BUYER BEWARE: I purchased this 2019 Nissan Frontier from these guys after being told the truck was a very clean truck with no rust by salesperson MATT REIDER . The truck ran and drove great. Under the hood/undercarriage of the vehicle was clean with no significant rust. After buying the vehicle and getting home, the next morning I realized the horn didn t work. That led me to do some further investigating, which is when I stumbled upon all of this rust on the inside of the cab. The majority of all bolts were rusted, the underside/rails of the seats were completely rusted, as well as the whole underneath of the dash. I then put 2 and 2 together, realized since the truck was from Fort Myers, it was definitely flooded from hurricane Ian in 2022. This dealership should not be in business if this is how they re doing to do it . After returning the truck, showing the sales manager (TODD LYONS) all the rust, him confirming the truck appeared to be underwater, within a few hours the truck was reposted for sale with no notation of the rust that you can see from all of the pictures I provided. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, VERY SHADY.

I would like to say that this dealership has a good service department but as I can't get service to answer the phone I guess I will never know. I tried for 45 minutes to get an oil change for my wife's 2023 Ram 1500 from the Low Payment Kings in both Lake Wales and Winter Haven. I was put on endless hold, disconnected and sent to the wrong department. Finally spoke to someone who didn't know any prices or even what engine these trucks are available with. As someone who worked in the auto service industry for 20 years this is a severe disappointment. They neither realize nor care that they lost a customer that owns 2 new Ram trucks. I was so upset at the time wasted.

If I could post 0 stars I would. Save yourself time and money and go literally anywhere else but here. They scam you into buying their premium warranty that they claim covers anything and everything if something happens to the vehicle. After our check engine light came on we brought it in. The first time around I took off of work to get the vehicle there and drop it off. They also said it would cost 175$ just to run a diagnostic on it. Two hours later they called and claimed their computers were down and I needed to bring it in a week later. Fast forward a week. They no longer mention the diagnostic fee but fight me about the premium coverage and how it actually doesn't cover everything. After finally getting a call about what was wrong they had to order parts which they had no date on their arrival, and they are claiming it needs 1300$ in service prior to putting the parts in. This place is a scam. Stay very far away.

12/22/2023I received a call to get my truck in for a recall that should take about 15 minutes. I called this service department and made and appointment for 12/22/2023. Got there on time but there were two vehicles blocking the entrance, tried calling, I was sent to a voicemail, called again and was out on hold for over 5 minutes, while on hold one of the vehicles moved so I was finally able to get in the service area so I hang up the call and walk in to a line of customers and no employee available. After another 5 minutes one employee finally showed up, she alone was taking customers, another employee showed up but he was just talking to another employee, the manager yelled "common people hurry up, there are customers waiting" the employee looked at him, laughed, kept talking the other employee and then left, it is very obvious the employees have no respect for the manager which is probably why the department doesn't work as it should. Finally I was called and ask how long would it take, lady said a couple of hours for a recall that was supposed to take about 15 minutes??? I just cancelled the appointment and left.This was my second attempt to get service at this location and the second fail. This place is extremely disorganized and unreliable. I rather drive to Lakeland like I did the last time I tried them, no more chances from me, they're not worth it, no respect for customers times.July 2022Made an maintenance appointment last week, they were supposed to come pickup my car at 10:45am, no one showed up or call. I use the online chat but it took a long time for them to answer so I called, the guy said they hire a company to do the pickup and don't have a way to contact them but that they're on the way, the online chat told me someone would calle back. By 11am I'm still waiting for someone to call or show up, nothing, I called back at 11:08am, the lady said they do have communication with the drivers that the service advisor Stephanie is trying to reach the driver and will call me back in 5 minutes.... By 11:33am no one has called or show up, I called and got a machine that no one was available at the moment that I can press 3 to keep my place on the call line and get a call back, I'm still waiting... At 11:38am I called a different number and asked to speak with a manager for the service department, while on hold for 9 minutes, the driver finally showed up to pickup my truck, at this point he's almost an hour late and I have other appointments and things to do so I told him he can just go, I was on hold to speak with a manager and cancel the appointment... The manager never answered, is now 1210pm and I'm still waiting for a call back. So, I guess I'll have to cancel on this review. If I where supposed to go there and was an hour + late, I'm sure they would have said that I lost my spot for not showing on time, so I expected them to show up on time and had other appointments scheduled according to that. It's extremely rude to not show up on time and not even call you back, they have no consideration for people's time and lives. Luckily there are so many other places you can get your vehicle maintenance done, so no worries on my part, I'll go somewhere else! Since they own every other dealership nearby and the one in Bartow was more expensive, I ended up going to Lakeland Chrysler where I received an excellent service and paid $100 less than the estimate given at this irresponsible dealership so it all worked out on my favor!I certainly cannot recommend this place, save yourself some time by going to Lakeland Chrysler or any other place you can find near you!* Next day update: they still haven't returned my calls but they text me this morning saying how sorry they were that I couldn't make it to the appointment, obviously an automatic text since they were the ones that didn't show up on time, lol!

