This place is truly amazing. They are very knowledgeable about the vehicles that they re working on. Erick is very knowledgeable of the vehicles that are imports. I have a jaguar F type. I ve had it in there multiple times for different things. They not only deliver the vehicle back in a timely fashion, but sometimes before estimated time of repair, I find them to be very honest I trust them wholeheartedly and have referred multiple people to come and have service done at their facility. Highly recommended

Charged me $465 to replace a safety clutch switch. The part is $100 and not difficult to install. Even researching forums says it should have been around $250. I will never recommend or go back to this place. Sure miss when Manuel owned the place.

Last week Auto Dynamics repaired a side swipe on my new car. The people were very friendly and the work was done in a timely manner at a great price! Best of all, the repair was amazing. Great shop for service, owner showed me the oil leak and took me to the back. He educated me on why the oil leak was happening and what it would take to fix it. thank you very much will come back for oil changes!

I am sorry to say that my family and I will not be returning to this repair shop! It WAS a great family run business that was sold and now the new owner is out for money! After taking my auto there twice, and paying over $2000, I still had to take it to another repair shop to be repaired!If I could, I would rate them as a zero!

I do agree with Bob Sacamano. Charged me $234 to change 2 hoses. Shazam mechanic told me that took him 2 hours. If it takes him 2 hours to change 2 hoses he should NOT be a mechanic. Also told me no labor was going to be charged, because they changed an oil switch on my car. I should done myself and save me $234. At least the leaks stopped . They are a place for rich and famous. Don t Go There!

Brought my vehicle in to update my brake pads. An unfortunate error was made that resulted in further damage to my vehicle. Never going back.Follow up: The guys at Auto Dynamics totally understood the mistake their guys made. I appreciate the effort they made to make up for their error. They recompensed me for the second set of repairs and took responsibility. That's better than most places.Services: Brakes, Air conditioning

Charge $125 per hour to figure out what's wrong with your vehicle, usually takes more than 1 hour and its non-refundable or go towards repairs

I had a very good experience. I have been hearing noises from my car. It wasn't handling very good. I took it to a mechanic that told me my car was just old. It is ten years old but I didn't think the noises were because it was old. I took it to Auto Dynamics, the mechanic got in the car with me. He heard and felt something wrong right away. I then showed him how turning right causes a noise and he knew the cause immediately. My car drives like new now. I'm so happy it feels safe to drive it.

First of all I wanna thank everyone at this store for saving me and my mother's life. My mom had a stroke in the middle of the shop, and thanks to the employee named "Erick" my mother fully recovered and we're forever grateful. He even gave me can fair to get home while the car was getting further serviced. Hats off to the young hero at this shop! Also the owner is kinda ugly. Took my wife's van in because it was overheating. It was the rad fan which cost me 400 bucks. No problem. Then a week later van starts throwing check engine code for rad fan so I take it back in. Mechanic looks it over and says it's something with the wiring, but no big deal. He assured me that van is fine. Said my wife will not overheat as long as she keeps ac running. Ok, fine. A few weeks later my wife overheats in heavy traffic and I have to take time off work (aka lose money) to go get her. I take the van back. They keep it all day and then take it upon themselves to fix it and charge me $230 without even giving me an estimate or asking me first. What if I didn't just have 230 bucks in my back pocket to pay them?! When I got mad at the guy he acted like it was no big deal. Almost like losing my business didn't bother him at all. Well, they have definitely lost a customer.Don't go to Auto Dynamics. They don't do quality work and they are shady. There's plenty of other mechanics in Winter Haven.

Dropped off 2010 Cadillac SRX for timing issue. They replaced the 3 timing chains pretty quickly then refuse to return car with alarms still on it. they kept working on the alarms changing parts and testing to get all alarms clear. They then called me and worked with me to get the correct parts that weren't available through their suppliers. I found the part and they installed it. the car runs like it's brand new. I was very impresses with their persistence and dedication, they refused to quit and give the car back with other issues that i didn't know it had.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair

I am new to this area. I was heading somewhere else(using my google maps because I still don t know where I m going yet).I pulled in here at the direction of my map and quickly realized I was behind their shop building. I was stuck as there were vehicles in the way. I had only one option to turn around. My tire barely went over the edge of the grass. As I turned my car around this guy comes out yelling at me. I pointed forward to let him know I was simply trying to leave. He was standing directly in front of my car preventing me from leaving. He continued on, but eventually stepped aside to come to my window. As I was a woman by myself, I m not going to open my door or roll my window down for a man who is clearly angry and approaching me in an angry manor. I pulled forward when he was safely out of the way to leave. Next thing I know, this dude hit my car!! I rolled my window down a little to ask his name. He refused to tell me but did tell me he was the owner. I explained I had no other option to turn around. He was yelling saying I drove over his sprinkler.(I wasn t in the grass enough to have done that) and there was no sign posted. If there was I would have asked for help. He ended his yelling rant with don t come back here ever. No worries dude, I won t be. It isn t that hard to be kind and ask questions to get to the bottom of a situation without intimidating a woman. If this is how they treat people, I would never trust them with my vehicle. It was a simple misunderstanding and he blew up about it. What kind of business can you be proud to run if you don t treat people right?

I got an excellent new transmission and great service with oil change, fluid change. additionally, They also install personal car mods for a decent price when brought in! 100% reccomend

I have been going to Auto Dynamics since I was in my mid twenties, I am currently in my fourties. The Staff here are very warm & welcoming. They provide great customer service as well as great service to your vehicle (s). They will not rip youOff!! They truly are honest hard working people that understand what it is like to work paycheck to paycheck and will do everything they can to assist you with the service (s) that need to be done and not charge you an arm & a leg. No need to take out a loan to get your vehicle fixed here... We are in good hands! I will continue to come to Auto Dynamics and I hope you will too!
