I recently took my 2018 Audi A6 in for an AC repair and overall, I had a positive experience. The team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and technical expertise, quickly diagnosing the issue and getting down to work. The repair was done efficiently, and I m pleased to report that my AC is now working perfectly, just in time for the warmer months. It s about as chilly as Antarctica.The reason I m leaving a 4-star review instead of 5 stars is due to a minor hiccup in communication. The app, which is supposed to keep customers updated on the status of their repairs, didn t notify me when the necessary part for my car arrived, nor did it alert me when work on my vehicle resumed. This led to a bit of uncertainty on my end about the timeline of the repair process.Despite this, the quality of the repair work itself was top-notch, and the customer service at the facility was commendable. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain the repair process and answer any questions I had. Had the app kept me in the loop about the progress of my repair, I would have gladly given a full 5 stars.Would I recommend their services? Absolutely, especially if you own an Audi. Just be prepared to directly check in for updates regarding your vehicle s status. I ll definitely consider them again for any future needs.

I am grateful for the referral I received to Empire. The team was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my car and accommodate my busy schedule. I was shocked at the quotes I received for maintenance work the car needs. It was significantly cheaper than the dealership and I have full faith and trust in the team here! Quick service, looked at our car first day, second day, got it back. We did however not make it the 120 miles we had to travel, only made it 57 miles had to have it towed again, not running again. But thanks for getting us closer to home.

If I could give them more stars, I would in a heart beat!!! Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I came to know them, as I had an issue with my car (unexpected) no one wanted to touch our car due to its high value. Empire are experts in this make, so it was a no brainer! They found a way to fit us in their busy schedule, and we were back on the road in no time!!!

I'm blown away by Empire's customer service, it has been a fantastic experience all around. Having car trouble is never easy, but Empire turned the unknown of having your car repaired into an a great experience. The online tool they use to communicate with you is truly very helpful. Greg, the service advisor, was fantastic and kept in regular contact with and delivered the car ahead of schedule! We will be back for sure! You made my son very happy!!

This facility always provides exceptional customer service and I completely trust them to perform all the maintenance on my 2012 Mercedes and to keep my vehicle performing like new. I always receive a comprehensive report of what work was performed and they also provide valuable maintenance recommendations to prevent any possible issues. They really go above and beyond to satisfy their customers, I highly recommend Empire Imported Parts and Service and would never go anywhere else for my vehicle maintenance.

This is one of the best auto repair shops in Polk County. The best customer service especially David and the best mechanics. They diagnosed the issues and fixed it and notified me right away and also recommended me some maintenance that needs to be done. I won t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. It s the BEST!!!

Stopped in to make an appointment and they said they could take me for service on my 2012 Mercedes E350 4matic right after lunch. The did a great job at a reasonsble price. I highly recommend them!

After driving my car to a neighbors house, the car wouldn't start. After a few phone calls telling me that they didn't work on my vehicle, I was recommended to Empire. I had the car towed there on Wednesday and the repair was done and i had the car back on Friday The problem with the car turned out to be a faulty fuel pump. They also performed diagnostics and suggested some additional service which included an air filter and a brake fluid flush. I was sent a written estimate and pictures. They were very through. I would definitely go back there if I required any service.

I had great service and fast service! They did a great job on my Tiguan. I was concerned for the charge of the diagnostics, but the print out of what I needed done was so informative and helped so much! I was not pressured to fix everything at once. I fixed what I needed to now and will come back soon for the rest! Thank you so much!

I was referred here by my local mechanic as they do not specialize in VW cars. I was able to bring in my car hours after I called Empire Imported to drop it off and have it be inspected. They provided a loaner vehicle while they took their time to diagnose my car s issues. I was told I would receive a call the following day as to what the issue was. They were true to their word and were able to figure out the issues with my car without costing me a fortune. Their service is top-notch and extremely professional. They took the time to listen as I explained the multitude of issues I was told I had from what I thought was a reputable car serving entity, who wanted an additional 6 thousand more dollars from me after I ready paid more than enough to get my car fixed there. This place is honest and fair in both their workmanship and in their conversations. My car has not run this well in a long time! Beyond grateful for everyone who helped me with my vehicle. Safe to say, they have a new and happy customer!

Everyone is always friendly and I appreciate all the details on my service printout about what they checked. I also know what repairs will be needed in the future so I can prepare.Everyone is so friendly here and I feel like family! They ask me how things are going and address me by name. After I pay my bill they walk me to my car, thank me for my business and tell me to have a good rest of the day.

These guys are amazing.Not like a lot of other mechanic shops that try and overcharge,upsell and offer parts and services that aren t needed.They offer very reliable service,honest and realistic pricing.Sent very meticulous photos and intensive details via text and email as a report showing what the issues were.They ve been in business for a long time and their reputation and ratings speak for itself.Will be using again in the future.

To me the difference hands down is integrity and trustworthiness.They are very good at what they do. But more importantly to me is because excellence and truthfulness. I will go to Empire first and would refer anyone I know to them. I couldn't be happier going anywhere else. They are my choice for anything with my car. If you need your luxury car fixed the RIGHT way PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE come see this wonderful team at Empire , so friendly and welcoming never met such great group of honest amazing Gentleman they took very good care of my Range Rover. Never once did I feel neglected or unsure about what to was going on with my vehicle. They kept me updated on everything. Definitely felt at home David and Greg are the best I know I was very annoying calling them all the time about my car never once did they greet me with nothing other than a smile and peace of mind ! On top of all that my Range Rover runs better than before Absolutely hands down five star I wish I could give ten stars Thanks to the whole team at Empire You are all very appreciated

Excellent service Fast and accurate diagnostics Stick to the problem to be solved ( car over heating ) and although there where recommendations to be follow up on like replace windshield blades, and replace battery soon, change oil, etc., it was left to my decision rather than be pushed by sales/service advisor..when I asked about approximate cost for some of those repairs, I was given a strait answer I will recommend this place for their quality of work, time to repair and most important, for their honest diagnose and pricing we all know how once you drop your car into a auto shop, especially for an foreign car like my BMW, you brace for their findings .The entire experience was awesome Keep up the good work Empire Imported Parts and Services.Update: This time they fix my coolant system and suspension arms .same comments as listed above excellent work and honest diagnostic pricing you guys rock.Thanks You Roberto RimniceanuUpdate:My 12 years old BMW is leaking oil.It requires changing gaskets on both the valve cover ( top of engine ) as well as oil pan ( bottom of the engine ). As expected this repair requires extensive labor..( $$$ )Dave was kind enough to present the option of completing this work in 2 phases, therefore allowing me to accommodate my budget. Today, they competed the replacement of the gasket for the engine valves .Next month, I will schedule the replacement of the oil pan gasket..Excellent work and excellent customer service Thanks Empire Imports .You guys are awesome
