I took my truck in for what I thought it needed, which was a transmission flush and an oil change. They called and told me that the transmission tech highly recommended not doing the flush do to the type of engine/ transmission my truck has. I went on their recommendation and only got the oil change. They could have easily either done the flush and messed up my truck or said they had done it but didn't and charged me for it. They did none of those things. They were up front and honest and that is huge! They will be getting not only my business but I will recommend them to anyone who may need an up front honest automotive repair shop.Thank you Adkins Automotive.

I highly recommend this auto shop. The best experience I ve ever had with a repair shop. Robert was kind and professional and knowledgeable. He helped my son with his 2005 Honda civic, battery and car repairs, he stands by his work. The woman at the front desk is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I can t thank them enough. No hidden fees, they are upfront, professional, honest, efficient, and fair.Service: Electrical repair

This place is awesome. Very honest and knowledgeable owner and staff. I went in and asked for them to replace something. They took a few hours testing and checking to verify we had the right solution. Turns out it was something different, and they saved me thousands of dollars.

Robert is very experienced and has the rare character of sincerely wanting to help and is genuinely trustworthy. He diagnosed a difficult situation with our box truck. I wouldn't think twice to go to him again highly recommend!!

I can't say enough positive comments....everyone here is wonderful and friendly. We're from out of town and they got us in and fixed when we stopped in. Again can't say enough. Give them all your automotive business!!!!

Best money I ve spent in a long time! I appreciate the professional atmosphere, mechanical expertise, and courteous ride home & pick up. My vehicle has been to several shops for an A/C diagnostic and every time it s refilled with refrigerant and I m told there is nothing wrong with my A/C. Finally - there isn t anything wrong with my A/C!!!Service: Air conditioning

This is the best place for auto repairs they are fair and honest! If they know of a place that does it cheaper they will send you there. They are a Christian family and they are Pittsburg Steelers fans which is a added plus.

Was recommended to me. They fixed what others missed. Now, no oil leaks. Came in, dropped off car in afternoon, ride was late, they offered help. Later, I got a call and did not expect so quick with what was needed.I definitely like this place.

I bring my limited edition Ford Lightning here a lot. They ve become almost like family. They do decent work at a fair price. They re pretty understaffed though, so repairs do take time. For me, that s absolutely fine, because I never drive the truck. For somebody needing work on their daily driver, it may be an issue.

Well, where to start? At the beginning.I have been trying to find a real shop that is capable, honest and reliable. I brought my chevy truck in for major front end repairs and was very apprehensive about what kind of parts I was going to get, I didn t want rebuilt or reconditioned.No worries, they went above and beyond to get the parts I wanted, Oh my gosh,They listened and came through big for me. These are some of the best people I ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with.. bar none. They would have to be for me to bring my truck down there for them to work on, cause I live 72 miles away from them. Yes, it is absolutely worth the 1 1/2 hour drive cause I can t find the level of personal service and just really nice people like they are in Orlando. Give them a try, l sincerely believe you will not be disappointed. Thank you everyone for your help and support at Adkins, I most certainly will be finishing my truck restoration with y all, thank again Mark Hahn

Was brought there via AAA for battery service. Our battery checked out to be fine by the time we got there but the staff were all very nice to work with.

I trust them with my car and they charge a fair price, only downside is that they are closed on the weekends....but they are good, so I work out my work schedule accordingly. Eduardo is an early bird, so you can bring car before work and Eduardo will do a great job!

I needed a mechanic for my truck and a Adkins Automotive came highly recommended. They even came to my house to pick it up because it would not start. They kept it for a few days just to make sure that it started without any trouble I would highly recommend them.

We do not live in the area and when our 23 year old Dodge Ram Cummins stopped running we were referred to a local dealer for repair. After 3 days we were told they were still trying to find a machine that could read the codes. Frustrated at this point I asked a local who they would recommend. Once Adkins had the truck with in 3 hours we had a diagnosis and estimate. It is no wonder they have five stars!!They are so welcoming and kind. They explain everything to you. You ll be confident that you weren t overcharged, too. They let you know everything from what you need done and things that aren t in immediate need but are still recommended. Most places just give you the quote and they re done.We have been customers for three years. Being new to the area, I looked around for a reliable auto shop. ( Hard to find). After talking to friends I contacted Adkins and have used them for sometime. Their work is excellent and and the prices are fair. I have referred my three sons and daughter and we are well satisfied.
