Dropped off an old battery. The gentleman that helped us exuded southern charm and made the process easy.If you buy the battery from here you get $20 gift card when you recycle the battery here too. We did not but still got a $10 gift card.

Laziest employees EvER! My son overheard a guy say he didnt want to install my father's windshield wipers bc the Ford 250 ones weren't easy to install. So they told my father they didn't have any in-stock.

Says online that they have product in stock but when you go to pick it up the staff acts like a bunch of idiots and dont know how to locate it.

About a month ago my low beams stopped working and I stopped at this AutoZone just to get the bulbs and changed them right at the moment. When the store manager noticed I was struggling with taken them out, she jumped in and helped me, without me asking. That s excellent customer service! I will definitely return to this store.

Great location, workers are beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Went to get a battery and Antonio and Molly(Manager) were great. They also checked to make sure that it was just my battery and not any other codes. New to the state so I will definitely be back for any small services or parts that my car may need.

Went into change the battery and seen this employee leaving, names yuniol from what u recall him telling me.All I know is he was already clocked out but he went the extra mile to help me out with my battery.Thanks

The counter guy Antonio was rude, don t know how to talk with customers. Turning his back to me. Went to get my part and other guys was a little more polite. Going to a different one next time. I don t recommend.

Truly amazing team. Helped replace my car s battery in the rain and helped unlock my car s door after I accidentally locked my key within. I can t say enough on how much I truly appreciated all that was done. Thank you!

Antonio made this such a fun shopping trip! What a fun, jovial greeting!He was happy, upbeat, quick witted, efficient!I appreciated that he ordered something for us to get here tomorrow just so it would be here for us Wednesday.This experience is exactly what brings people back to specific stores!

Not to thrilled with the customer service at this particular store. Employ that processed my refund wasn't all to thrilled to either be there or to be helping me (it was a refund from out of state but we within the time period). He did refund the item, irritated to no end by the looks of it tho, so I guess you can say it was a successful visit. The young man behind the counter is in need of some one on one training in customer service and how to smile (even if it's fake, the customer won't know) lol

Customer care definately not in there list of top priorities!!!! Ordered online got confirmation number, got to the store no one at counter for 6 min, gentlemen before us said he saw two employees headed to the back with no acknowledgement to customer waiting for assistance. Then come to find out confirmation numbers mean nothing. Employee with no name tag, terrible attitude came to help us. Can't tell you his name but receipt said CSR register number but this guy was young guy curly dark brown hair. Won't return to this store....poor customer service.!!

They sold my wife a battery that was way too expensive and did not tell her that there were other options.I asked so kindly if I could return it, since she had only had it for about an hour and we are in a serious financial hardship.Of course, they said no

If you re in between Advance and here? Definitely COME HERE!This place you can tell is run by professionals because they re very knowledgeable and attentive.My last visit they charger my battery with no issues.The building is well kept and lots of parking.

Stopped in on September 19, 2019 with a dying battery in my 2010 Fprd Focus. Roger Ricks went above and beyond to get me back on the road. He was friendly, efficient and very helpful. I would recommend this establishment to anyone!

I came in today earlier today at 5:30pm with my aunt in search of car oil, after coming in I was greeted by a "carlos"who was lazy and was very incompetent. Upon finishing my purchase I was yelled at if I was paying cash or card. For this being a auto zone it certainly wasn't a pleasant experience.

Mollie was extremely helpful and stayed after hours to help me fix my battery. I came late and she stayed late. I wish there were more people like Mollie working customer service. I would give more stars if possible.

I went close to them closing to buy sparkplug wires and the guy who checked me out was kind of rude I must say and when I got them back for the repair I was missing the coil wire.We then called and was told it didn't come with one. He said. We would have to go to the Honda dealership to get one. From what I'm told its supposed to come with one. On the plus side they checked me out quickly. Maybe to quickly. Lol

The gentleman that helped me out was very nice. He helped me figure out what wiper blades I need for my car and installed them on my car. Plus I asked him about my AC in my car what might be causing water to be leaking from it inside my car and he said it might be the cabin filter and helped me change it out. I have been to other Auto parts places and never received the help I got tonight.
