These guys are honest, timely and I highly recommend them. Mike H. Did a pinion seal replacement for me and even after quoting me a price I agreed to, the part came in cheaper so he adjusted the price accordingly.He could have easily kept the price the same but he did the right thing, knowing I wouldn't have questioned it. Those are the kind of people I want working on my vehicle.

This place is what an alignment shop was like back when shops really cared about customer service...after the alignment the technician took my vehicle for a test drive and was not satisfied with the results, so he put it back on the rack and tweaked it a bit further, did another test drive and called it done...it now drives like a brand new car even though it is 34 years old! And yes, I will use this shop in the future and recommend them to anyone willing to listen...I just hope they stay around as long as I am able to drive a car!

Just good honest people. With good prices. Had truck there a couple times. Where honest didn t try to over sell and when I left the price was the same as quoted. Hard to find that now days.

After having a very bad experience with a very well known mechanic in Haines City, I was at my wit's end on what to do with a car that had literally been in the shop two days every week for repairs for the last FOUR WEEKS IN A ROW. Finally, a lawyer friend of mine realized my car was most likely not the problem but the mechanic was instead. She mentioned this place to me and I did not even know it existed but I was willing to try it. No sooner than I had picked up my vehicle from the other repair shop, the engine light came back on and I simply hit my limit. Another friend, who owns a large business with a large fleet of vehicles, mentioned this same shop so I literally turned around from where I was headed and drove straight there. The mechanic actually took me out to the car in the bay, showed me what was wrong, explained it all to me and was unbelievably helpful and seemingly straightforward and honest with me. My vehicle just started rattling and squealing today and I will be heading back to them tomorrow for my next repair. EXCELLENT people - an honest mechanic will gain so much more business in the long run than a shady one every time. Thank you Mike! Your professionalism and kindness to me that day made a customer out of me. Highly knowledgeable staff and expertise. Definite recommendation here.

On April 9th, 2021, I took my 2008 Nissan Armada to Havendale Frame and Axle on the suggestion on a relative.I arrived on time and I believe Mike assisted me, and he explained EXACTLY what work he would do. He removed the factory part and showed me the part he was replacing it with, down to specific details! I learned a lot about my vehicles alignment and specifically how it should work. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone who is serious about maintaining their vehicle. The cost was worth it!

I went in expecting to replace more parts than what was actually necessary. Rather than use all the parts i provided, and in turn, make more money on extra labor, they (Tim) called and advised me otherwise but still offered the option if I wanted to do it anyway. Mechanics get a bad rap by suspicious people who just don't know any better. This experience speaks volumes about honesty & integrity. I won't hesitate to refer others or go back myself next time needed.

One of the best local mechanic shops to take your car. They do high quality dealership quality work on your vehicles. Very good labor rates.

Was my go to mechanic shop for years. ..no more!Everything ive had them do has failed within a short time.Starter rebuilt 3 times...told first time i would never have a problem again .Strange noises after timing belt service- got rid of the truck before it come apart on me.Most recently charged over 400$ for brake job and our luxury car sounds like a garbage truck everytime we hit the brakes. Fixed it myself in the driveway!Im no mechanic but no failures on my own work when ive had to time to do it ......go figure!the icing was being referred to the biggest crook in town- transmission city. How much kick back you get on that deal?Thx bud, thought we were friends!!

These guys ROCK!!!I did my homework before getting the AC fixed on my F-150 & they beat everyone's price & gave me a jam up job! They even beat Stewart's Auto Repair on 42nd Street by almost $200 in price. After two months of freezing AC a completely different part went out & caused all of the refrigerant to leak out & they had me come in & fixed the problem at ZERO cost to me saying, "These things happen an I've spent my hard earned money there so they want to make sure I'm up & running good." Anyone else would have looked for a way to bill the customer back for the labor.Thanks Mike & Scott, Haven Frame An Axle will have my family's business for life!!Highly recommend.Customer service #1Knowledge of repairs #1Friendliness #1Value #1

Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Was referred to them by Twin Diesel for an alignment. Was done in a couple hours and truck handles great.

The most nicest and friendliest mechanic shop I have ever been in die diagnose my problem in no time flat and save me about $500 on my repair I would strongly suggest anybody to them and will definitely using them myself again

Please see my revised review.....Havendale Frame & Axle is a good old-fashioned, honest, and reliable place where they can rebuild your generator, starter, alternator, or any other electrical issues you have with your car or truck. I am grateful to have such a service in my area, as I was able to get my 1958 Oldsmobile Super 88 Convertible generator and voltage regulator checked out and in working order in a quick turnaround at a reasonable cost. Havendale Frame & Axle is the best!!! SO I THOUGHT!!! READ BELOW...I need to change my review because I recently took my 1958 Oldsmobile power antenna to Havendale Frame and Axle to have the power motor repaired. Well they had it for a few days and I received a phone call from Mike and he explained to me that he had worked on it for almost an hour and couldn't get it to work, and than another tech worked on it for about 45 minutes and again couldn't get it to function. Mike discribed how he and the other tech did many tasks to the motor without any results of success. I picked it up and paid a labor fee of $50. I then took the antenna to another repair shop and was surprised to discover that the cover was never removed from the motor because it was jammed and after getting it removed nothing had been preformed on the motor at all.... What we found, was that the ground brush was broken causing the cover to be jammed. The brushes were replaced by the new shop and the antenna is now working as it should.It's disturbing, that Mike from Havendale Frame and Axle told me that after he an another tech spent almost two hours, doing many tasks to my antenna motor, when infact they never even opened it or attempted to repair it, because if they had opened it they would of realized, it was only a broken brush.... I would not recommend Havendale Frame and Axle because of my most recent experience there.

They Do good work. Mike can be touchy but he has to deal with every idiot that walks through the door. With that said I use them semi regularly
