I wasn't expecting a perfect paint job due to this being an affordable one but even then these guys did great work on my vehicle and exceeded my expectations. They fixed body damage in several areas which look so much better and they gave me new paint which looks fantastic. I had a little bit of run off on some plastic but nothing a little paint stripper on a rag won't take off. The guy at the front is very friendly and straight forward. Thanks econo!

We figured we would give this place a chance since we needed a paint job as our car was down to the bare metal in some areas. We figured anything would look better than I did but we were very impressed. Less than 2 day turnaround time too. We highly recommend!!

They do an amazing job for not ALOT of cash. They do NOT accept checks or any type of credit/debit cards though. It's strictly cash, money order or cashier's check! Chris is their new manager and is just great, makes it so easy to drop off and pickup your vehicle. And did I mention how GREAT the finished products are??

First used them to paint my other car back in 2020 which they also did an excellent job on! These folks are good at what they do with a more than reasonable price. Tried Macco but they quoted me for 3 times as much money for a job similar quality or less. Keep the car waxed and your paint from this place will last and shine years later and I know that for a fact. This spot is the best bang for the buck in all of polk county. If you're looking for perfection you won't find it here. If you looking for a damn good paint job for an even better price, look no further. Econo gives you waaay more than you paid for..and they're quick to. 100% recommend these guys and will use them again. Unfortunately you can't please everyone because some people would even complain at perfection... don't believe the hype, Econo is worth your time!

Let's start with the fact that it is in Winter Haven. A bit of a drive I'm aware, but the quality of work is beyond excellent! It is phenomenal! And wait for it: fast too! Took the car in late afternoon Thursday and picked it up at 9:30 AM on Saturday. The staff is extremely nice, especially Doug and he gives you a fair estimate with reasonable expectations and a fantastic deal! Had a few dings and he took them out and painted my car in the exact color it was! They use a color matching system that the dealers use just the cost is waaaaaayyyyy lower! You won't be sorry if you take the trip and spend the night! Hey get an Uber to Legoland....you won't be sorry you did! Tell them Jennifer said hello....

Great service, great price, great job. Took my2001 Ford f 350 to get my sun burned roof repainted, they matched the paint perfectly and had it all done in 2 days!

I was expecting a low quality even before taking my car there but not this, a lot of details car is not painted all the way, they painted my head light,fog light and leave a lot of black stains that won't come out, is a low quality but this paint smells like oil paint, just wanted to se the car with one color cus he was 2 colors but i pay to let him the same way. Yeah yeah is cheap but you expect a low quality material or paint, not a mediocre job with a cheap everything

The people are great let me start with that. But the work is not so much. As you could see from the pictures they didn't even sand the car. They don't use clear coat so that's not what's pealing. The paint came off and you see the original paint under. The othe is cracks on the roof of my car after the fixed it with their warranty.

I went in to have my truck painted and I was quoted a very very good price to have the entire truck painted after I had went to other places that wanted triple what I was quoted from econo just for the hood and fender..Doug the manager told me upfront it would be a good paint but not a perfect job and for $630(and a 3 year warranty)I knew that completely.. It was ready when Doug told me it would be which was 2.5 days and it was a major improvement over the way the truck looked before it painted.. If you need a vehicle painted for a few hundred dollars and understand its not a showroom paint job go see Doug and he will take good care of you.. I'm very happy with my results and will definitely go back if I need anything else painted..

I had my truck painted on 7-20-23 and the work order number is 3712709. I was expecting a show car paint job but I did expect it to be better than it is. The paint job is absolutely horrible. I have orange peel everywhere and I was told that's how it should look. WHAT????? I am very disappointed with this paint job. I feel like my 10 year old son could have done a better job!!!! Horrible job!!!!!!!!!!!! I would have gave it 0 stars but it would not let me!!!!!

!!!BEWARE!!! This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to in all of Winter Haven/Polk County! No communication skills! They do not notify of any delays with vehicle pick up. They do not notify when vehicle is ready either! Horrendous paint job! I was mortified! Vehicle returned very dirty, with scratches, missing and broken exterior parts! Muddy shoe prints inside passenger door panel and carpet! Over spray residue left all over windows and trim. Paint looks and feels sandy with blotches. When complained about the horrible and disappointing paint job and unacceptable findings, the employee was very rude and inconsiderate! If this were his car how would he feel? No customer service skills whatsoever!! I am a firm believer in, treat other s how you would like to be treated! Yes, I am also complaining to cooperate as well as filing a complaint with the BBB! As so many others have too. Wish I would have seen the MANY complaints beforehand!

To start, I've been in customer service for majority of my life. If I would have done HALF the stuff this guy did at this place, my bosses would have my head. The work completed was not worth what I paid. I paid an "extra" $125 for prep an sand which was clearly not done. (Have pictures if needed). I've also done body and paint for a few years so I know what's involved in the process. They put my old crusty mis match emblems back on my vehicle when it was clearly stated not to. Why would you want to put those back on a nice paint job anyways. The guy at the counter was pretty rushed and made the customers feel rushed, myself included. Was told they focus on production not quality, as I've seen in other reviews.. Fast forward 2 months, 5/10/21 had to bring my vehicle back so they can take the emblems off. I walk in, first thing I see is customers at the counter waiting, because the guy at the counter is finishing his breakfast! I couldn't believe it. Just wanted to leave a review so hopefully someone higher up can see what's happening in there stores. Not good for business, I've had 4 cars painted by Econo, so I know what to expect. Have never had such non quality and bad service.

