After some careful Internet research we decided to trust Firestone in Winter Haven FL for our new tires our old tires that were supposed to be very nice tires Cooper turned out to be trashSo we called Firestone in Winter Haven and we talked to a guy named Matt and the guy named Jack they told us about the Firestone all season tires we got these tires for the 65,000 mile warranty with Rd. hazard warranty with taxes 752.34 out the doorJack told us that if we didn't like the tires we could get a refund well we don't like the tires after driving on them and now he tells us there are no refunds I have had to call corporate office.So now my advice to anyone reading this is don't do any business with Jack at the Winter Haven FL Firestone location they will rip you off they will tell you anything to get you to buy their tires but when you need them to be warranted or a refund the very next day they'll tell you that they want to sell you more expensive tires and that they never told you that about a refund.And I know for a fact that my suspension worked perfectly and has been perfectly all these years that I've driven my car no one has ever told me that my air ride suspension was broken and I believe that their mechanic damaged my air ride suspension and now they want $3500 to replace it and now after getting the tires the car is giving me major problems with the suspension I believe they damaged it hoping that I would pay them to fix it

Office manager recognized me from previous visits. He was cheerful and engaging. Walked me through the charges up front and made it an easy experience. Service was completed within reasonable timeframe. Prices are comparable.

I would rate this place a 0/5 stars if I could go that low. But I came today with my sister to get the price of new tires because mine are bad and about a warranty that I believed I had purchased previously. The woman at the service desk, Mary I believe, was immediately rude and completely unprofessional, very argumentative within the first interaction. She proceeded to follow us out to my vehicle to look at the tires and berated us, making a valiant attempt to make us feel inferior. We asked how much it would be to get the alignment she said we needed. She walked away after saying she would check the price, returned to the desk, and just stared at us while we were waiting for her to come back with the answers she said she would be getting.Then she had the gall to look at us like we inconvenienced her as we essentially said screw this and left. Horrible customer service! Absolutely HORRIBLE and I work in customer service.

I arrived a little early for the appointment. I walked down to Popeyes and got a chicken sandwich. Came back and my car was ready by 5pm. I got a new tire, roadside hazard insurance and an oil change. The tire was $275- and the oil change was about $100. Total bill $376.00. Made another appointment to get another tire next month. Felt confident about the service call and I'll be back. Nelly was my service support. He was great.

My usual Firestone was Cagans Crossings in Clermont where I always felt like an inconvenience for needing to wait for my car. They would take 3+ hours for an oil change & rotation & alignment and almost be annoyed that I need to wait for my car.I bought 4 tires and had an alignment and was out in an hour in Winter Haven. The customer service by Tony was amazing and I would recommend this location to anyone who feels the same about the Clermont location.

My experience at the Winter Haven Firestone was phenomenal! My car needed brakes and other work, and I am beyond satisfied with the care and service to my car! I will be back for sure! My car runs great and my brakes don t crunch anymore.

I have come to trust the work that is done. I have not had any complaints for something that was supposed to be done, and it wasn't. They have gone the extra mile for me when my time is limited. I will continue to bring my vehicle there.

This is the third time your employees engage in deceptive practice by telling me one price then a supervisor/manager saying the employee was wrong in giving me that quote then charging me double what was quoted. Supervisor Frank hung up the phone when I brought this up. I will take my four cars to a different location and no longer visit the Winter Haven location. Further more If this continues at any other location I will no longer use my Firestone account and will begin using one of your competitors.

Don t ever come to this placeThis place is terrible. They are not professional. I came to fix a noise in my tires and the did the diagnose and said the problem was the wheel bearing. However, after I spent a lot of money to buy the wheel bearing and pay for the mechanic to change it. I found out that the problem was not the wheel bearing. The problem was one tire that needs to be replaced.Folks, pleaseIf you don t want to waste your moneyDon t ever come to this place.

Friendly and professional. Sent an email reminder about a re-alignmernt on my lifetime plan. Started work on time. Highly recommend that plan. It's a great value.

Like many others said, this place used to be great. Second time they mess up an alignment and they will not stand by their work. Spoke with the service manager "sarah" who thinks she knows everything and attempted to throw every laughable excuse on why my tires prematurely wore on the inside without looking at the issue at hand or offer a real solution.Service: Wheel alignment

My husband William Roberts left a review 3 weeks ago about a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience he had at this firestone in winter haven. He called prior to arriving and she was already giving him stipulations as to what time she should make it there if he wanted to be serviced and when he arrived, which was before closing time. The employee completely ignored him acting as if she did not see him and would not unlock the door.MY HUSBAND CALLED THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND WAS TOLD THAT AN AREA MANAGER OR STORE MANAGER WOULD BE CONTACTING HIM TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION.....LIESSSSSS!!!!!! I AM HIGHLY AGGRAVATED AND DISAPPOINTED IN SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE STORE AND CORPORATE.

