Came in for just a tire rotation. As always Justin is great. Very informative and helpful. Service was fast. You have a great service department at Central. Sales department not so much. I asked a salesman on the floor to quote me the price of the white 2018 Silverado on the used lot. He came back with $35???. I said I want to buy soon as I going to Illinois and I would like the bottom line price. He said he would talk to the sales manager and give me their best deal. The sales manager gave me a printout of $40 K. Not the $35 K as before. This was before taxes license and fees. He told me if I buy it today he could do $35 K. I don't like to be disrespected like that especially since I have bought from Central before. This little sales trick tells me Central Buick is not the honest dealership they once were. If they want to do this kind of shady sales gimmicks I won't be buying my vehicles there anymore!

I had a wonderful experience dealing with every member of the Buick team yesterday. Nathan was professional, answered all questions with ease of knowledge, and found a vehicle in my budget while being honest and laid back. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesperson to family and friends. The purchasing process was smooth and easy.

they were professional, prompt to greet and on time. They also had some of the cost posted that are used more often and didn't try to oversell. This was much better experience than Lake Wales Buick, hopefully will continue to be so.

I worked with the Salesman Al Fenner, and was extremely please! Gave me is cell phone and was very responsive to all my requests. I bought a $100k truck over the phone with this guy, and he made the whole experience easy.

I wanted to make it a point to leave an honest review for Central Buick GMC. These guys were fantastic! The car/truck buying process is usually a hassle but they were honest, timely and easy to work with. They gave me a competitive rate on the truck I purchased from them. I absolutely love it! Al was my salesman and he was a pleasure to deal with! This was the most enjoyable car buying experience I ve ever had. They also included some extras for me on top of everything! (On star) For anybody looking to purchase a new or used vehicle in the state of Florida I highly recommend this dealership. Trust me you ll be glad you went through them too.

I was really happy they found me a used Ram. They did me a favor in helping me. It came from their Lake Wales delership. However, After taking it to have a lift kit put on. I found out the truck has significant frame damage. Cost an extra $1500 to have some of the parts replaced. But the frame still is off 3/4 inch one entire side leans. I believe (someone) knew of that damage when it was sold to me. Very Disappointing. To maybe fix the issue would probly cost thousands more.

My husband and I got the pleasure of working with Al to trade in our car. He hunted down and found the most perfect car for us. He kept in communication with us, went and picked up the car from another dealership, and had everything ready for us when we came to trade in and get our new car. Could not have asked for a better experience. Definitely going to be who I recommend all my friends to.

Al Finner answered all our questions via email and phone with video and pictures of the car and had the paperwork ready to sign when we arrived. We traded our older car for a nice newer one and we were out the door in only 70 minutes!The great deal and the awesome service made this our BEST car buying experience since 1976. Well worth the drive from Jacksonville! We love our 2020 Chevy Bolt EV!

I recently went to Central Buick GMC looking for a vehicle for the family. I was greeted by one of their salesmen, Al Fenner, who worked very well with me in finding the perfect vehicle. He spent his day allowing me to look and test drive many vehicles until we found the one. Not only did he help me find a great car, he helped me find something better that was way cheaper than how much I was expecting to pay. Couldn t be happier. Nice and easy process with no issues at all.

We re not local just passing through from Fort Myers when my car died on a Friday night. I had it towed to Central Buick. Impromptu stay over and an early morning walk to the dealership. We came in about 10 minutes to open on a Saturday and JUSTIN PEASE (Service Manager) already had our car diagnosed and print out waiting for us. He got us in a loaner vehicle so we could get back home and did this all in record time.In a time of despair Justin was a complete gem. I cannot thank him and his staff for their service and support. Appreciate you!

Tom was amazing and kept me in the loop the whole way through with where my truck was to delivery of it as well. He is very knowledgeable and Central Buick is luck to have him. One of the easiest buying experiences I have had.

