If you want a friendly advice, please do not choose this company and do yourself a favor. They are very bad at customer service. The service provided took a long time and they made false promises about the service deadline. It took them literally ONE month to fix a simple car issue and my car was dirty when I picked it up.

The service was very slow and took a long time to be done. The staff estimated it would take two weeks and they only finished everything after a month. The car was dirty when I picked up and the staff was not friendly at all. I do not recommend this service and this company.

Their website hosts would get online. Then, inform you the quote would have to come from the Service department. After waiting 5 days & 2 other attempts to communicate, my quote was never provided.They did answer a couple other questions I had, so they received a few stars .

They did a great job on my vehicle, their price was reasonable, for the same job, I got a quote or estimate in the state of Maine for $4k +, and guess what? For the same damage on my car, Chevrolet gave me an estimate of $1,200+, they are just wonderful company, I give them 5 star.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I use these guys for routine maintenance and I'm always happy with them so when I needed collision repairs I decided to give them a shot. The work they did is amazing and they made it work with my schedule. It was done on time and absolutely perfect. I didn't expect them to completely detail it so when I picked up my truck and it was clean like the day I bought it I was blown away. I picked Chevy center to repair my car after I had an accident, Of the 3 shops I called Chevy center was the only one that could get to it, and asked me if I was OK., the Techs here are Awesome, they did a Wonderful job, I would say Flawless. I did experience a few delays, getting parts mainly. I would recommend this shop to Everyone. Customer service I'd give 4 stars only because of the missed update calls. It did take a while longer to get my car finished because of difficulty getting Parts.

We can't say enough about the body shop. Twice now, due to others negligence, we have had to have our truck repaired. Both times they made it actually better than before and this time again it's perfect and it's cleaned inside and out! Now that's awesome service!! Thank you so much to the body shop crew! James in sales is awesome too! Now if I can convince my husband that I need a Colorado!

It's all around a good place to go they did it even though my insurance paid for most of the tab they did it pretty cheap they did it pretty quick there was a few minor hiccups but it wasn't the garages fault or the employees filed it was mainly just a supply and demand issue and I'd recommend it to a friend a family member I'll go back again myself they did a great jobServices: Painting, Body & Trim

They had to fix my car twice first time gave me my car back with a broke used tail light witch was falling out and forgot to put clips on my car witch made me have to come back waste more gas and time and the paint job has debris all up in the paint and chipped paint at least the work is done but very unhappy with everything.