I called Firestone in winter haven, fl because i have a nail in my rear tired. When calling to get a repair done before they closed, mary (the service mgr/rep) made me feel like her and the mechanics leaving at five was more important that helping me fix my tire. She instructed me to come at 4:35 to get repair it, if i couldnt get there by then they'd refuse to do it. I called her on my way because traffic was busy and to inform her id be there afew minutes late. I arrived at 4:40/4:45pm the had the dorrs locked and were "counting money" per mary. She allowed me to stay outside without speaking to me for 20-25mins and never came to the door. She didn't speak to me until they were locking the door and she was on her way to her car to leave. Im beyond angry! I called and was told to come in to get a service done. The doors were locked well before the the close of business. Mary was even hiding under the desk to pretend she wasn't present. This is such an inconvenience because my work schedule doesn't allow for much time to get this taken care of. Im also going to call the corporate office about this.. I dont know what they will do to fix this problem but but if it doesn't get solved im about to blast this company on social media and do whatever I can to to let people know how badly I was treated at Firestone ... i used to work here to, so to see things like this going on and knowing what Firestone expects as a company, im very disappointed....

I thought I tried to get Firestone one last chance, but they absolutely do not respect your time. Every time I have been here. My car is just sitting on the lift for 30 to 40 minutes with no one working on it. Today was the absolute worst of it. I had an appointment for 2pm which I was slightly early for and I drop off my car. 40 minutes later they finally put my car up on the lift and shockingly it is actually being worked on. 30 minutes later it is still just sitting up there and not being worked on so I ask the front desk how much longer it will be and they if I'm on the lift it shouldn't be much longer then the desk clerk goes into the garage at which point they immediately take the car down off the lift(so of course all the work for the car had already been done for who knows how long) and then they tell me that I need to buy 2 new front tires. Absolutely unreal.Service: Oil change

Thanks to Mary I was able to get my tire change today. Everyone there was very honest and friendly. I was able to save money on top of the great service! For the months of May-June, with the purchase of a tire they do a courtesy battery check, alignment, and break inspection!Service: TiresService: Tires

After asking if we could get an oil change for an import and giving year -make- model info they set an appointment for us. When we arrived after driving from a neighboring town and checking in the lady behind the counter said we don't offer oil changes on that car. I replied " but you set an appointment for us after we gave you the cars info.Well, it became clear their policy is if you call for an appointment for an oil change that their goal is to get you in regardless if they can do it or not!No regard for customers time wasted by Firestones employee.No apology offered by Firestone.Hope they don't waste your time.

I am quite shocked. This location used to be great, but today as I write this, I have been here over 2 hours and they are no where near done. The mechanic is working on 3 vehicles and they know I am waiting and the other cars were dropped. I made an appointment to have the coolant flished, power steering flush, and Serpentine belt changed. The mechanic and manager keeps stopping for smoking breaks and looks like I will be here 3+ hours when they said 2. I would use Caution when booking bigher jobs at this location. My bill is over $300 yet they are not in a rush to tend to my van or I.

Look no further. This is the place to come.My van wouldn t start the other day. I had it towed to this Firestone just a half mile away. I was thinking of several big fixes and even told them my thoughts. I braced myself for an expensive repair.They ran a diagnostic chasing the problem all day. Of course my mind was racing with the thought of what it could be. Finally they called me and let me know it was fixed and only charged me a diagnostic fee saying the repair was simple and they felt bad it too so long.They were so kind and charged so little I felt impressed. I asked them to check the brakes since they were making noise. another shop teied to get me to spend over 2500 on brakes and rotors that were only a month old, and new bearings and tires I felt that was excessive so I didn t get it done there. This shop took a look and agreed that the brakes and rotors were fine and that it was just dirt.If I lived in this area I would continue to bring everything here! So grateful for their honesty and help. They treated me right and I felt I could trust them.Service: Electrical repair

Called yesterday and was told to bring it in and they could get right to it.Couldn't get there right away so l brought it in later (about 4pm) and was told it would be first in today at7:30am and I would receive a call by9:00am. No call, called them at11:00am and was told no update yet.Called back at 2:00pm was told the same thing. They have no idea how to run a business out great a customer.They told me "you can come get your vehicle" so l did. Manager met me and apologized. I told him that none of my vehicles would ever set foot in a Firestone again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting that Firestone auto repair shop, and I must say, the service provided by one of their employees name Victor, who was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the employee greeted me with a warm smile and made me feelwelcomed. His professionalism and expetise were evident throughout the entire repair process.

If I could I would give more then 5 s. They had my baby in and out of their in a few hours. Sarah was so nice and sweet.I did a lot of prevention services. Brake flush, fuel system cleaning, cooling system cleaning, tire rotation, and an oil change.
