot that I had already selected what I wanted to do to the car, he simply changed the oil, then he made me pay for the Service and they charged me $280 just for changing the oil and rotating the tires, the Which one they didn't do because the tires were still in the same place as before, also because they were going to check the dashboard light and when I left, it was still there, so how did they charge for the labor? just to change oil and check the car? Josh is a very dedicated Service Advisor. He knows how particular I am regarding no smudges, scratches, etc., and has always delivered excellent service. I really like the small feel of a family owned dealership! Jonathan, Service Technician has installed a Roll Bar and Bug Shield. I have to say they were very efficient, eager to help you. After reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitant, but I have nothing negative to say. It was just a recall but they did multi inspection, and you have a choice in whether you want it or not!! Well done Hill Nissan

I sent my wife in for a regular oil change with a coupon and the service person talked her into synthetic oil at a greatly higher price. I told her specifically not to do that. This negated the coupon altogether which angered me greatly. Stop sending me offers to buy a car because I will never buy a car from you ever.

We brought in our vehicle without an appointment and they got it fixed the same day. The part needed was low cost but the charge of over $200 per hour was ridiculous! I don't think any service tech is getting that much money per hour and would like to know where the rest of this money goes. Zach was polite and explained everything to me in detail. Overall a great job but the labor charge is too high!

I had a very good experience with Hill Nissan during a 10 day stressful ordeal where my transmission had to be replace on a 3 year old Infiniti. Mitch Bodle helped me through the process, worked with my warranty company, and really kept me calm and well informed throughout the process. My car is fixed and running well. I thought this dealership was well run and they definitely have great people working there. I would recommend them to do business with.Service: Transmission
