Fantastic service by phone, internet and in person. Very professional. On time with our appt. Clean restrooms, water fill Station and comfortable waiting room. I have always had an excellent experience at Discount Tires across the U.S. and this one is no exception.

These folks are very helpful and fixed both my tires right away. They have great service and while I was waiting for my tires to get repaired every customer was greeted promptly and helped efficiently. Everyone seemed happy. The place is clean and the employees are very friendly. Thank you for such great service.

After trying a different local shop for a previous tire replacement. I am now convinced that I will never go anywhere but Discount Tire ever again. The quality, service, and professionalism you get from every single DT location is far higher than expected for the prices you will pay. I highly recommend going to them.

Always incredible service. We stopped with a flat on our way from Fort Myers to Orlando. I needed a new tire but they didn t have the right one. They put on a loaner and then sent me to a store in Orlando who ordered the right tire and will replace the loaner tire. They always go out of their way with customer service.

Highly recommend! Excellent service and quick. I m impressed with how efficient, friendly, and informative everyone was. They were very helpful in making sure I got what I needed and at a reasonable price!

Great service and prices! Got me in and out in less than an hour and they were crazy busy! Just had a second set of tires replaced here and upgraded to new rims also.. Wheels were wobbly, and they are still trying to fix it after 5 visits. Not their fault, the tires weren't perfect, I'll keep trying until they're smooth riding. My first set of tires were for the RV, and they were quick and I didn't have to disconnect rv for service, certainly appreciated that!

Last time we use this location. Sent my wife there to replace two tires. They broke off the center caps on the back tires. We had a tire replaced here last year same car. No center caps broken. But this time they break them on both tires. Either an inexperienced employee or someone who just is a brute. No compensation offered.Then they damaged the inside door handle on the driver side. Once again some brute probably the person who broke the center caps broke the door handle. Completely unprofessional. We will never go to this discount tire store and probably will reconsider any in the future. Completely soured me to this company.

Update: Sadly, things have changed. Went for a mount and balance. Not a problem when I spoke to Cyle. Got to the store Cyle was not available so I spoke to Brad. Brad is not helpful or knowledgeable. Went against everything Cyle said on the phone wasted my time and proved his ignorance. No longer a customer.Cyle, Super helpful programming my TPMS. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I didn't purchase my wheels and tires here but he was still willing to help me out getting programed. I am definitely a future customer and highly recommend.

I'm sitting here with my children now. I bought 4 new tires and when they were putting them on noticed a caliper issue and a spacer was on my tire. They told me that ot was unsafe that I should replace the caliper asap. But instead of sending me home with a unsafe car. The gave me a different tire to make sure me and my children were safe until I change the caliper. Then once I do they said they would put the other tire I bought back on. Definitely recommend this place. They actually care and pay attention to details. Travis and Cyle you guys are absolutely amazing. Along with the entire team. Thank you.

Have been a exclusivly discount tire customer for 15+ years. 2 cars, always bought premium tires and lifetime warranty with rotation and repair. On my last visit they refused to repair the nail puncture stating that I need new tires. 70k tires driven only 40k on the van, rotated at 20k. Which means the tires were on front for 20k only and somehow they wore up more than my back ones being up front for 20k first. I do have lifetime alignment that I do after every tire rotation (not at discount tire).So at the end they were fine with me driving off with a nail in the tire while I shop for a replacement set of tires, instead of fixing it now and keep the customer coming back.

I took my 22 Nissan Frontier 4x4 to Discount Tire in Winter Haven to repair a flat tire after being told by two tire stores close by they didn t have the equipment to do the repair. Wesley met me in the parking lot and checked the tires. He said they would check out the tire and let me know if it could be fixed. The service technician was able to repair the tire and get me back on the road in 30 minutes. The staff and technicians at Discount Tire are very professional, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Discount Tire for your your tire and service needs. Discount Tire is by far the best tire store in the area.

I help my girlfriend take her car in for repair on tire under warranty and have never seen such unprofessional service that we got out of Bradford which I asked for the store managers name and he proceeded to tell me it was him. I was furious the way the gentleman was talking to me and my girlfriend. So we found gentleman walking back into the shop who was the shop manager and he explained to me that he was not the store manager. I would really appreciate it if the district manager would reach out before I go further up the chain.

