They repaired my Lucid Air after being rear ended.#1 is customer service, all of the ladies at the front desk are extremely personable and knowledgeable. I had a great experience from my very first phone call, all the way to pick up. I was updated along the way with progress and I have no issues or complaints at all. My car looks perfect again and it was also extremely quick (less than 2 weeks for $6K damage). Thanks Everyone! Hopefully I won t need to return, but if I do this is the only place I will go now.

Repair was great, like the accident never happened. They got it done faster than I expected, around two and a half weeks from dropoff to pickup; and while it wasn't cheap, it wasn't as bad as I was worried about, having heard horror stories about the costs of Tesla repair.The communication was also fantastic when it was with actual humans. That said, their Web-based communication could use some work. In particular, I requested an estimate via a form on their site, and I tried to be patient with not receiving a prompt reply; then when I finally called them, they told me that form doesn't work. Plus, once they started working on my car, they gave me a link to a page where I could supposedly get status updates; but it told me that my car was ready a few days before that was actually true, and when I called in to confirm, they told me that the information on that page doesn't really mean anything.I appreciate that their core competency is fixing cars, not operating Web sites, and I'm not deducting any stars for this; but I do think it would be better for them to not have those Web-based tools at all than to have inoperative ones creating confusion. I'm bringing this up in my review so that other customers will be aware not to trust those Web-based tools.

From the very first call till they finished the repairs- services were beyond expectations. They are a TESLA certified repair center. Communication was spot on and I never felt left out of the process. They worked well with my auto insurance. How they worked their magic on repairs is still a mystery to me. In less than 30 days they made my broken car like new again and I am so thankful. I especially want to thank Ana and Peter and the entire team at Windermere Collision Center. Was sent here by Tesla's service center after some minor dings occurred after service.Right of the bat the experience was positive from calling in and being greeted by an actual person with an amazing personality on the phone trough the entire process of scheduling the appointment.Upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk staff who were extremely professional, positive, and helpful. They scheduled me with the estimator who came out and described the entire process to me in detail, and set proper expectations and timeline for the completion of my job. This part was quick, efficient and an welcome experience compared to other businesses I've been to in the past. They also answered the many questions I had :-)There was a loaner car ready for me and I left the shop with an overall positive pain-free experience.I received status updates proactively without me having to reach out regarding the status of the vehicle. I received phone calls and also a text message summary. These were not automated and there was someone on the other end. I loved this part!My vehicle was ready within the time frame initially set during my initial conversation with the adjuster. Within the time it took for Tesla to send over parts, and the body work being completed took no longer than two weeks. The actual body work and paint I believe was completed within a week based on the status updates.I arrived and picked up my vehicle and was truly impressed how well they got the pearl paint to match up. This is a vehicle that's a couple of years old and yet they were able to get the paint almost perfect. This is a key advantage of taking your vehicle to a shop that has the experience and does the paint mixing in house. True professionals have the eye required to do this and experience to get it as close as possible. Another thing to keep in mind that the bumper is plastic so to get paint to match the body takes more than just eyeballing it. Another detail that I personally liked was that my car was actually in cleaner condition than I had dropped it off in. This impressed me and shows they go the extra mile.Overall I would recommend this business because of the attention to detail, the flawless body work itself and the total experience from start to finish. The other vehicles on the lot looked like showroom vehicles and I was surprised to learn that they had been worked on. It truly shows the quality in their work.Please see the attached pictures and keep in mind in person it looks even better. My camera lens does weird things sometimes :-) The bumper and bottom trunk lid were repainted.

After shopping around for a certified Lexus repair shop I found Windermere collision center. I am highly pleased with the results of my repairs. They were very accommodating for drop off as well as pick up. They keep you informed step by step with your own personal service agent that text you updates throughout the process. I love that feature. I felt informed. Even when I would call because I got anxious they were always friendly and willing to answer my questions. I highly recommended them for any collision repairs.

Front end collision on a new electric vehicle. This was the certified shop that my insurance company recommended. From start to finish of the process, the staff was friendly, informative and timely with all information and updates on the vehicle. They coordinated everything with the insurance company, this was a hasslefree process for me. The car looked great on pick up and we are very satisfied with the repair process and the final product.