I recently purchased a Wrangler from this dealership. Because of the pandemic and a lack of inventory everywhere, I couldn't find one equipped the way I wanted. I chose to order one equipped the way I wanted and used this dealership because of the great way I was treated by our salesperson, Nicholas. My experiences with my Wrangler and this dealership are still shiny and new, but so far, they've all been great!

Honestly, I loved my service rep. However I was offered a 2 oil change 2 tire rotation deal. I wasn t sure about it and she convinced me it was the best deal. I told her I was short in money but she was right, it would save me money to do it. I paid for everything, to find out the tire Rotation wasn t done because I needed new tires. Which I totally understand, but now I paid for a deal I didn t need and couldn t really afford, for it not to happen. I wasn t even offered to pay for just the oil change, I feel cheated. This isn t acceptable and I ll be going somewhere else from now on.

Terrible experience with WHD I had an appointment for 7:30 for oil change and tire rotation which was supposed to be fast service at 8:20 my truck was still sitting where I parked it. I went inside to find out why service had no answer but 5 minutes later somebody moved my truck to the side of the building. It was almost 9 when my truck was brought back. I went inside to pick up my truck only to find out the tires were never rotated back to the shop it went. After 2 hours of waiting around I was finally on my way.Services: Tires, Oil change

I was impressed that because they thought it might take several hours to complete the job, I was given a loaner so I could complete my errands. I appreciated that.Two other comments: I did not get a reminder sticker for the next oil change and when they rotated the tires, they did not check the pressure; I have 3 different pressures in my tires.Services: Electrical, Tire rotations, Oil change

On 4/6/23 around 6:15p, After a long day at work, I went to the ATM and accidentally drop my debit card in between my seats (See pic).I quickly drove to the Dodge of Winter Haven to see if I can get some help. Service department was closed, but luckily Billy and Julian were the only two guys left inside to help. Without any hesitation, they came to my rescue.Thanks again Billy and Julian for helping me yesterday evening. I appreciate what you have done.

We were in the process of moving from Washington state to Florida and had limited time and I wanted to make sure our Jeep was safe for the family. Clifton was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to ensure his team completed timely repair of engine mounts, transmission flush and tire rotation as well as a recall. All at a competitive price. Thank you. Warranty work (Break Buster) I had to call to get an update on the repair. I left a message and no call back. I called again 3 hrs later and left another message. This time I got call back an hour later. I was told the car may be ready around 5:30 pm if everything goes well. I ask to call me when the car is ready for pick up. No one called. I called the next morning, and again no call back. I went in and it was ready. It only took me 30 minutes of waiting around to get served. When I got home I noticed grease on the door panel and on the kick board, so I clean it.Your customer service sucks big time.