Love this place, let's start there! So, I have officially developed a relationship and history with this company. I moved to Florida from NY and needed a tire place. Well, I found it! Names to remember...write this down seriously...KAYLEE, WES & JOHN (store manager)! Now let me tell you why to remember them, ask for them and come here!My first encounter was with WES! My son destroyed 3 of his 4 tires and rims on his Kia Forte, it was a disaster. I called everywhere for tires and rims. This was THEE only place that had them. WES stepped to his business, literally, got me in and out in the most professional way. He even upgraded my tires because an error was made in replacement. The mistake correction was awesome and my son loved the "new" vehicle. Thanks WES!!My second encounter was with KAYLEE initially. I called about tire replacement for my X7 BMW 2022. I previously ordered tires here but the brand was on backorder. I called to see what my other options were and placed an order for the available equivalent. Well, KAYLEE followed the progression of my tire order and insurance claim and was determined to make sure my order and request did not get lost in the shuffle. She left a note for the supervisor, JOHN, to make sure not only him but any staff dealing with me knew my issue and concerns. When I arrived, she greeted me outside and made my experience seamless. Then I was introduced to to JOHN, the manager, just to express how professional his store and employees are. I was extremely impressed.Well JOHN took it from there! He was so professional, nice and calm (all qualities of a great manager). My tire replacement had become a major issue because of possible tire coverage and back order of Bridgesttires. JOHN stayed the course, worked diligently with the insurance company to push the envelope of obtaining better tires and increase the insurance coverage. He succeeded! However, because of Discount Tires policy that the customer must pay and be reimbursed, led me to take my truck to FieldsBMW of Orlando ( Another place I love).Thank you JOHN, KAYLEE and WES!! Although I didn't complete my service here for my truck, I will always be a loyal customer for all of my cars that I pay cash for!

I made an appointment online Sunday night 10/1 for 11:45 Monday 10/2. Joell was my service tech. He is always so nice and helpful; as everyone in the store is. I have been going to this store for the past 8 years. I live in ChampionsGate; and it s worth the drive.

Wasted several hours of my time. Service idiot should have told me the couldn't service the TPMS due to tire age when I stopped by there to schedule the appointment. I have also had previous issues with this same store on failing to disclose all information on warranty work on fleet vehicle tires. They won't honor the warranty.

Thought this place was great but it s looking like they are going downhill. Ordered 3 new tires 3 days advance and appointment was made then was called to say they where in. We arrived and everything was great! Was told an hour which was no big deal. An hour later no tires on my truck and a shop full a guys with 2 cars in the bay. Pretty ridiculous and it s costing me money! As mentioned before in previous reviews our business is also a resource to our fellow public fans so with that said think wisely before bringing your vehicle here. There are a lot other places in Winter Haven and remember it s not always about the cheapest tire it s the quality of service also. WE HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR FUTURE TIRE NEEDS.

Ordered some Yokohama tires,on line, that came in quick. My appointment was within that weekend. If they had an alignment machine there, it would have been more convenient. I had to make another appointment somewhere else to finish the tire project. The service was friendly and fast. Turn around time was about an hour.

I called on Friday afternoon, talked to Snow.went to shop and wes ordered 2 front tires for me. Said they would be there Monday or Tuesday! Got a call from them on Saturday morning and made appointment for 4pm!! Very busy, but had me out by 5!! I'm Very Pleased with the Service and they sold and installed new wipers, cheaper than I could!! 10+ On Service

The Winter Haven location was recommended to me by a family member who has been a customer for a few years. I was able to purchase a new set of tires online and make an appointment to get them installed the very next morning. They were running a special for purchasing a set of 4 tires that saved me an additional $130. When I arrived for the appointment, I was met at my car when I pulled into the lot and they had all of my information already pulled up. About 45 minutes later, my car was ready to go! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable!

I have been purchasing tires here for years and will continue to do so. The prices are not very often beat and the value for money is pretty good. Customer service has always been great and the staff do not push too hard with add-on sales.The one drawback is how busy this place can be. Make an appointment or be prepared to wait, as a lot of people see the value here and want to take advantage.

If I were buying tires based on their website, I wouldn't go near Discount Tire. However, I have done business with them before and they do excellent work. So this review is based on my experience with the website. Better to not have a website than to have a poor one.
