Best place ever so unfortunately there was an accident with our truck and I ve never had to deal with any of the stuff that comes with it I have never been in an accident before this anywho customer service was absolutely fantastic I got more help from here than with even the police department I didn t know who what when where but that didn t matter because with this place they helped in every way and the insurance I had at the time is the worst insurance company out there pearl holding group or ocean harbor anyway they also took care of anything that had to go through the insurance. Hopefully I won t need their services again but if I do I m not going anywhere else but here THANK YOU AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID!!!! Had a collision a few weeks back and hit a brand new vehicle, thank the lord for my brother in Christ who recommended this place to me I took the vehicle here and honestly it could not have been more professional, Anthony who serviced me from the moment I walked in until the day I picked up my vehicle very courteous knowledgeable and extremely thorough with delivering information and status on the car, the team that put the car back together did an awesome job from fixing everything to even the paint job looks like nothing ever happened to the car. Time of repair on the car was the best part very efficient less than a month maybe less than 3 weeks. Pricing was practically almost free all Glory to the lord. Totally recommend it very Honest and trustworthy workers and a clean organized place. They left my tank full and even cleaned up the car Hallelujah! May the lord bless everyone in this work place. Cannot find the before photos but this is completely new compared to how look when I took it. Thanks Final touch collision team.

I just had Final Touch Collision do a paint job on my 32 year old Chevy S10 pickup. The job they did was simply AMAZING. Final Touch is a first class 5 star collision center. They do not cut corners and insist that the only way to do a job is the right way. Very friendly atmosphere and very good people to deal with. Words cannot describe how happy I am with the job they did and the excellent service I received. Check them out. You won t be sorry.

This has become my go to mechanic shop. There was an accident with my truck, and they have made my truck triple times better than before it went in. I would not trust anyone else after bringing my truck to Final Touch, which happens to be 2 hrs. from my home. Not only do you want a job well done in efficient timing, but professional people whose work speak for itself. Thank you guys! Keep up the great work.

After my accident I scoured high and low for a reputable body shop to work on my baby. Nobody even wanted to touch it. Some shops didn t even wanna see it.That was until I found the guys out at Final Touch Collision in Winter Haven, Florida. These guys are either Magicians, Saints or Miracle workers. Idk maybe they are all three. They not only repaired the damage completely, but fully restored my car back to factory color and trims. Absolutely phenomenal job. If I could pay them double I would. I don t care. I can t thank them enough.The owner, Anthony, has the best customer service I ve ever experienced, completely transparent and updated me periodically throughout the repair process. They are the BEST shop I ve ever worked with. Ever. I will bring every one of my cars here and I will tell the world about them. Thank you guys, so much, seriously. This shop is the bomb. The service was superb. I had my car repaired by them and I had my car back within 2 days. The customer service was amazing. Anthony took the time to show me the process that my car will go under step by step. Before I left there I felt that this was the right place for business. 100% satisfied with everything at this shop. Normally i take my car back to the dealership for any work to be done and was nervous at first taking my car anywhere else, but after talking to Anthony and his wife I felt the realness in these owners they were honest and communicated with me throughout the whole process. The repair was perfect, this shop works magic and fast too. Hopefully I don't get hit again but if i do then this is the only shop I will take my car. 100% recommend this shop. Best body Shop I've ever been too hands down! With the most Amazing customer service, they were very good at keeping me updated on everything they did with my vehicle & They also went above and beyond to help me with dealing with my insurance & all the repairs. Final touch collision is a place I highly recommend. Professional, prompt, and dedicated to standing behind what they say. These folks go above and beyond and are easy to get ahold of and discuss concerns with. Customer service is excellent. Based on the experience that I had, you really cant go wrong with a company like this. My 2012 Toyota Tundra was in a fairly severe accident and the two driver side doors pretty much caved in. Fast forward to now, and the doors are brand new and operate perfectly. No complaints and will be taking my future auto body repairs nowhere else. Keep up the good work guys

This has to be the best body shop out there. The customer service was great, they made the process nice and easy, not to mention my car looks like it s fresh of a lot. I came to the shop for a body repair after an accident that caused not only heavy body damage but electronic system damage as well.From the moment I called I was beyond impressed. Anthony personally took my call and explained the entire process to me and provided me with a timeline of repairs, even offered to take me to and from the car rental place and gave me a personal tour of the shop, wow how above and beyond is that!?After leaving my car with them Shamira updated me weekly on my repairs, letting me know which parts were there and which ones they were waiting on. When I called her she always knew exactly who I was and answered every question I had no matter how elaborate, her level of customer service was amazing, and she is even bilingual!!!After repairing my car, which was a hard vehicle to fix, I have a hybrid, with cameras, Lane mitigation, brake hold, lane assist, and GPS, all of which were out after the accident, and working perfectly now, they detailed and washed my car !If you need body work I 100 percent recommend taking your vehicle to Final Touch Collision, you won't regret it !!!Service: Body & Trim

These guys are awesome. They worked on my car after an accident. They did amazing job on my car its like new. They take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. Shamira handled everything with my insurance and kept me updated every step. PS they also do regular mechanic work and custom jobs I'll definitely be back

I was in a traumatic event one of the employees witnessed my car accident and immediately came out despite winter haven city police constantly objecting . She said he was a stranger .. I told her I m sorry but you are too . It was his patience his empathy . His promise of caring customer service at his collision shop who could provide me with a tow immediately and also help with instant care to my vehicle as it is an equipped and certified collision repair shop . He went above and beyond for me at a time where it was hard for me to even think what to do . I personally was stranded and hour from my residence . They personally ordered me an Uber and picked up my roommate made sure We got home winter haven police can t do that . I thank them however I personally thank and recommend this business . Thank you for caring about my situation . Blessings to your business remember if your in an accident it s your car you decide where it goes !

After being in a car accident while on vacation in Florida we didn t know where to go to have our car towed. Final Collision handled everything from towing the car, to the estimates, and even mailed us back our license plates after they showed the car was totaled. I can t thank them enough for their professionalism and compassion in a difficult situation. I would use them anytime and know they care about you and your car. Thank you to the whole staff.
