Amazing experience! Brought my car to Anthony over at Haven City Automotive for a manual transmission swap. He was attentive; kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process. Great pricing and communication. He got my car done quickly. The quality of the job was perfect. Will definitely be back for other projects and would 10/10 recommend anyone over to him!

Anthony always has the best customer service. He always gives great advice on what the problem is on the car. He also does an understanding job in fixing any problem the car has. Best mechanic and he will be my first stop before going to the dealership anytime.

Literally one of the best mechanics in Polk !! If you need a repair or just looking for a knowledgeable mechanic I definitely recommend coming to Anthony before going anywhere else in the area .

Anthony is very reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable in what he does. I ve had my car repaired and serviced a few times and I ve been very pleased every single time. He kept us updated on my car when it was in the shop and the service is always done as quick and efficiently as possible. If I could put 20 stars, I would! It feels good knowing my car is in good hands when it s taken to Anthony. Thank you, Haven City!

The water pump on our van went out while we were on vacation. Anthony had us back up and running in 1 day. The communication was great and the price was even better. Anthony kept me updated along the way and even showed me the old water pump and explained what failed on it. Highly recommended!

Listen people!! I want to jump on the bandwagon to give Anthony praises for a job well done. My car had a part fly off while driving..something to do with the pulley system and a serpentine belt. I googled the symptoms after my car limped home. I looked for an Auto repair shop in my area and came upon Haven City Automotive. Anthony was pleasant and explained what he was going to do and delivered. He even took the time afterwards to show me what he found and the parts he replaced. The turn around time was fast and the price was fair. It's hard to find a good mechanic and having just moved to the area..It appears that I've stumbled upon a gem. The proof is in the pudding. My car is running great again.

We met Anthony by word of mouth. He found a water leak in my uncle's (76yr old vet) 04 Nissan Frontier. The next day the truck started getting hot again. We notified Anthony about the problem & he felt bad & said to bring the truck on Sunday and found the thermostat was bad & he fixed the problem with no charge. Bcuz of his integrity he has gained our confidence and a customer for life. My uncle blessed him $ for his service. A good mechanic is worth his wages. I/we recommend him 100%

Not gonna lie... with nothing but 5 stars on over 100 reviews I thought they had to be bought. However after making it in today & seeing Anthony in action, I'm 100% convinced none are. He's genuinely caring, knowledgeable & skill sets are on point! I'll def be back with any issues on any of my vehicles. Only place I'll go & recommend to everyone. As I said to him & I'll say it here too, "I wish the world could be even just a little bit more like him." YOU ROCK DUDE!!

Haven city automotive is definitely one of the best mechanic shops I ve used since I ve moved to winter haven. Very honest mechanic, Anthony, was able to diagnose my car and quickly correct the problems at very reasonable price. There was a very comfortable waiting room as well. 10 out of 10 stars! Will definitely be back for all routine maintenance and repairs.Services: Electrical, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery

Ever since I moved from New York it's been hard to find a mechanic that doesn't over price but thankfully I found one. So far I haven't had any issues and all my car issues have been fixed. I really appreciate it!!

Anthony has really helped us out a couple of times now. He has had many spare parts necessary for our projects. I came to this place to get some coilovers installed. I am very pleased I came, Vishal and Anthony did an amazing job. It s been a week since I got them installed and I have no problems. They also caught that my tire pressure sensor was on and they fixed that as well. I definitely recommend Haven City Automotive for anything your car needs. 10/10 will be going back for sure.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I took my Audi to Haven City on multiple occasions for oil changes, brakes, and many other instances and I ve had nothing but EXCEPTIONAL service! The owner is extremely knowledgeable with years of experience. He takes time to explain, very quick turnaround time, and is affordable!!!!! I travel 30+ minutes to service my vehicle at this location because he knows what he s doing and I know I can trust him!Highly recommend is a understatement. I was in so much stress and was buying different parts for days trying to pin point the issue with my car. I finally started searching knowledgeable mechanics & read the reviews on this place, i said I m a give it a try and hope that nothing goes wrong. Anthony was able pin point the actual issue & repaired it right away. I was even able to return parts he proved i didn t need. The price, the wait time, the knowledge, & warm welcoming was just the best. I really just couldn t stop thanking Anthony. He is officially my mechanic. Great experience. Logical, timely and honest diagnosis. Effective and quick repair. Had my work truck back on the road in no time. I'm not broke but I don't like wasting money either. I highly recommend Haven City Automotive to everyone! I have taken my car here a few times and every time the mechanic has been extremely helpful. He has given me good advice regarding the vehicle and is honest! You can tell he really wants to help and isn t out for the money. He s truthful about what the issue is and doesn t try to overcharge or tell you it s something when it isn t. He has given me good advice & has even taught me some about my car. When I moved down here I left a good mechanic, but thankfully I was able to find haven city automotive! If you are looking for a mechanic who knows what he is doing & is honest and reputable take your car here! 10/10

Anthony the owner was amazing! I am down in Winter Haven for business, called him needing a fuel filter, oil change and cabin filter replaced. He had me in the very next day first thing in the morning. Replaced everything and when something came up he called was very up front and honest about everything. He ordered my parts for my sprinter van the day before when I called. That morning they delivered the wrong fuel filter to him. He called me informed me of that and said he had the right fuel filter coming by 2/3pm. Anthony ended up stayed late after he closed to ensure that I got my sprinter back that day. The price for everything was great as well. Definitely will be using Haven City Automotive again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Trailered my car 1hour and 15mins away to to get my clutch, flywheel, slave cylinder and my engine mounts replaced,it's very hard to find good reliable mechanics out here and I put all my trust in haven city, Anthony got my car in and out no problem, definitely does amazing work for a really affordable price , safe to say he now has a new life-long customer, I will be taking all of my cars to him from now on, I highly recommend this place for all your vehicle maintenance and repairs