Wish after making appointment online, that someone would have called and confirmed the appointment, like the email I received said would happen. Service was quick I was in and out under an hour for oil change, tire rotation and key fob programing.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience I had working with your salesman, Tom when I recently purchased my truck last week. Tom was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely dedicated to helping me find the vehicle I wanted. I never felt pressured and he made the entire experience feel like a collaborative effort. Trust is typically the hardest thing to find in a car salesman, but Tom proved to me that there are still some good people out there.

Stopped in to compare a Canyon truck to a Tacoma (which I had placed a deposit on at Toyota dealership), and was promptly greeted by salesman Tom Miller. We discussed available inventory and I decided to test drive a 2022 GMC Canyon crew cab in desert sand metallic, After test driving the Canyon I really liked the looks and driving dynamics so much, I decided to see what kind of deal Tom could work out for me. Tom was very personable and made the negotiation process very comfortable and easy not the usual back and forth games that most dealers play. Tom was able to match the trade offer and presented a very fair deal in a very short time and then offered to let me take the truck to Lakeland to show it to my wife. After returning to the dealership I told Tom I d call him tomorrow morning with a decision and he didn t try to turn on the sales pressure just said let me know what we can do to earn your business . I was their less than 40 minutes which was unexpected, because most dealerships try to wear you down by stretching the negotiation process into hours. Called Tom the following morning and told him I wanted to purchase the Canyon and he finished getting information from me to complete the financial papers prior to our arrival. When my wife and I arrived Tom introduced us to Jacob Hood in finance who completed the financial paperwork and was also very personable. Jacob had us out in less than 30 minutes, so the test drive, negotiation and paperwork was all done in about 1 hour! The Central Buick GMC dealership is like going back in time and doing business in Mayberry, NC just plain good ole fashion southern hospitality dealing with Tom & Jacob was like meeting old friends at Floyd s Barber Shop I ve purchased many vehicles with numerous dealerships and Central is by far the best dealership I ve done business with!

Great experience. I ve never bought a car online before but found one we liked on CarGurus located in another state so contacted the dealership. Al in sales guided me through the entire process. He provided us with an honest overview and video tour of the vehicle, quick responses to all our questions and gracious handholding through the entire process. We are very happy with the experience and recommend Al and his team to those in Florida & beyond!

If your looking for great service this is the place to be. Our tuck was hit by lightning and was in the shop for a while. Justin in the service department was always on top of things and made sure we stayed informed at all times. We eventually decided to purchase a new truck. Tom in sells was easy to work with and was quick with the paperwork. He also got us a good deal on our trade in. Shawn in the service department closed out our deal with all the extended warranty s. Shawn was a pleasure to work. Since the purchase of the new truck Shawn and Justin have continued to take great care of us. Overall above and beyond customer service.

I want to say thank you to Tom Miller for helping me get into a new vehicle. He was so patient and kind and made buying a vehicle very comfortable. I ve been to different dealerships and this by far the best one I have shopped at and have had a very good experience. Nathan was a great guy to deal with. He wasn t pushy but was informative. He was patient. Constantly available to give us quotes and look into different vehicles. He even went to the extent of bringing a Cadillac to the Buick dealership so that we could compare the Buick and the Cadillac side-by-side! That helped me out tremendously! The prices here were the most reasonable as well! Probably because they have a very basic building/showroom so they don t have as much overhead. I don t care about that kind of stuff. I would much rather have a lower priced vehicle! Thank you!

We had a great buying experience with Central Buick GMC. John Baker made it easy to purchase our new vehicle and he was a pleasure to work with. We felt like we were dealing with family.***UPDATE***I can not thank John and everyone at Central GMC enough.This is our second purchase with Central and John.Just as smooth as the first purchase, they make it so easy to buy a truck!We called John to let him know what we were looking for, two days later we had a new vehicle delivered. The process was so easy and fast.I am not sure that we will go anywhere else from now on for our families vehicle needs.Even though they are 2 hours away, they took better care of our purchase than any other dealer within 200 miles. The best car buying experience I ever had. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. They made the whole process easy for me, especially with coming in with my two children. They helped keep them occupied while I took care of paperwork and we were in and out. I would recommend to everyone I know.
