I got my car towed here on 1/12 - it wasn t diagnosed until 1/22 - which was also the day my warranty company approved the repairs.First I was told the transmission was ordered that day. On 1/26 I called Chevy (where my transmission was to be ordered from) and all they had was a quote. Sean was adamant about him ordering the transmission on 1/24 (not the original ordered date) and how it s such a long process but the only person who made the process longer was him. As a customer your process is your business & I am focused on results : which are it took a week to properly diagnose my vehicle and a week for you to order a part which you lied about ordering. After frustrating the Chevy representatives because they were being lied on (because the part was never ordered with them and Sean was saying it was) Sean and I agreed to meet at Chevy on 1/27 at 8am. He called later that day to push it back until 9 am. On 1/27 Sean called me after 8 am while I was in route to Chevy to inform me that they couldn t complete the transaction on the weekend and I would have to wait until Monday, however he was discussing with his father about releasing my vehicle - I requested the release my vehicle option. After having my car for 3 weeks with no progression they released my vehicle and I thank them for that. If you re reading this go to a dealership - they have to get the parts from there anyway and at least they contact you if they can t complete something by the time they originally promised you.

Do Not Go Here! They will tell you something is wrong with your car that's not! They will have you drop your car off to fix it but never fix it, they take all your money & lie to you like they fixed your car and they won't. They was suppose to put in a transmission never did, car did the something not even three months later.. Please don't take your car to Sean or his dad this shop is a joke & a fraud. They will tell you different stories after you have paid your money and wont give you a receipt, but seem so nice at first! Remember don't be fooled by their prices go somewhere else. It's not worth it! They will lie constantly and you'll never know what they do to your car, your car won't be fixed at all! The only reason they got a one star is because they have a good talk game and it sounds good!

Real nice people that tell you the truth. Will not over charge you, and handle all types of auto repairs. Very happy with the transmission rebuilding that they did for me.

My 2004 Mercedes E320 did not respond to moving the clutch. My husband had the car towed to Florida Transmission shop. We are very pleased with the work done on my car.

Check transmission light was on before supposed repair and came back on about 5 miles after supposed repair