Not only am I doing a review BUT also sent the following email.... let's see if either get acknowledged.....I'm hoping this email reaches the service manager that I have been put on eternal hold to try and speak with....I typically love the service provided at this location HOWEVER that is not the case today. My husband called and spoke with Kristen to schedule for a replacement battery be put on our 2018 Jeep Renegade. Seems pretty basic ... Cut and dry... Easy.... Right? We get the vehicle up there and receive a text that the pymt would be $174 plus tax. Well when the service advisor Billy gets on the phone with me he tells me it's going to be $290 plus tax. Hold on... Let's talk about this. He kept saying that $150 was for diagnosis of the vehicle... I kept telling him that that shouldn't have taken place we knew what needed to be done and said so when the appt was scheduled.Huge disconnect.... Horrible customer service.... I would appreciate a return call to discuss further....

This place is awful i drove 2 hrs after confriming it was there and they sold it as i pulled in.. i wouldnt ever do business with backstabbers.. thats why your business is rated 4.4 i called to confirm it was pulled to the side so i could look at it you didnt give us a chance pull in yet.and your sales man really doesnt no how to do his job i can search the web for another vehicle what a joke. Drive 2 hrs for you to sell a car i had confirmed was there and i was on my way krysten from your company of 8 years told me i was good togo and ro ask for clint or todd..alot good that did.. thanks guys u made my son very dissatisfied with your business

Made an appointment which was completely pointless since they prioritize walk ins. 5 days later it was fixed and no one called me til I asked for a manager to get my car problem resolved. The labor fees are way above the charts. They also never called me to notify me they re holding onto my vehicle overnight. The service tech didn t apologize til after the manager got involved.Services: Electrical repair, Air conditioning

Made an appointment for 12:00. At 12:40 my car had not even been moved from the driveway. When I asked how much longer it would be they said 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I had called for service to setup an appointment. When I got there Vicky didn t find but she was very professional and courteous and scheduled me right in and apologized for the confusion. She is awesome with customer service. I would recommend anyone to speak with and do services with her. I think she is a great asset to the company with her compassion to her customer and her professionalism. I did not wait long which was my concern. I called to get an appointment for an oil change at noon on Saturday. No problem I was told. I showed up 10 minutes early. Long story short, I didn't get out of there until 1:45. I bought a used vehicle through them. Unfortunately, the check engine light came on over the holiday weekend. But, I brought it in Monday morning, they fixed it for free, even doing more than the basic fix. Service staff at the front desk need more training on how to treat customers. We do not come to your place of business for the sole purpose of bothering you, but to inquire about and receive service for our vehicles. The service report said the spare tire was 35 psi. I checked. It was 24 psi and imprinted on the spare is inflate to 60 psi. Your technician lied on the summary report.Service: Oil change

I dropped my truck off on Monday afternoon 5/23/2022 with two open recalls an two warranty issues. After very poor communication from the service department I am told I can come pick my truck up on Friday 5/27/2022. I get to the dealership to find only one of the four issues had been resolved, I am told one issue couldn't be duplicated yet I get the issue to happen and never leave the parking lot. The other two issues I am told the parts are on order. Now Monday 6/6/2022 still no call that any of the parts are in to repair my truck.

I had a leaking heater core. The entire dash had to be removed just to get to it. After the dealership replaced the faulty heater core and return the vehicle back to me. I was astonished as to how clean the vehicle was returned back to me. I really could see no sign that a repair had been made. Great job!

They put the wrong oil in my car. Service manager confirmed. I decided like he requested to swap it out with the correct oil. They never reset My oil life indicator. It still reads 44 per cent. When I come in I don't want to wait for service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had a problem with Stop/Start function. After performing an oil change and tire rotation, they could not find a solution to the problem. I still have not received the inspection report which was to have been emailed by now.Called Chrysler after not getting the feature fixed. They advised I take it to another Chrysler Dealership to double check the problem.. Took the van to Lake Wales Chrysler. After 2 visits and 12 hours of diligent testing, they found a faulty relay.Services: Electrical repair, Tire rotations, Oil change

I was told 14 days for the repair . When I left it. It took 35 days. They do not call you have to call them . Was told it would be ready on Thursday and drove an hour down there to find out it was not ready. The other thing that makes me crazy is that it takes an hour an half to get an oil change.