Brought my Tesla here back in June. Customer service was excellent. My car was there for 3 months and received text weekly telling me what I was waiting on and what progress had been made. The body work was perfect. There were a couple moldings they forgot to put on and they quickly mailed them to me and Tesla came out to install them. Couple other small issues that they did and will still correct when I can bring it back in. I drove 4 hours from Midway, Ga to take my Tesla to them because of their ratings and certifications with Teslas and I m glad I did. It honestly came back better than expected with $25k in damage.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner and asked to be given an opportunity to make this situation right. It was a completely different experience from the first 2 times, the car was thoroughly inspected and delivered as promised and on time. Very pleased with the outcome and customer service level this time.Back In Oct 2023 Tesla referred me to WCC, since then I had 2 appointments to correct a paint issue. The original paint issue was resolved but issues surfaced which weren t present. I was reluctant to take the car back due to poor quality and issues with Hertz rental. Manager Steve Baker assured me it would be resolved, spoke to him a week ago and he told me to expect a call back to confirm my 3rd appointment, (for same issue) and still today I haven t heard back.Terrible quality service and poor customer service, will not be returning. Have waited valuable time.

Windermere Collision Center is a 5* Collision Center that I can't recommend enough! I unfortunately got into a minor accident where my rear quarter panel and bumper was damaged and I went through my insurance for repairs. After several days of research I selected Tesla's approved collision center, WCC. From my very first phone call the staff was very friendly and quickly got me in for an initial assessment. After working with my insurance I dropped off my Tesla Model 3 on December 20th where I met Rosa and Paige. Rosa informed me about the process and next steps while Paige was always friendly when I was in the shop. Throughout the next several weeks Rosa updated me on Tuesdays and Fridays on the repair process. The entire process from start to finish took a little less than two months due to the extensive amount of repairs (and parts to arrive which is expected). I picked up my car today and you can't tell anything ever happened and it looks brand new. This collision center is amazing and service is top tier. Go to WCC for their amazing service and repairs.

Unsure of my best option after being rear-ended in my Tesla, I asked the service manager at the new Clermont Tesla facility what his opinion was. Without hesitation, he recommended Windermere Collision Center. His advice was solid! As soon as I dropped my car off there, I knew I was in good hands based on the caliber of vehicles in the lot. Lucid, Tesla, Rivian, BMW, Audi... I felt good about it right away. Their communication throughout the entire process was second to none - I was updated via text at least once per week on the status of the repair. They worked directly with the insurance company and simply kept me informed of the progress. A rather large repair was completed within a day of the original estimate they gave me, and that was even with a parts delay. I found a very minor blemish that was only visible in certain light conditions after I brought the car home, and they fixed it quickly, apologetically, and completely. Absolutely 5 stars. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgable. This is how to run a business!

My car was rear ended November 18 th 2023. I am a Canadian and was unsure of who to send the car to for repairs.Lexus of Orlando recommended you as the only shop they send the or cars to for repairI picked up the car today and it was brand new .The process was long because Lexus had a key sensor back ordered.Once we obtained the part ,the repairs were finished in short order.During the process ,Kaitlyn ,my service advisor,kept me informed twice weekly on stratus and issues .Once again,thank you

I had my first experience a little less than a year ago when my Tesla was crashed on a Turo rental. Being that Tesla themselves were backed up for months they recommended Windermere Collision as a certified repair facility. The communication was great but took months to figure out supplemental. Not too many complaints but when I got my vehicle back one side had hub caps and the other 2 did not. I guess they got damaged and they didn't replace it. They never performed an alignment so I had to pay myself to have one done and it Is still a little off.My second and most recent experience was with my Polestar. Again...since they specialize in EV's and there are not many shops to repair I chose them again. Similar situation working with Turo insurance can be hell, but this time was just messy. The communication between myself, Turo and the Shop went around in circles. It went in the shop in November and I just got it back a few days ago. While I can acknowledge that they do good body work and are professional, they also over charge in every column. Numerous supplementals were sent over and over and denied because their labor rates were the highest in the state of Florida. They also had very high rates for the paint and painting fees. At the end of it all they replaced a rear rim that was not approved through the insurance company. There were several emails that stated that the Rim was not covered and they did it anyway. They refused to pay for it and when they had already completed it they said the old rim was gone and it was too late. So I over spent $1,200 on a rim that wasn't needed to be replaced. Based on this last experience I will find another shop if I run into any issues again.

