Highly disappointed with the service we received from AutoGlass Now! They ordered the wrong windshield (to save themselves money) & it was 2 1/2 weeks before the "Manager" (Sean Walz) called to "let me know the progress & that the OEM Subaru windshield had been re-ordered! Then, the day of installation, he "forgot" to tell me the gasket/mold around the windshield had not been received and it was going to take longer before the techs would be at our residence! He also attempted to impress me with his knowledge of the business, which, all he did was "blow smoke!" I will NEVER allow Auto Glass Now to touch another vehicle of mine!

Do not recommend. Called about 30 times between yesterday and today. Customer service can't even get in touch with the WH location. Since I can't get in touch with this office at all or get a call back, I found a different place that answered right away and is fixing my mirror TODAY!! Get a better receptionist.

Was a much nicer experience than a previous encounter with a different company. Installer was professional and left my vehicle clean. I definitely would recommend.

Communication with company was acceptable.Had to return after first windshield was defective. Was late returning 2nd time could have used a call sooner as to reason and late arrival.Overall attitude of techs was kind.

I had an Auto Glass claim filed through my insurance company and K&K Glass followed up promptly. They scheduled my appointment, arrived on time and completed the job in under an hour. They then scheduled the calibration which was also done quickly and professionally. Would recommend!

Needed my windshield replaced and asked for original equipment replacement. They were quick to make an appointment with me and they came to wherever I wanted to do the job. The installer was on time and in no time my new windshield was installed. The installer was glad to answer all of my questions and I felt confident in his skills that he would be very thorough. I would definitely use K&K glass again and I'm satisfied with the service and the replacement windshield.Service: Glass installation

I have used K&K Glass multiple times over the last few years, for both business and personal vehicles. The office staff is always helpful and a great help assisting with insurance claims. The technicians have always been professional, courteous and accommodating. The work is top-notch. I would highly recommend K&K Glass for all of your auto glass needs.

Just had our windshield replaced this morning by K & K Glass. I was overly impressed with my experience and I give all the credit to the techs who replaced our windshield. Jay has great communication skills, very respectful and just so down to earth and kind. Without a doubt, I would use K & K Glass again in the future and would ask for Jay. Thank you Jay for your good work ethic and quality work. It is so appreciated.

We had a couple of guys go through our neighborhood the other night and smashed out out several car windows. One of them was my mother-in-law's car, and she was going to be driving home that morning. She needed to get it fixed asap. Called several places and none could come out that day, one suggested I call k&k glass. They were the only business that could come out that day and make the repair. The technician that came out was friendly and courteous. He was done in about an hour. Price was reasonable. They ended up fixing almost all if the cars in the neighborhood. I highly recommend them! Great service.

After a less than acceptable experience with another large windshield replacement company I decided to give K&K Glass a try. From the initial phone call to the install I have zero complaints. After calling my State Farm agent to report cracked windshield they had K & K contact me that same day. We set up an appointment the same week. Jay came to my house and installed my new windshield. Called K&K to fix my drivers side window on my 2015 F-150. Victor called 2 hours before to let me know he was on time. When he came to fix my window he was very polite and professional. He did a great job and was very quick at doing it. Would use K&K again in the future. Very pleased

I had an issue with the molding on my windshield. I called and was treated with respect and we worked to see what was the best solution. We scheduled an appointment for the technician to come to my home. He arrived on time and we fixed the issue. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you

Needed new windshield in my old car. After one aborted visit because of impending rain, technician successfully installed new windshield. I visited Winter Haven location because I had questions about finished job. I left very happy with explanation and quick service. Recommend K&K Glass for your glass needs.
