Bautista is a great family owned car lot! They have a good selection of cars and great service. They also do repairs if you have something you need looked at. Go check them out - they can usually finance anyone!

These people are awesome and knowledgeable. Was driving from plant city to Miami car started making a terrible noise. Just happen to pull in here they had me up and running in no time. They were also very courteous.

MAKE SURE THAT VEHICLE RUNS BEFORE SIGNING THE PAPERWORK. ASEGURESEN QUE EL CARRO TRABAJA HANTES DE DAR SU FIRMA.I am not one to give bad reviews I just simply stop going to places that did me wrong. This one here... I must share my experience because it might save someone $4k-$10k.Got a $6000 vehicle here last year and it s been nothing but trouble! Spent close to $3000 fixing it. The blonde lady (nice by the way) had seen the way it acted and she was going to lower the price until the boss lady showed up and they started arguing in Spanish. But the boss lady didn t know I spoke Spanish and she was yelling about how she was not lowering price for nothing. That the vehicle shutting down has nothing to do with being bad and she was not lowering the price. They wanted me to take the vehicle to their other shop in a different county knowing it shuts down while driving by the way, while it was under their 30 day warranty and they didn t do anything to fix the issue. All they did was clean something that wasn t even the issue. I have this now $9000 4ton paper weight. I have to fix it enough for it to run so I can get some value enough for a trade in somewhere else of course or scrap it. I know it s As is but it has been a bad egg from the beginning and I should of trusted my gut when it showed signs before me signing the paperwork.They don t know their products either. They told me that it has never been in an accident, but when my vehicle got a scratch I noticed a red paint under the paint that was already on the vehicle so I decided to do a vin history and this vehicle has been in an accident on the side where the red paint is showing, quoted with $3000 worth of damage on that side.Also do make sure you get there before 5pm the site says 6pm but they close at 5pm I told her about it and she said a smart comment that got to me. I am pretty upset about this place. We use to buy vehicles from this lot by different owners and they were amazing. Now, I won t be coming back.People around me has noticed the issues with my vehicle and when asked where I got it they where surprised that it came from this place even my family was surprised because they know them well.

I Love Bautista Auto ,those folks are like family working with you to help you the best way possible to suit your needs, capability and Most importantly your Budget unlike the other guys out here who all about capitalize and no care to help someone in need.. I bought my car from Bautista a year ago and didn't have anything to start but a little and Bautista Auto was able to help me get going with countless ways in support therefore I'm happy to be part of the family and will always do business with them because not only they practice good business but they're in business helping those in need.

They sell junk vehicle,they fix them long enough to get the off the lot, then it's your problem, outrageous prices for junk vehicles that last only 3 days after you take it off the lot, don't recommend them at all