Went to get a quote for a front bumper, and some door work, and was surprised at the low costs, compared to other places. Marcel greeted us and was very polite and we left our vehicle same day, which was so quick. We collected next day, and we were extremely happy with the paint job we got, thanks again, will use you next time.We saw some of the reviews and we were a little worried, but we could not be more pleased with the result

Econo Auto Painting did a very good job on my car. Considering they charged me 7 (yes, seven!) times less than the competitor gave me an estimate for, I'd say they did a PHENOMENAL job. I wanted to have my car painted in a bright green color while not going bankrupt. The color I had in mind was not in their book, but Tim (the manager) found it online and said they could do it. It came out looking exactly the shade I had in mind and I am loving my 'new' car. Tim was very courteous and had great customer service skills. A true professional. Very pleasant experience!

Took my white sion xb to get painted there and bumper fix paid over $600 and they did a horrible job. They were suppose to paint the entire car white again. When they painted the car they left several areas with bumpy and dripping white paint. Also when they fix the bumper they didn't put it back and do what we had asked for in the front where the bumper is at they left several parts out that where not supposed to be out. Also inside the car there was parts falling apart that weren't before. When express my unhappiness to the manager to the shop in winter haven he actually said that he considered that they had done a great job which clearly it wasn't but that I'd f I wanted they would repaint the car and fix the issues that they had left. When I went today to go drop off the car once again there the same manager said that the first time they had done great job and if they had repainted the car it would come out worse. Therefore I am very unsatisfied with her work and service and will be doing my research to contact corporate or whoever it is higher up to report thus issue aslo will be contacting my lawyer for advice on how to proceed next my work order number is 3709943 I am also trying to upload pictures tk show their terrible job but for some reason there website is not allowing me to. Worse place ever.

I need a paint job on my work van terribly. It's a Dodge Sprinter 2500 so it's a decent size vehicle. I was expecting a big price for the job but Doug gave me a very reasonable price and had the van back to me in a couple days. When I saw it I was blown away. Beyond what I was expecting. Great friendly service.

My car was done. I had to take it for the second time to fix alot of things that were not done. For the price ,the paint job is not bad, but the little details is what got me to do this 1 star rating. They scratch my visors, side mirrors, glasses, they cover the damage with black paint. They scratch also my rear bumper stop light. They painted all over the tires, rims, tag light, interior of the car, etc. This is my second car and went from bad to worst. Im not coming back again. Matt told me that what happen the first time was not going to happen, but it did. Like i said, for the price is good, the attention to details is what killed it.

Where do I start? Wanted an inexpensive, quick paint job for some motorcycle pieces. Well, dropped them off, kept being told they weren't ready (promised 3 days)...3 weeks later, finally got them. Definitely a cheap paint job, not even the color scheme we asked for! Dust all over them! And then they lost the keys to the bike!! They ended paying to get my bike re-keyed but still not happy... Definitely have to take it to get things re-done! And don't talk to the manager, he is on the slow side...and if you call corporate, they have so many complaints, they don't even attempt to call back!

Needed my son s car painted for less than what I paid for the car and Mark was extremely helpful. For less than $400 I was able to obtain a pretty good paint job, gloss, and the dent taken out of the front bumper, all in 1.5 days. Thank you Econo and Mark for great and fast service. I know my son will be pleased!

Great price, great service. Make sure you pay attention to what job you are getting quoted for. I got the 3 year warranty after all. I was quoted for the 1year. For what I paid it turned out good. My only issue was the inside of my truck was totally cover in dust. Looks really good other than that.

Mark was great telling me about fixing my vehicle door. They told me they ordered a new door for the vehicle.. When I picked it up the job was not done right. So I took the vehicle back a total of three times 1. The panel was hanging off and the paint job had bubbles in it. They fixed the panel not the paint. I was told to bring it back I think a couple of days later. Took the vehicle back it sat for a few days I was told they wouldn't be able to fix it at this time. All this happened in December 2019. I was told they'd call me in the New Year I had to call them to find out when they were able to fix my door. Took it back to them I was told I would get it on a Wednesday didn't get it back until Friday. All this time I am without a vehicle. Thank GOD for my Mother. So make your own decisions about Econo Painting.

Almost everywhere I do business these days jack up the price and lower the quality of, it s rough out these air these days . Labor costs are usually close to $200 an hour.I went to Econo Paint in Winter Haven Yesterday to get a quote for painting my clearcoat peeling car I was helped by Marcel . He said leave the car pick it it back up in the morning for $300 I was a little skeptical but my car is beautiful for $300 out the door. Marcel was great and I am very pleased to have gone there! Thank you guys at Econo-Winter Haven!!!

I gave 4 stars because the guy up front is very nice and polite. If you expect Orange peel and overspray you won't be disappointed. If your looking for a $3k paint job for your BMW this is not place. They were less than half the price of MAACO with I'm sure similar results. I just wanted the car look decent, thats what I got, so I'm happy.