I would highly recommend WCC, as I was extremely pleased with the collision repair completed on my Rivian R1T. The center's end to end process is extremely thorough and everyone I spoke to was completely professional and provided excellent customer service. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the center and the fact that everyone in the front office was professionally dressed with WCC polo shirts. I appreciated that Ana provided regular updates via SMS and catered to all of my needs. She was extremely nice and understanding as I live far from the center and had to coordinate picking it up using a Hertz rental. I would definitely recommend WCC to anyone looking for high quality collision repair service.

Took my Rivian here for repairs since they were the nearest Rivian certified repair facility. I really appreciated the timely updates on the progress of the repairs and the staff was very courteous. My truck looks as good as new. The repair job was meticulous. I would highly recommend Windermere Collision Center for body repairs.

Absolutely amazing!!! That s really the only way I can describe my experience with WCC. My Tesla M3 had deep scratches and a dent during transport from California. From my first contact with WCC, to picking up my car after the work was completed was an amazing experience. Their customer service is second to none. We had our Tesla repaired here as it is the only Tesla certified repair center in the Windermere and Winter Garden area. They are packed with vehicles and customers so be aware there is a massively long wait time. Tesla already gives a 6 week window to deliver parts - and they take a few weeks to do their repairs because of the backlog of Teslas so our repairs took a total of 8 weeks. To be honest, understanding the initial process and timelines was confusing along with them sending us emails and calling us but us not receiving anything - so it took 2-3 back and forth conversations to iron out our questions (so the process is not completely autonomous)But when we found an issue with the window not sealed properly they fixed it the same day. Awesome service and would come back.

The insurance reps for the car that collided with me were buttheads. WCC and its reps were great, however. They were diligent communicators through the process and worked through the issues created by the insurance company. My Rivian looks great.

DO NOT USE THEM. WARNING. This collision center facility is run by a bunch of scammers, crooks, and liars. We recently brought our Tesla X in for bumper repair from a no-fault accident. They intentionally wrote the supplement repair quote at a significant cost (way above market) which was denied by the insurance. This left us hanging in the middle and they held my vehicle hostage until we paid $2000. NOT JUST THIS. They returned the vehicle with NO REPAIRS and MISSING PARTS claiming they were "one-time use" and charged me to replace them. THEY TRY TO HOLD YOU TO THEIR TERMS THEY MAKE YOU SIGN with outrageous fees. I spoke to Steve Baker (shop manager) and George was my repairs contact. Steve told me they are "entitled" to charging these costs "because they can" and repeatedly lied and changed his words about ordering parts when George confirmed to me on the phone nothing was ordered. They will fraud you. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU OVER THE PHONE.I am sharing my experience for general public awareness and will be filing official complaints with BBB and Florida Attorney General. STAY FAR AWAY from this business and look into other trusted repair shops.

Brought my vehicle in to get the liftgate replaced after it had been punctured. Very nice and helpful staff. Communicated and gave me updates through the whole process. My car looks good as new!

Hope you never need a repair, but if you do, this is the place to go! I was impressed with the whole process. From requesting an estimate on-line...fast, efficient and they actually ask for your business! Wow, this retired business owner knows the importance of the 'ask'. Their level of professionalism is above and beyond the norm...omg, they are all friendly and keep you informed...wow!!! As for quality of their workmanship...perfection!!!My buds could not believe how fast they fixed my car. Here's a hint that might work for you, ask them to order the parts in advance, you have to pay for the parts up front then bring your car in when the parts arrive. Worth it!Service: Body & Trim

I wouldn t take my son s bicycle here! This place is a scam and just out to scam insurance companies. They took over six months for hail damage repair on my vehicle and did three supplements to try to get more money. They pulled my vehicle down to frame almost for hail damage and then insisted they had to replace everything because it broke when they pulled it apart. Never use this place!
